Tim Paine Lost His Cool After The Bat-Pad Appeal For Pujara Turned Down By On-Field Umpire

The Australian skipper Tim Paine must be a happy man at the end of the day three of the third test match as his team stands strong with the lead of 197 runs over the Indian team. However, there was a moment during a match when Tim Paine lost his nerves and got involved in an ugly banter with the on-field umpire Paul Wilson.

In the 56th over of the innings, Cheteshwar Pujara tried to play a defensive shot on the bowling of Nathan Lyon and the ball was caught by the short leg fielder. The Australians made an appeal for catch out which was turned down by the on-field umpire Paul Wilson after which the Aussies took a DRS (Decision Review System) which went against the hosts. No evidence of inside edge was shown by the Skickometre and Hotspot and when the chances of lbw were analyzed, it was seen that ball was going above the leg-stump.

After this, Tim Paine poured out his anger over the umpire who told Tim that he is not the third umpire. In response, Tim asked for consistency and also used slang while talking about the similar incident at MCG in which Tim was given caught behind.

At the time of this incident, Cheteshwar Pujara was batting at 13 and he went on to score 50. Pujara and Shubman Gill are the only two batsmen who touched the 50 mark while the other batsmen such as Rohit Sharma, Ajinkya Rahane, Rishabh Pant and Ravindra Jadeja got good start but they were not able to make a big score. The Indian team was all out for 244 runs and Pat Cummins was the most successful bowler with 4 wickets.

Australians are 103/2 in the second innings at the end of the day three with Steve Smith and Marnus Labuschagne at the crease.

Which team will win this match according to you – Australia or India?

“Not Just One Daddy Hundred, All Batsmen Need To Contribute,” Ravindra Jadeja Advices Team India

The Australian team batted pretty well in their first innings in the third test match which is being played at Sydney as they scored 338 runs with the help of Steve Smith’s century. At the end of the day two, the Indian team was 96/2 with skipper Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara at the crease. Both the Indian openers were back in pavilion after giving a steady start to the team; Rohit Sharma scored 26 while Shubman Gill returned with a half-century to his name.

Ravindra Jadeja, the Indian all-rounder, was the pick of the Indian bowlers as he took 4 wickets and also got Steve Smith run-out with a direct hit.  If we talk about other Indian bowlers, Jasprit Bumrah and Navdeep Saini took two wickets while Mohammed Siraj also sent one Australian batsman back.

While attending a virtual press conference, Ravindra Jadeja has talked about the strategy that the Indian batsmen should follow on the day three of the test match. He says that in his opinion, the strategy for the Indian batsmen should be simple; they should show some patience, spend some time on the crease and wait for lose deliveries. However, he also adds that all the four Aussie bowlers are pretty good and they won’t be giving much lose chances.

When Jadeja was asked how important it is for India that either Pujara or Rahane scores a daddy hundred, Jadeja said that not just the two batsmen but all the Indian batsmen should contribute in a solid manner if India has to put a good total on the board.

Till the time this article was written, the Indian team managed only 244 runs in their first innings with only Shubman Gill and Cheteshwar Pujara reaching the 50 mark. At the end of the day three, the Australian team was batting at 103/2 with Marnus Labuschagne (47) and Steve Smith (29) on the crease. Australia has already taken a lead of 197 runs and it would be important for India to take wickets of the Aussies in a quick manner if they want to keep their chances of victory alive in the third test match.

Let’s see what happens on the day 4 of the test match.

There is no denying the fact that our lives have become very easy after we have started making online transactions whether it is funds transfer, online shopping, buying tickets, etc. However at the same time, it has also increased the chances of people getting robbed as there are many online scammers who are waiting for individuals to make one mistake.

Representational Image

Many times you must have got the calls or messages in which the person on the other side says that you have won a lottery of a huge amount and you need to pay some amount as fees to receive your winning amount. Many people have been cheated through this way but nowadays the fraudsters are deceiving people by asking them to click a link sent in the message or by downloading a certain app which steals all the sensitive information.

A doctor couple from Nashik was also robbed of their hard-earned money and they chose to share a voice recording on WhatsApp in which they narrated the whole incident. They told that the husband got a call from a person who posed as a customer service executive of the telecom provider whose SIM the man uses. The CSE told the husband that his SIM was outdated and he needed to update it. The fraudster didn’t ask for any personal information but asked the man to download an app. Through that app, the important information was stolen by the scammers and a huge amount was transferred from their account.

We need to ensure that we remain alert and never share any sensitive information with anyone. Here are some ways with which we can save ourselves from online frauds:

Nora Fatehi Reveals How Once A Casting Director Called Her Home Just To Scream At Her

Nora Fatehi doesn’t need any introduction as she is quite a popular actress and dancer who has made a special place in fans’ hearts with her splendid performances in superhit numbers including “Kamariya”, “Dilbar” and so on.

Nevertheless, the Canadian beauty has also had her share of ups and downs in Bollywood and things had not been pretty smooth for her initially. Her journey in the showbiz world is not known to many but she too faced fraud and bullying prior to getting into the position she is in today. When she came to India for the first time, she did not know anyone and she had to struggle a lot for making her name in B-Town.

Recently in an interview, Nora disclosed the nasty experience that she had with a casting director whom she met in the first few months of arriving in the country. The way the director behaved was so upsetting that she felt like going back to her place and leave India at once. The director told Nora that the industry is filled with people like her, adding that they are tired and sick of such persons. The director further screamed at her, called her talentless and said that the industry did not want her. She left the director’s place and cried a lot.

As per Nora, what made her more upset was the fact that the casting director herself called her, sat her down and did it all only to yell at her. Since Nora was new in India at that time, she thought whether people in this country behave so badly and rudely and call someone just to scream at them.

However, it’s creditable on the part of Nora that she took it all in the positive spirit and instead of giving up and packing her bags to return, she worked harder with firm determination and the rest is history!

Wondering what the casting director would be thinking seeing Nora’s success and fame! We wish Nora luck for all her future endeavours and hope that all her dreams come true! More power to you Nora Fatehi!

Steve Smith Reacts After His Century In 3rd Test Against India, “Will Keep A Few People Quiet”

The Australian cricketer Steve Smith must be a happy man after scoring a century in the third test match against India as in the last two test matches which were played in Adelaide and Melbourne, he was not even able to touch the double digit mark and managed a total score of just 10 runs. The critics were slamming him pretty hard as a lot was expected from him since the beginning of the test series.

The cricket lovers were also talking about the Indian spinner Ravichandran Ashwin not letting Steve Smith bat freely and making him commit mistake. Steve also accepted that it was his mistake as he allowed the Indian spinner to trouble him and admitted that he should have dealt with Ashwin in a little aggressive manner which he did in the third test match. Steve Smith scored 131 runs for which he played 226 balls and his innings included 16 fours. There were many who were saying that Steve Smith has been out of form and this innings must have silenced them all.

While talking to the broadcasters during the match, Steve Smith says that he has been reading a lot of things about him being ‘out of form’ but he differentiates it from ‘out of runs’ and adds that now as he has scored runs, few people will remain quiet.

Steve Smith could have scored more if Ravindra Jadeja had not got him run-out with his direct hit. The public and the players gave him a round of applause when he was walking towards the pavilion after playing a superb innings.

This century is 27th test ton of Steve Smith and with it, he has also equaled the record of hitting the most number of centuries against India. Steve along with Ricky Ponting, Sir Gary Sobers and Vivian Richards has eight centuries in his name against India. Surprisingly, Steve Smith had a poor run in the IPL 2020 as well but he performed quite well against India in the limited overs cricket which gave a chance to the Indian Twitterati to have some fun on his expense.

At the end of day 2, India was 96/2 in reply to the 338 runs scored by the Aussies. India is trailing by 242 runs with skipper Ajinkya Rahane and Cheteshwar Pujara on the crease. It would be interesting to see which team will win this match as Gabba test is already doubtful after India made its stand clear of not going to Brisbane if they have to face harder quarantine.

Let’s just keep our fingers crossed for victory in the 3rd test!

Marnus Labuschagne Teased Shubman Gill With Virat & Sachin’s Names, Here’s How Gill Responded

The India-Australia cricket match is quite a competitive one and sometimes the players also get engaged in friendly chit-chat which is also a way of breaking the concentration of the other player. In the third test match, everyone got to hear the name of the legendary former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and the Indian skipper Virat Kohli despite the fact that neither of them is even in Australia at this moment.

Rohit Sharma opened the innings along with Shubman Gill in the third test match and they both gave India a steady start as they added together 70 runs in 27 overs. While they both were batting, Australian cricketer Marnus Labuschagne had a little chit-chat with them. Marnus asks Shubman who his favorite cricketer is and in reply, Shubman says that he will tell him after the match but Marnus doesn’t stop here and further asks him whether it is Sachin or he reckons Virat.

When Rohit Sharma was batting, Marnus asked him what he did in the quarantine, however the Indian opener didn’t react to his question and gave no answer.

Here is the video which has been posted by the Cricket Australia, showing how Marnus was enjoying in the field. The caption of the video read, “@marnus3cricket was enjoying being back under the helmet for the Aussies! #AUSvIND”

At the end of Day 2, the Indian team was 96/2 after losing both its openers and was trailing by 242 runs. Earlier batting first, Australia managed to put a total of 338 runs on the board with the help of the century scored by Steve Smith (131 runs) who got a good support from Will Pucovski (62) and Marnus Labuschagne (91).

Ravindra Jadeja was the pick of the bowlers for India as he took 4 wickets and also got Steve Smith (who was looking pretty dangerous after completing his century) run out with his direct hit.

What do you have to say about Marnus Labuschagne’s act? Do you think it was his attempt to distract the Indian cricketers or he was just trying to have some fun?
