There is no denying that the coronavirus outbreak has proved to be lethal for mankind. In fact, it won’t be wrong to say that it has brought our lives to halt as people are advised to stay at home and practice self-quarantine to stop the spreading of the dangerous virus. On one hand, schools, colleges, malls, multiplexes, etc. have been closed and on the other, any major or minor event where mass gathering is probable such as IPL has been postponed.

The central government and state governments are leaving no stone unturned in making the country safe as the stats of people affected with coronavirus is constantly increasing and has crossed the mark of 2,86,000 while more than 11,800 people have succumbed to this disease.

The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has even appealed to public to practice Janta Curfew on 22nd March when people are advised to stay at home from 7am to 9pm and make loud noises at 5pm by clapping, blowing conch, etc. to cheer for those who have been working day and night to eradicate the disease. Well, this appears to be a great way to prevent India from entering the stage 3 of coronavirus which has been declared as a pandemic by the World Health Organization.

COVID-19 has indeed affected all the sectors, be it Bollywood or sports, industrial segment or stock market. For some time now, celebrities are urging public to stay indoors, work from home if possible, travel only if very necessary or just enjoy this time with family.
