Daenerys Targaryen being uncomfortable with Jon Snow’s popularity didn’t make the audience uncomfortable but the presence of the Starbucks coffee mug at 17.04 mark, definitely did trig the GOT fans.

The coffee cup which appeared on the episode claimed by fans as a Starbucks coffee cup generated approximately $2.3 Billion worth of free advertising and the fun fact about it is that was not even the beverage from Starbucks.
According to CNBC, the coffee cup aired on the episode was actually a plain cup from craft services an on-site food service.
However, the fans lost their cool and started assuming the cup as a Starbucks drink. The coffee mug gaffe went out of proportion and social media exploded with memes and trolls.
A Public Relation subscription company recorded the total mention of Starbucks and Game Of Thrones as 10,627 counts all over the internet, radio and television broadcasts.
Stacy Jones Chief Executive Officer Of Hollywood Branded said the total discussion valued approximately $2.3 Billion as per the commercial value.
The American coffee company Starbucks didn’t stay behind and took advantage of the situation. Starbucks took to their twitter handle and tweeted ‘TBH we’re surprised she didn’t order a Dragon Drink.’
