Microsoft deals in computer software, personal computer, consumer electronics and other services that are related to this segment.

Microsoft has its offices in India as well but the new office that it has set up in Noida is really stunning. The software multinational has set up a new IDC (India Development Centre) facility at Noida and it is inspired by the symbol of love, Taj Mahal. The new office is located in the three floors of a 6-storey building and it can be called a blend of India’s historical design and modern corporate practices.

The Managing Director of Microsoft IDC, Rajiv Kumar says that working in office is going to be a better experience now as the employee will be able to make a choice. The Indian cricket team is all set to face the team of England in the first test match which is starting from Feb 5 at Chidambaram stadium, Chennai. While the English team is high on confidence after defeating the Sri Lankan squad in 2-match test series by 2-0, the Indian cricket team has also made history as it defeated the Aussies by 2-1 in the four match test series in their home and the biggest shock that the Indian side gave to the Australia is the defeat at Gabba, Brisbane, where they had been invincible for the last 32 years.

The start of the test series was pretty bad for the Indian team as they lost the first test match by 8 wickets and also scored 36 runs in their second innings which is the lowest total scored by India in test matches. The Indian skipper Virat Kohli also returned to India after the first test match as he was on paternity leave and almost everybody thought that the Australian team would whitewash the series by 4-0.

However, the Indian cricket squad under the leadership of Ajinkya Rahane showed immense courage, patience and fighting spirit and turned the tables upside down by winning the Melbourne test. Ajinkya Rahane proved his leadership skills once again when India saved the Sydney test match by ending it in a draw and then they created history by defeating the Aussies at Gabba, Brisbane.

Rahane was praised for his leadership and some even went on to demand that Jinx should be made the permanent skipper of the test team. However, now Ajinkya Rahane has made it clear that Virat Kohli is his captain and he will remain in the future as well, adding that the former is happy being the vice-captain.

After returning to India, the Indian cricket team got a grand welcome and Rahane’s neighbours also planned a grand welcome for him along with a cake. But the Indian test vice-captain refused to cut the cake as there was a figure of Kangaroo on it.

Recently, Rahane opened up on this matter while chatting with cricket commentator Harsha Bhogle. Jinx said that Kangaroo is the national animal of Australia and he didn’t want to cut that. He added that whether you win or create history, you should respect the opposition and their country because of which he refused to cut the cake.

Enjoying in the snow is something that almost every travel loving person will like to do in this winter season but having a cup of coffee or tea in an igloo café is something that even an introvert will enjoy.

There is good news for the Indians as now we have our first igloo café which has been started in Gulmarg, Kashmir. For those who are unaware of igloo, let us tell you that it is a type of snow house or snow hut. The igloo is 13ft high and 22ft wide from inside and everything inside the café, from tables to chairs to decoration pieces, are made of snow which further enhance the beauty of the café. It has four tables with four chairs at each table which means that 16 people can be accommodated at one time in the café.

The owner of this igloo café is Waseem Shah who also runs Kolhai Resorts. Talking to a news portal, Waseem says that as he is a traveler and he has witnessed such things in foreign countries like Switzerland because of which he thought of doing something like that over here. He adds that this is the first one in Gulmarg and hopefully some more will be set up soon.

One question that has always intrigued us is whether we are alone in this universe or there is life on some other planets as well and if aliens exist, when we will be able to come in contact with them. Well, there have been incidents which indicate towards the existence of aliens, such as sighting of unidentified flying objects (UFOs), etc.

On Saturday, a pilot of Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) claimed that he saw a UFO while he was flying a domestic flight. This incident took place during a domestic flight from Karachi to Lahore near a city called Rahim Yar Khan. As per the pilot, it was a very shiny UFO despite the fact that sunshine was also pretty good and the pilot feels that it can’t be a planet but may be a space station or any artificial planet.

The authorities have started investigating as to what was viewed by the pilot in the sky. The video that was recorded by the pilot soon went viral on the Internet and people started expressing their opinion in this regard. The coronavirus pandemic may have brought many nations on their knees but India fought valiantly. Though we lost many lives, it is very less in comparison to other countries if we calculate by keeping in mind our huge population with the population of other nations. While the Indian frontline warriors (doctors, medical staff, police, etc.) work pretty hard in order to control the pandemic, the researchers and scientists left no stone unturned and came up with vaccine in the record time and now the Indians are getting vaccinated all over the country.

Recently, a doctor got himself vaccinated but what happened next was something which happens almost in every house but this time, it got public because the doctor was live online.

We are talking about Dr. K K Aggarwal, a cardiologist who has also been awarded with Padma Shri. He was recorded when he was having a conversation with his wife in regard to getting vaccinated against COVID-19 and the clip is going viral for all the hilarious reasons.

In the video, Dr. K K Aggarwal told his wife that he just went to enquire about the vaccine and the people over there told him that he could get vaccinated so he got the shot. His wife was not happy with it and she asked him why he couldn’t take her with him for the vaccination and kept on repeating not to lie to her. Dr. K K Aggarwal tried to calm her by telling that she could get it on Monday but when she didn’t calm down, he told her that he was live but that too did not have any effect on his wife.

After the video went viral, Dr. K K Aggarwal also reacted, saying that he is aware of the clip which is going viral and he is happy that people are getting to laugh in such tough times at his expense. However in regard to his wife’s rant, he said that it was just her concern regarding his health and safety. He also expressed his happiness over the fact that he has educated many about the importance of vaccine and at one fell swoop, also mentioned that not taking the vaccine is a bigger reason to laugh.
