Cricket Fraternity Literally Floods Twitter With Wishes & Reactions As AB de Villiers Retires

The cricket lovers from all over the world are a little disappointed after the former South African cricketer AB de Villiers announced his retirement from all forms of cricket. Earlier in 2018, ABD announced his retirement from the international cricket but later it was heard that he may make a comeback in the South African cricket team for playing the 2020 T20 World Cup; however unfortunately for the ardent fans, it didn’t happen. Though AB de Villiers was playing in the franchise cricket till now, from now onwards even that will stop and we will certainly miss watching him.

AB de Villiers made an announcement regarding his retirement through social media networks. He took to his official Twitter handle and wrote, “It has been an incredible journey, but I have decided to retire from all cricket. Ever since the back yard matches with my older brothers, I have played the game with pure enjoyment and unbridled enthusiasm. Now, at the age of 37, that flame no longer burns so brightly.”

He further talked about it in a series of tweets:

In his 15 years of cricketing career, ABD gave many memorable moments to his countrymen to cherish but he will always miss holding an ICC trophy and the same thing happened in the IPL as well as he played for the longest time for Royal Challengers Bangalore but his team hasn’t won an IPL title even once till now.

AB de Villiers was known for his ability of playing unorthodox shots all over the ground especially behind the wicket and this made him earn the title of Mr. 360. Not just this, he was also referred to as Superman because of his acrobatic fielding style.

As ABD announced his retirement, many people from the cricket fraternity and fans from all over the world started wishing him luck for his second innings and soon Twitter was flooded with reactions from all over the world.

Though ABD was a wicketkeeper-batsman, he mostly played as a batsman only and represented South Africa in 114 test matches, 228 ODIs and 78 T20Is in which he scored 8765, 9577 and 1672 runs, respectively. He scored 22 centuries in test matches and 25 centuries in ODIs and as far as fifties are concerned, there are 46 fifties in test matches, 53 fifties in ODIs and 10 half-centuries in T20Is in his name.

AB de Villiers is certainly one of the greatest of all times whom we have seen playing and he is an inspiration for many aspiring young cricketers.

28-Yr Girl Left Horrified As Mobile Repair Worker Saw Her Intimate Pics Clicked For BF

Mobile phones have become a very important part of our lives as we can carry out many activities through them while sitting on our couch at the comfort of our homes but we cannot deny the essential fact that they have also increased the risk of our private life getting public if someone else gets a chance of using our smartphone.

It is a common practice to remove and keep the memory card if the smartphone has to be given for repair but nowadays many things are stored in the phone memory which increases the risk of someone else going through them. Something of this sort happened with 28 years old Louise Johnson, a marketing manager from London who recently visited Worcester to meet her friends.

Louise Johnson stated that the screen and battery of her iPhone 11 got broken after it got dropped on floor so she visited The Mobile Doctor, Worcester, and gave her iPhone 11 for repairing. When she again went to the shop to collect her phone, she saw an employee going through her phone but as he saw Louise, he locked the phone and kept it aside in a hurry.

However, Louise was sure that it was her phone as she saw the wallpaper. She took the phone, checked the recent tabs and found out that he was checking out her old photos, some of them were really intimate which were meant only for her boyfriend.

Louise claimed that the employee of The Mobile Doctor snatched the phone from her hand and demanded her to pay $85 as the charges if she wanted her phone back.

She stated that she felt disgusted seeing someone else looking at her old pics without her permission, some of them were really personal to her as she was in bikini which she clicked for her boyfriend only.

Louise Johnson filed a police complaint and after watching the CCTV footage, the police also confirmed that the employee went through her phone for around 15 minutes but they were not in a position to do anything against him as he broke no law because neither he downloaded the photos nor shared them.

Louise was really shocked that a person violated her privacy but she was not able to do anything against him legally. When she asked the name of the employee, she got the answer in negative due to General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Louise said that she almost fell over in disbelief after this response as a person can go through her private photos but she can’t even get to know his name due to Data Protection.

On the other hand, the spokesperson of the mobile store stated that the issue has been sorted out in the presence of police officials.

It is better not to store your intimate and personal memories for long in the mobile phone and keep on transferring them to other devices such as pen drive, etc. so that if your phone gets broken suddenly, you are at least saved from a stranger intruding your privacy.

Recently, a fan of MSD from Haryana has covered 1,436 km on foot to meet his idol and what Dhoni has done for the fan will win your heart and make you respect Thala even more than ever.

The name of the fan is Ajay Gill and he is from village Jalan Kheda which is in the Hisar district of Haryana. This 18 years old passionate fan of Mahi works as a barber in his city and also loves to play cricket.

When Ajay Gill reached Dhoni’s farmhouse in Ranchi, he was welcomed by Mahi with open arms and Dhoni not only let Ajay Gill click photos with him but also arranged for his stay in the farmhouse. “I love you” was the only thing that Ajay was able to speak when he first met Dhoni!

The fan also revealed that he stopped playing cricket after Dhoni took retirement but after meeting the legend, he would once again begin playing cricket and focusing on the game as he wants to become a professional cricketer. MS Dhoni also arranged for the return flight ticket for Ajay Gill who has got “Dhoni” written over his head with his unique hairstyle and there is no denying that he will certainly cherish this meeting throughout his life.

This is not the first time that Ajay Gill travelled on foot to meet his idol; earlier in August he reached Dhoni’s farmhouse after covering the huge distance on foot only to get disappointed as MS Dhoni was away for playing in the second leg of the IPL 2021.

At that time, he sat outside the farmhouse and he was then noticed by some onlookers including a businessman who not only convinced Ajay Gill to return home but also booked his flight ticket.

Man Makes Sweet Corn With Fresh Cream & Chocolate Syrup, Foodies Ask “Aakhir Kyon?”

We have come across many weird dishes in the past couple of years and the most surprising thing is that majority of them are getting cooked by street vendors and people are having them as well. If you remember, some time ago we told you about Oreo pakodas, Chocolate maggi, Milk Cola, Ice-cream Dosa, etc. and now we are show you a dish of sweet corn but with a twist.

Food blogger Anikait Luthra shared a video which a street vendor was seen making Chocolate Sweet Corn. The video which has been shared on Instagram is captioned as, “Most weird Chocolate sweet corn?”

In the video, the street vendor applies butter on the boiled corn and then he adds chocolate syrup, fresh cream and other ingredients.

The video has sent netizens into a tizzy and they just can’t stop reacting. Most of the foodies have expressed their displeasure over it; while some say that people nowadays add cheese and chocolate to every other dish and ruin their original taste, few others lash out at the vendor for spoiling their love for corn as they won’t be able to enjoy simple corn like earlier now. Some even call it a food crime and there are several others who have used funny one-liners to express their views on it.

This is not the first time that we have seen people making strange dishes but the fact that people are also liking them is also a little strange. The same food blogger has also posted videos in which street vendors are seen cooking Maggi Pakoda and Fanta Maggi as well. We understand that fusion and experimentation result in creating new dishes but still people should come up with stuffs that make us crave for them rather than making us feel as to where the world is heading.

Suryakumar Yadav Praises Virat Kohli For Sacrificing His Batting Position For SKY

The Indian cricket team led by new captain Rohit Sharma made a great start to the three match T20I series against New Zealand by winning the first match which was played yesterday at Sawai Mansingh Indoor Stadium, Jaipur, Rajasthan. This win certainly brought smiles on the faces of many Indian cricket fans as the Indian squad performed pretty badly in the recently concluded ICC T20 World Cup 2021 and was not even able to enter the semi-finals of the tournament.

As far as the match is concerned, the toss was won by the hosts and they decided to bowl first. The Kiwis put up a score of 164/6 in their stipulated overs with the help of good knocks of Martin Guptill and Mark Chapman who scored 70 runs (42 balls, 3 fours & 4 sixes) and 63 runs (50 balls, 6 fours & 2 sixes), respectively.

In response, India lost the opener KL Rahul quite early as he scored only 15 runs (14 balls, 1 four & 1 six) but skipper Rohit Sharma and Suryakumar Yadav stabilized the innings and ensured that their team ended the match as the winner. While Rohit Sharma missed his fifty by two runs as he got out on 48 runs (36 balls, 5 fours & 2 sixes), Suryakumar Yadav went on to play a beautiful knock of 62 runs (40 balls, 6 fours & 3 sixes). The Indian side achieved the target with 5 wickets in hand and 2 balls remaining in its innings and Suryakumar Yadav was adjudged as the Player of the Match for his superb performance.

In the press conference after the match, Suryakumar Yadav praised the former skipper Virat Kohli a lot as it was Kohli who sacrificed his own batting position for sending SKY at number 3. Virat Kohli let SKY bat at number 3 in India’s last World Cup match which was against Namibia as he wanted to give Suryakumar Yadav some more experience of the World Cup game time and the same thing happened earlier when SKY made his debut against England. Talking about the match against Namibia, SKY said that it was really nice of the former skipper to let him bat at number 3 as he loved remaining not out in that game.

Suryakumar Yadav says that batting at number 3 is not new for him as he is doing it for his IPL team Mumbai Indians for the last 3 years. He also adds that he is pretty flexible with batting at any position as he has not only opened the innings but also batted at different positions till number 7.

Speaking about the batters in the Indian team who mostly bat in the top-order for their IPL teams, SKY says that the franchise cricket is very different from the international cricket and at this level, a batter should be flexible enough to bat at any position. SKY also talks about Venkatesh Iyer and says that he has been working hard in the nets with Paras Mhambrey and he will certainly bowl soon.

The Indian team is leading the series now with 1-0 and the next T20I match will be played tomorrow (Nov 19) at Ranchi.
