Single This Valentine’s Day? MBA Chaiwala Has Promised To Serve Free Chai To All Singles On V-Day

Now, now. If you’re anything like me, you’re probably dreading Valentine’s Day. On most days of the year, we’d love to claim how we’re single by choice and how we don’t need someone to keep us happy.

While that’s true, on 14th February, you can’t help but wish you had someone to fall back on. But then again, like me, you too can make a pledge to not sit at home and brood over it.

Look around, you’re not alone. There are hundreds of people in the same soup that you’re in. In fact, take yourself out on a date, drink some ‘garma garam’ chai and you’ll feel a whole lot better.

That is just what this guy feels.

Prafull Billore from Ahmedabad feels that no one should be lonely and sad on Valentine’s Day. He runs a popular chai store in the city and has promised to serve free chai to anyone who identifies as single on that day.

Prafull’s journey has been quite interesting, and not to mention, inspirational. He tried to get into some of the top B-schools of the country but failed. He eventually got admission into a MBA college, but dropped out. He found his calling when he opened his cozy but cute little chai store in Vastrapur with just 8000 bucks.

Now, it’s one of the most popular hangout spots in the city. Prafull feels that V-Day is not just for couples. Self love is equally important, and hence the initiative.

He’s even created a Facebook event for the same, and the description reads, “Why should couples have all the fun? Singles need pampering too. Hence we’ll be serving free chai to singles on Valentine’s Day this year.”

I certainly know what I’m planning to do this Valentine’s Day. So go on, mark yourself as ‘going’ and head to MBA Chai Wala on 14th Feb!

This Man Says A Degree Is Of No Use If He Has To Sell Eggs, Talks About Job Crisis Under Modi.

India, one of world’s largest democracy is getting ready to host election within the next hundred days. This election is significant not because we will be choosing our government again but because now we are facing the greatest job crisis in 45 years.

This is that period of a nation’s so called growth which economists termed as ‘jobless growth’. According to economists the note ban in 2016 and the sudden implementation of GST broke the financial backbone of many small and medium scale industries.

As official reports released last month, 3.5 million jobs got lost since 2016, when PM Modi decided to ban 85 percent of our currency notes. Even in the month of March, according to CMIE 31 millions were looking for various job opportunities.

But when our Prime Minister Narendra Modi formed the central government back in 2014, he promised to create 10 million jobs annually but it failed to provide job opportunities to over 12 million Indians who are struggling in the job market still, every year.

For the very first time in 45 years, the working age population of India is contributing nothing for the development of the economy. Unemployment rate reached its highest peak to be precise.

A girl of 24 year old, Seema moved to Delhi from Uttar Pradesh in search of job. She wanted to get a clerical government job but instead she is a part time cook in the city.

21 year old commerce graduate, Sagar Kumar is a roadside vendor who is selling food to support his ailing father and younger siblings’ education. He studies at night but he realized that it will be of no use though.

Sagar a young man from Bihar will be casting his vote for the very first time. He wants help from the government as jobs are becoming scarce. He needed loan to start a small business but it was a nightmare.

This year 133 million young adults will be choosing the government as well, that is they will be choosing their future as well. As now the economic growth of India is getting overrated as well. This is justified by a 7 percent GDP growth and highest unemployment rate in the past 45 years.

Though according to former Finance Minister Arun Jaitley, no social unrest and agitation proves that this is one of the peaceful times the nation witnessed with a 12 percent nominal growth since five years.

So, in spite of all these political and social complexities, it will be a challenge for our next government to create all the jobs needed by people like Seema and Sagar.

Priya will also be making her Bollywood debut soon with movie “Sridevi Bungalow”. When its trailer was released, social media users slammed the makers for using the name of veteran actress Sridevi to gain benefit. The film also has a scene that looks to be inspired by the last moments of Sridevi as she took her last breath in a bathtub. However, the makers and Priya denied any such charges and said that it is a co-incidence that the name of the lead character is Sridevi in the movie.

“Oru Adaar Love” is directed by Omar Lulu and is being released in Telugu and Kannada as well.

We offer the entire cast our best wishes.

Khaleel Ahmed Gets Badly Trolled On Twitter After India’s Loss In T20 Against New Zealand

After India’s victories in the ODI series, it was expected that the team would perform similarly in the T20 series against New Zealand as well. But clearly, that was not to be.

Virat Kohli was not playing the match, and Rohit Sharma had stepped in as the Captain. To say that their performance was a disaster, would be the understatement of the century.

The team lost by a whopping 80 runs, and Twitter is blaming Khaleel Ahmed for it. The 21 year old pacer did not perform up to the mark, and basically handed over 48 runs to the Black Caps in the first innings.

This is what Twitterati had to say:

Govt Changes Rules To Fight Against Piracy, Culprit Can Be Jailed For 3 Yrs & Has To Pay Huge Fine

There are a number of risks associated with filmmaking as some projects require huge investments and many people suffer losses if a flick is not liked by audiences or doesn’t perform well on the box-office.

However, one more issue that moviemakers face is the problem of piracy. Nowadays, many films get leaked on the Internet just before their release or a little later after the release because of which the producers have to suffer heavy losses as it results in decrease in number of people coming to cinema halls for watching the movie.

Piracy is a threat for the film industry and the government also has to bear losses because of it. On Wednesday, the government approved some amendments in the Cinematograph Act 1952 which will make piracy a criminal offence and punishable as per law.

As per the new proposed amendment, the unauthorised recording or duplication of movies will attract a punishment of jail sentence of up to 3 years and a fine of Rs 10 lakh.

Any person who records or tries to make a copy of a film without written approval from the copyright owner or is found encouraging someone to do so will be liable to be punished under this act.

The cabinet has also taken an important decision regarding the development of Prasar Bharti. An amount of Rs 1,054.52 crore has been issued for the development of its broadcasting infrastructure and network; out of this amount, around Rs 619 crore will be used for the Doordarshan schemes while remaining will be used for All India Radio schemes.

This is definitely a welcome step and we feel that it will be helpful in curbing piracy but the big question that still remains is whether it will be properly implemented or not. What do you have to say in this regard? Let us know.

This Man From Mumbai Is Planning To Sue His Parents For Giving Birth To Him Without His Consent

Yes, you read that right. This man from Mumbai, named Raphael Samuel, is planning to sue his parents for giving birth to him without his consent. How bizarre is that?

Raphael describes himself as an anti-natalist. Anti-Natalists are groups of people who believe that it is wrong to procreate or give birth to children on moral grounds.

In a video that has now gone viral, this man is seen dressed in a black t-shirt and fake beard and glasses. Essentially, he tells people in the video to stop having babies.

He wants people to understand that everyone is born without consent and did not have a say in the matter. Thus, no one, under any circumstances, owes anything to their parents nor are they obligated to them.

He is of the opinion that the world is suffering, and bringing babies into such a world is cruel and selfish. He says that people should stop reproducing altogether.

People on the Internet are quite puzzled as to what this means. Consent, in this case, becomes a blurry line. How on earth is someone supposed to seek the consent of a child before he or she is born?

In fact, Raphael’s mother also has something to say on the matter.

What is your opinion on this? Do you think consent needs to be taken in this case? Share your opinions with us.
