The former cricketers of six cricketing nations are once again back on the field for playing cricket in the Road Safety World Series which is being played at Raipur. The tournament was originally slated to be played in 2020 but it was postponed after 4 matches due to the coronavirus pandemic. Five countries other than India which are taking part in the tournament are South Africa, England, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and West Indies.

The good thing is that the situation of the coronavirus outbreak all over India except few states is under control and the COVID-19 vaccination is going on in full swing in the country. However, we still need to be cautious and everyone should follow the safety guidelines. Keeping this in mind, the former cricketers have to go under a mandatory COVID-19 test before the match and in one such test, the skipper of India Legends, Sachin Tendulkar played a prank on the medical staff.

This incident took place before India’s match against England in which Sachin Tendulkar tried to scare the medical staff by screaming as if he had got injured while undergoing the nasal swab sample test. Later he also talked to the doctor to assure that he is fine and there is no problem.

Little Master posted the video of the hilarious prank on his official Instagram account with the caption, “I’ve played 200 Tests and 277 COVID Tests! A little prank to lighten the mood.😋 Kudos to our medical staff here for helping us to play for a cause!”

Sachin Tendulkar is certainly a fun-loving person and we are quite sure that the medical staff would have loved to see this side of the legendary former Indian cricketer.
