Dhanush Friendzones Ex-Wife Aishwarya While Congratulating For New Video, Twitter Goes WTF

The relationships in the Indian film industry are quite unpredictable and volatile as link-ups and break-ups are quite common among the actors and actresses. There have been many instances in which we have seen celebrity couples getting separated after many years of marriage and Dhanush-Aishwarya Rajinikanth are also one of them.

Dhanush and Aishwarya tied the knot in the year 2004 and recently in January this year, they announced their separation after 18 years of marriage. They have two sons – Yatra and Linga and their separation was quite dignified one as both restrained themselves from talking in the media about their personal matter.

While Dhanush is a famous actor who mainly works in the southern industry and has also worked in a couple of Hindi movies, Aishwarya who is the daughter of famous superstar Rajinikanth is a director and a successful singer as well.

Recently, Aishwarya Rajinikanth took to Twitter for announcing the release of a Telugu music video directed by her but it was Dhanush’s tweet that grabbed eyeballs as while congratulating her, he called her “friend”. This is what Dhanush wrote while sharing her tweet, “Congrats my friend @ash_r_dhanush on your music video #payani https://youtu.be/8R6lIeuYDFw God bless”.

Aishwarya also responded soon and thanked Dhanush for his best wishes, “Thank you Dhanush….Godspeed”

This may be a normal exchange between Dhanush and Aishwarya but Twitterati went crazy because Dhanush addressed Aishwarya as a ‘friend’, many of them didn’t like it and this is how people reacted:

“I Don’t Really Want To See More Remakes,” Says Ananya Pandey On Trend Of Remakes In Bollywood

Ananya Pandey is one of the most famous actresses of Bollywood at the present times and she has made a considerable achievement in such a short period of time at a quite young age. Her latest release “Gehraiyaan” got mixed reviews and apart from Ananya, the movie also starred Deepika Padukone and Siddhant Chaturvedi in the lead roles.

Ananya started her Bollywood career with Karan Johar’s “Student Of The Year 2” and after that, she worked in “Pati Patni Aur Woh” which was a remake of a 1978 flick of the same name.

Though “Pati Patni Aur Woh” that also starred Kartik Aaryan and Bhumi Pednekar was a hit on the box-office, Ananya now wants the trend of making remakes in Bollywood to get over soon. In a recent interview, she stated that in the future, she wants to do new work which has fresh and original content to offer to audiences. She also adds that she is not sure about her feelings for remakes as of now.

Ananya goes on to say that she hopes no more remakes are made because in the present times, the industry is on the path of telling the world an original, a courageous and a difficult story because of which she doesn’t want to see any more remakes.

Talking about the Bollywood filmmakers who are making remakes of southern language movies, Ananya feels that these makers are sure of what their audiences want to see and they also create some magic of their own in these remakes.

Presently, Ananya is busy with “Liger” in which she is starring opposite Vijay Deverakonda and Mike Tyson is also a part of the movie. Other than this, she also has “Kho Gaye Hum Kahan” which is being directed by Zoya Akhtar and also stars Siddhant Chaturvedi and Adarsh Gourav.

Do you agree with Ananya Pandey that trend of remakes should end now? What do you think in this regard? Let us know your opinion.

KL Rahul Reveals His Conversation With Virat Kohli & His Reaction To Sudden Captaincy On SA Tour

The young Indian cricketer KL Rahul will be leading the new IPL team Lucknow Super Giants in the IPL 2022 and though he has already led Punjab Kings earlier, his stint as a skipper over there was not a very successful one. So he will certainly hope to give better results in the IPL this year and in a recent interview, he also talked about how he felt when he was suddenly asked to lead the Indian team in the second test match of the series on the South African tour.

KL Rahul who was already the vice-captain of the team stated that though as a vice-captain, a player prepares himself slowly as he knows that he will get to fulfill the big responsibility one day but he never expected that he would get the chance to lead the squad so soon. He says that in the morning of the game, the then skipper Virat Kohli came to him and said that he would have to lead the side as Virat was having back issue.

KL Rahul further said that it didn’t affect his mindset much as while playing, every cricketer is a captain in his own way, thinking about the various situations as a skipper. He adds that it’s certainly a great and proud moment when that word “C” comes in the team list as this is an honour which not everyone gets and he was very happy when he was announced as the skipper of the team.

In that series, India was leading by 1-0 and victory in the second test match would have resulted in India winning the series but unfortunately, India lost the test match by seven wickets and KL Rahul’s captaincy career started with a loss. As per KL Rahul, it was very challenging as they were playing against the South African team in South Africa, and the match was full of ups and downs but the South African cricketers played better and held their nerves in the crucial moments. He added that it was not a good start to his career as a captain but he enjoyed those 4-5 days and learned a lot during that period.

Virat Kohli came back in the third test match but the team lost that game which resulted in India losing the series as well. After this series, Virat resigned from the post of India’s test skipper and presently Rohit Sharma is leading the Indian test team.

The IPL 2022 is going to start from March 26 and all eyes will be on two new teams and their skippers. Are you excited for the biggest tournament?

Pak Journo Indirectly Compared IPL & PSL, Robin Uthappa Gave An Epic Reply In Just 4 Words

Cricket fans are pretty excited as IPL 2022 is going to start in a week and the opener will be played between Chennai Super Kings and Kolkata Knight Riders on March 26. In order to keep the players, staff members, etc. safe from COVID-19, the Board of Control for Cricket in India took the decision of conducting league phase matches in the four stadiums of Mumbai and Pune.

The Indian Premier League started in 2008 and in the last 14 years, it has become one of the biggest sporting events of the world. Though many other cricketing nations also tried to copy the tournament and they also started their own franchise league concept, none of them has been able to repeat the success of IPL.

Many times we have heard about the comparison being made between IPL and PSL (Pakistan Super League) despite the fact that IPL is far bigger than PSL in terms of everything whether it is the standard of players, quality of cricket, fees paid to the players, prize money, etc.

Recently, a Pakistani journalist made a tweet in which he talked about both the leagues, though he didn’t compare them, he stated that PSL gained popularity in a quicker manner despite the fact that other boards also launched their leagues while IPL didn’t have any competition.

Here is what the Pakistani journalist wrote, “No comparison between PSL and IPL! PSL started in 2016 while IPL inaugurated in 2008. However one has to admit PSL gained worldwide popularity more quicker in an era when other boards had introduced their leagues too whereas there was no competitor in the market when IPL was born”.

The tweet was also noticed by the CSK cricketer Robin Uthappa who played an important role in CSK’s IPL 2021 victory and was again purchased by the Chennai franchise for a price of Rs. 2 crore in the mega-auction for IPL 2022.

Robin Uthappa gave a perfect reply to the Pak journalist by writing just four words, “IPL created the market”.

Robin Uthappa certainly stated the reality in just four words and we agree with him completely, what about you?

“That’s The Kind Of Player He Was,” Gambhir Speaks On Ugly Brawl With Virat Kohli In IPL2013

The IPL 2022 is going to start in almost a week’s time and this season is going to be the 15th season of this biggest franchise cricket tournament of the world. It won’t be incorrect to say that in the last 14 years, IPL has become an integral part of lives of cricket lovers as it not only entertained them but also gave them many memorable moments, sometimes these moments made cricket fans cry, sometimes they shouted in joy and few controversies were also created which left cricket fans in a state of shock.

One such controversy was the ugly brawl between the former Indian cricketer Gautam Gambhir and Indian cricketer Virat Kohli during a match in the IPL 2013. Recently on a YouTube show, Gautam Gambhir talked about that ugly spat; at that time Gambhir was leading Kolkata Knight Riders and Virat Kohli was the captain of Royal Challengers Bangalore.

Talking about the incident, Gambhir says that he is completely fine with it and he expects the same from Virat Kohli. He adds that he likes to compete and likes those people who are competitive, while Dhoni has his own way of competing, Virat also competes in a different manner. As per Gambhir, there are times when you have to forget the personal relationships and need to do whatever is necessary because you are leading the team and you want your team to play in the manner which you want.

Later on, Gambhir also praised the former RCB skipper and said that there was nothing personal against Kohli and there would never be anything against him as well. He goes on to say that he is not at all surprised with what Virat Kohli has achieved and the transformation that he has made over the years, whether it’s related to fitness or cricket skills, is tremendous.

Virat Kohli has given up the captaincy of RCB and Faf du Plessis has been appointed as the new skipper of the team. Kohli has been associated with RCB since the inaugural edition of 2008 and led the team from 2013 till 2021 but wasn’t able to make his team win the IPL trophy even once.

RCB will play its first match in the IPL 2022 on March 27 against Punjab Kings. Will the Bangalore franchise win its first ever IPL title this year? What do you think?
