Coronavirus has emerged to be the biggest problem of not only India but the whole world and there is no denying the fact that quarantining is the best solution to fight it. The Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has urged citizens to stay at home and go out only it’s very necessary. For the same purpose, the complete lockdown of 21 days starting from 25th March has been imposed in India and people who had been away from their homes have stuck where they were at that moment.

Celebrities are making the most of this quarantine period by spending quality time with their family members, interacting with fans on social media and spreading awareness regarding COVID-19 so that people remain indoors and the chain of the virus can be broken.

Bollywood superstar Salman Khan recently took to the micro-blogging site Twitter to share a vital message with his fans and followers. He is accompanied by his nephew and Sohail’s son Nirvaan and they both are stranded at some place away from their home for many days.

The “Kick” star shares his lockdown story through a video in which he discloses that he and Nirvaan both have not seen their fathers (Salim Khan and Sohail Khan, respectively) for about three weeks now. Salman further articulates his fear for coronavirus, saying that they both are afraid of COVID-19. He also gives a reference of the famous Bollywood dialogue, “Jo dar gaya samjho mar gaya” and says that it does not apply in the case of coronavirus.

The “Bajrangi Bhaijaan” actor further adds that he is proud to say he and Nirvaan got scared of COVID-19. He also suggests his fans not to act brave and instead stay at home and practice social distancing. He concludes his message with dialogue, “Jo dar gaya samjho bach gaya aur usne bahot saare logon ko bachaya bhi” (The person who gets scared will be safe and will keep many people around him/her safe). He also tried to add a tinge of humour, saying that the moral of the story is they both got scared of the virus.

In India only, more than 100 people have succumbed to this virus which has infected over 4,000 people in the country. The sad part is despite repeated advice from the government and the medical professionals, there are some individuals who are still roaming outside and not taking the lethal disease seriously.
