Do you hear that? That’s the sound of a thousand hearts breaking all over the country. Vicky Kaushal has finally admitted that he is indeed dating the gorgeous Harleen Sethi.

Vicky had spoken up about his new relationship on Koffee With Karan and had said that although it had been only a few months, he was in love and that it was serious.

Rumours were afloat that Vicky was dating Harleen, but neither party had really spoken up about it. Speculations were all we had to rely on, and many of us nurtured hope that maybe the rumours weren’t true.

Turns out, they are. In an interview with a leading magazine, Vicky has confirmed his relationship with Harleen and has called it a very organic relationship, where everything happened naturally.

They apparently met through mutual friends, and they knew they were meant for each other from the very beginning. They gradually got to know each other, and it was beautiful.

He says that the two are very happy together, and that they enjoy spending time together. He has also said that Harleen is his best critic and vice versa.

Now if that is not sign of a healthy relationship, we don’t know what is.

Wife Of IAF Pilot Wants Justice For Her Husband, Pens An Emotional Post On Facebook

When squadron leader Samir Abrol and Siddartha Negi died in the Mirage 2000 crash, the nation was shocked.They were test pilots with ASTE. The reason still unknown, political debates and accusations are still on point though.

After his brother wrote a poem to show the actual destiny of test pilots, Garima Abrol wife of late Squadron leader Samir Abrol, wrote a moving letter, where she demanded answers to why she has to lose her husband in such circumstances.

“I am Garima Abrol…..I am the wife of Martyr Squadron Leader Samir Abrol….whose tears are still not dry…It still hasn’t sunk in that you are gone. No one has the answer to my questions. Why YOU ?

My husband was a proud Indian and I loved sending him off to serve the nation with a morning cup of tea and a head held high.

Every soldier’s wife’s biggest fear in life is when her husband would be called to the front line and serve in an active war. I too had this fear. Many a times I woke up crying after having one such bad dream…But Samir would hold me, console me and tell me…that is the ultimate purpose of his job…to be able to serve our nation when the call comes…He wanted me to be brave, as that’s what he was, a brave soldier, patriot to the core.

Such is the job of a soldier…it does not bring you fame…no one cries when you leave but the family…It does not make you a celebrity…the media covers it for a day and drops it just like they have done for the pilots who have met the same untimely fate before Samir…Then everyone forgets about it.

How many more of these pilots have to give up their life to shake you up and make you realise there is something really wrong in the system?

A pilot is not made in a day, it takes a decade of training for their souls to get molded for the job…How many fighters have to give up their life for you to wake up

I do not want any other sister of the Armed Force family to suffer the pain that I am going through. Words can’t describe how painful it is out here alone without my better half, my BATMAN.

I need answers…

Government Waived Anti Corruption Clauses In Rafale Deal, Here’s All That You Need To Know

The current Indian Government under Prime Minister Narendra Modi is a government who claimed a notion of eliminating corruption as one of their major agenda. As known already $7.87 billion Rafale deal between France and India involves anti corruption penalties, concessions on the side of the Indian government as well as an escrow account for all the payments.

The deals made during the United Progressive Alliance Government are significantly against eliminating corruption. But,neither the negotiations by the Prime Minister’s office nor the National Security Adviser are on the papers submitted to the Supreme court of India.

So, basically the clauses under the Defence Procurement Procedure (DPP) was dropped in the supply protocols by the government. Dassault will be the supplier of Rafael Aircraft Packages while the weapons packages will be supplied by MBDA France.

A leading newspaper revealed that in 2016 then Defence Minister, Manohar Parrikar made and approved eight changes in the IGA. But these significant clauses were not included in the supply protocols.

Moreover there will be direct dealings with the commercial suppliers even. It was signed by the Indian Negotiating Team, A.R.Sule (Financial Manager, Air), M.P.Singh(Adviser,Cost) and Rajeev Verma (Joint Secretary and Acquisitions Manager,Air).

This Rafael Deal was signed under the clauses of DPP 2013 between France and India. But now the Indian Governments chose to eradicate those clauses stated explicitly by the Standard Contract Document from the supply protocols with the private suppliers of defense.

Even there are no bank guarantee from the French Prime Minister. The government settled only for a letter(8th September, 2016), which has no legal value. Then the proposal to make amendments in the IGA was moved by Smita Nagaraj, Director General Acquisition(Defense Ministry)

Mr Parrikar chaired the meeting where it was decided to exclude the provision of penalties with respect to corruption for the private companies. He even directed the proposal that had no inclusion of an escrow aacount as a financial safeguard even.

Delhi Police Shows Mirror To People Breaking Traffic Rules, Gets Praised For Innovative Idea

Road safety is a very serious concern nowadays as every year many people lose their lives in road accidents and what is more surprising is the fact that people know that by not following traffic rules, they are risking their own lives but still they avoid rules.

The traffic police of many states have been trying to educate people about the traffic rules by coming up with creative ideas and also by using social media for this purpose. However, still we can see people not following some basic rules, such as wearing helmets while riding two-wheeler or wearing seat belt while driving four wheelers.

Delhi Police has started a new campaign to educate and make people aware about road safety by showing them a mirror, literally.

A video has been posted on the official Twitter handle of Delhi Police in which a cop is seen wearing a helmet and showing a mirror to those who have been breaking rules. Along with the mirror, the policeman is also showing placards with messages related to road safety. The main motive of this campaign is to encourage people to wear helmets.
