There are times when life throws surprises at you and you have no idea as to how things have changed so quickly. Something of this sort has happened with five Indian cricketers recently and things don’t seem to be easy for them. These five Indian cricketers are Rohit Sharma, Rishabh Pant, Prithvi Shaw, Naveep Saini and Shubman Gill and they are in the center of controversy because of a video in which they are seen enjoying meals at an indoor restaurant.

This video was posted by an Indian fan who not only got clicked with them but also paid their bill. However, the problem started when the fan initially claimed that he was hugged by Rishabh Pant, though he later retracted and said that he wrote it in excitement as Pant never hugged him and social distancing was maintained.

Soon these players were isolated from the other players and a joint investigation was also started by BCCI and CA in order to look into the matter of possible breach of the bio-bubble protocol. The five Indian cricketers are allowed to get trained but separately from other cricketers and it is also not clear whether they will be able to play the third test match or not, however they have been allowed to travel to Sydney with the Indian team. The players are permitted to walk around in the cities where they are playing matches and they can dine only in an outdoor restaurant but the Indian cricketers were seen eating in an indoor restaurant.

However now one more controversy has erupted as a new photo of the bill has emerged on the social media and some people are claiming that the Indian cricketers have eaten beef in the restaurant. As Akshay Kumar Releases FAU-G Trailer, Twitter Floods With Interesting PUBG Memes

The lives of PUBG (PlayerUnknown’s Battlegrounds) gamers have been quite tragic since the Indian government took the decision of banning the app in India along with 117 other Chinese apps citing the reason of national security. However, there is good news for the game lovers as FAU-G: Fearless and United Guards, a multi-player game is ready to get released on the Indian Republic Day which falls on January 26.

This game will not only provide an alternative to PUBG but also further strengthen the Atmanirbhar movement of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi who has categorically emphasized on being vocal for local. FAU-G: Fearless and United Guards is being developed by the nCore Games under the mentorship of Khiladi of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar. The game is set to be based on the real-life scenarios faced by the Indian forces and how they deal with those who were a threat to the peace of the nation. The game lovers will be able to download it from Google Play Store and Apple App Store as well.

Akshay Kumar took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and released the anthem of FAU-G with the caption, “Whether it’s a problem within the country or at the border…these Bharat Ke Veer always stand tall. They are our Fearless And United Guards, our FAU-G! Witness the anthem” with a lion emoji.

“Stop Complaining, Suck It Up & Get On With It,” Nathan Lyon Advices Team India For Brisbane Test

The Indian team management has quite clearly conveyed to the Cricket Australia that they are in no mood to travel to Brisbane for the fourth and final test match as the restrictions over there will be harder. The Indian cricketers have been in bio-bubble for almost four months now as earlier they played the IPL 2020 in UAE and from there, they straightaway took a flight to Australia. So they don’t want to undergo harder quarantine at the end of the tour since they have already spent their 14 days quarantine in Sydney at the beginning of the tour. In fact, the Indian team management has suggested that they should play both the remaining test matches in the same city rather than travelling to another city and leave for India after the series get completed from there only.

Many people from the cricket fraternity are giving their opinion in this regard and now the Australian spinner Nathan Lyon has opened up on this matter too. In a pretty straightforward manner, Nathan has asked team India to stop complaining and suck it up. While speaking to mediapersons on Monday morning, Nathan says that he understands some people from both the sides are in bio-bubble for around six months now but in his opinion, this sacrifice is pretty less in comparison to the fact that they are getting a chance to play our favourite game and bring smiles on many faces. According to him, he feels that they all should suck it up and play some good and competitive cricket for our respective countries.

Talking about the incident in which five Indian cricketers have been isolated after they had a meal at an indoor restaurant, he says that it is fine and people make mistakes but they should accept it and concentrate on cricket rather than sticking to the issue and give media a chance to make it big unnecessarily. He says that they all should listen to the medical experts, adding that they are lucky as the Cricket Australia has a great medical team.

The fourth test match which is slated to be played at Brisbane will be 100th test match of Nathan Lyon. When he was asked whether he has Plan B if the fourth test match is shifted to Sydney, he says that he has no Plan B as he and other players have heard nothing about it and he is pretty sure that they will be going to Brisbane for the fourth test match. He also says that everyone knows how much Aussies love to play at Gabba, Brisbane, as they have a pretty good record over there.

Nathan Lyon also states that everyone is talking about the fourth test match but the truth is that they have a big game coming on in couple of days in Sydney and their 100 percent focus is on that game as of now.

Twitter Went Berserk As Official Broadcaster SuperSport Compared Dussen With Sachin Tendulkar

It is an open secret that Indians are very particular about cricket and their cricketers and Sachin Tendulkar holds a special place in the heart of every true cricket fan. If cricket is a religion in India, Sachin Tendulkar can be called its God and Indian cricket fans don’t like it when any other cricketer is compared with the legend.

It is quite common that once a newcomer starts performing well, people start comparing him with the other cricketers; for example, comparison between Babar Azam and Virat Kohli is pretty common just like Marnus Labuschagne is compared with Steve Smith and so on. However, the official broadcaster of the South Africa-Sri Lanka test series did something which made Twitterati go berserk.

South Africa and Sri Lanka are playing two test match series in which the former has already won the first test match and is also in a stronger position in the second test match which is being played at Wanderers Stadium, Johannesburg, South Africa. The toss was won the visitors and they decided to bat first, however they were not able to take the advantage of winning the toss as the whole team was bundled out for just 157 runs and Kusal Perera was the highest scorer with 60 runs. In response, South Africa also lost their opener Aiden Markram early at the score of 5 but Dean Elgar along with Rassie van der Dussen stabilized the innings and at the end of the day, South Africa was 148 for 1 with Dean Elgar batting at 92 and Rassie at 40.

The 31 years old Rassie van der Dussen is playing his sixth test match and the official broadcaster of the series SuperSport made a comparison between him and the legendary Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar. However the officials at SuperSport seemed to have forgotten that Sachin Tendulkar was just 16 when he made his test debut while Rassie van der Dussen was 30 years old at the time of his debut. They also forgot that Sachin is one of the greatest batsmen of the world of all times as he has played 200 test matches and scored 15,921 runs which include 51 hundreds and 68 half-centuries with 248 not out being his highest score.

Matthew Wade Opens Up On The Controversy Surrounding 5 Indian Players & Bio-Bubble Breach

Five Indian cricketers found themselves surrounded with controversy after a fan posted a video of them eating in a restaurant. The fan not only paid the bill of the players and got clicked with them but also claimed that he was hugged by Rishabh Pant on the micro-blogging site Twitter. These five cricketers are Rohit Sharma, Navdeep Saini, Prithvi Shaw, Shubman Gill and Rishabh Pant and as of now, they have been isolated from their team members.

The Board of Control for Cricket in India and Cricket Australia have started a joint investigation for the possible breach of the bio-bubble protocol. However, these five players have been given permission for travelling to Sydney with the Indian squad. It is also not clear whether any of these five players will be allowed to play the third test match which will start on January 7, 2021, in Sydney.

As per the protocol, the players are allowed to walk around the cities where there are playing matches and they are permitted to eat in an outdoor restaurant only but the Indian players were seen having meals in an indoor restaurant.

While many cricket lovers and some former cricketers have opened up on the controversy, now the Aussie opening batsman Matthew Wade has also shared his opinion on this matter. He also feels that not much can be done on this matter and there is no need to worry as the authorities are trying to sort it out.

From Sweeper To Panchayat President, This Kerala Woman Is True Example Of Women Empowerment

There is no denying the fact that those people will always be successful who keep on doing their work with sincerity and always believe in themselves that one day they will do something big.

46 years old A. Anandavalli who is from Pathanapuram in south Kerala’s Kollam district is certainly an example of the same and an inspiration for many women. She joined the panchayat office as a part-time sweeper in the year 2011 and was paid the salary of Rs. 2,000 at that time.

In the year 2017, her salary was increased to Rs. 6,000 and she was also promoted to the post of office attendant. However, her fortunes have changed completely as recently she won the panchayat elections by 654 votes from Thalavoor division and now she has become the President of block panchayat. What makes it more interesting is that she is going to sit in the same office where she joined as sweeper in 2011.

Anandavalli who was not able to complete her school education hails from the family of CPI (M) supporters and her husband who is a painter is also a worker of the same party.

Anandavalli was in tears when she joined her new duty; she stated it can happen only in her party and she will always be thankful to her party. She accepted that she was nervous but was encouraged by her party workers and leaders for taking up the new job. According to her, she knows that she has a big responsibility to fulfill and she will work hard to make her block panchayat a role model for other panchayats. She also adds that she will work towards making life better of the people living in her area.

Anandavalli says that though she knows how the office functions, she still need to learn the proper procedure and the paperwork. Moreover, she will also focus on the issues which need immediate attention.

Now this is truly women empowerment!
