Wasim Jaffer & Rajasthan Royals React With Memes Ahead Of IND-PAK Clash In Asia Cup 2022

The Indian cricket team has taken the lead by 2-1 in the ongoing 5-match T20I series against West Indies after winning the third T20I which was played yesterday at Warner Park Stadium, Basseterre, St. Kitts. Though this series will end after two matches, there is a lot of cricket coming up for the Indian cricket fans as India will be touring Zimbabwe where it will be playing 3-match ODI bilateral series starting 18 August, 2022.

The real excitement will begin after the Zimbabwe tour as the Asia Cup 2022 is going to start from Aug 27, 2022, with Sri Lanka and Afghanistan clashing in the tournament opener. The tournament is being hosted by Sri Lanka in United Arab Emirates and India will start its campaign on August 28 against its arch-rival Pakistan.

India’s rivalry with Pakistan on the cricket field is known to the whole world and whenever these two teams clash against each other, there is a lot of excitement, exhilaration and thrill among fans from both the sides. Both the countries haven’t played any bilateral series due to tension in their political relations but they certainly play against each other in international tournaments. Last time India and Pakistan played against each other was in the T20 World Cup 2021 in which Pakistan defeated Virat Kohli led team.

Yesterday, the BCCI secretary Jay Shah tweeted the complete schedule of the Asia Cup with the caption, “The wait is finally over as the battle for Asian supremacy commences on 27th August with the all-important final on 11th September. The 15th edition of the Asia Cup will serve as ideal preparation ahead of the ICC T20 World Cup.”

As soon as schedule of the Asia Cup was posted by Jay Shah, Twitter users got super active and it won’t be wrong to say that the IPL team Rajasthan Royals and former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer led from the front in this game.

Here is the tweet from RR, the tagline of which is, “26 din hai tere pass (You have 26 days)”:

Wasim Jaffer tried to show the happiness of broadcasters with the caption, “2 India v Pak games in Asia Cup. Meanwhile broadcasters: #INDvPAK”

Here are some other Twitter reactions:

Five teams will be participating in the Asia Cup 2022 – India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, Bangladesh and Afghanistan. There are good chances that India and Pakistan will clash again on Sept 4 and they may also face each other on September 11 in the finals of the tournament.

While some want India to take revenge of the T20 World Cup 2021, there are many who wish India to retain its supremacy by winning the Asia Cup once again.

So are you excited?

Chahal Responds To RR Admin Who Hacked His Insta, RR Admin Gives It Back With Dabangg Meme

The Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal is quite active on social media, especially on Instagram where he regularly posts his videos and photos. His internet activity further increased after he was bought by the IPL team Rajasthan Royals as the admin of this franchise is also quite witty and knows how to keep fans entertained.

If you remember, just around the IPL 2022, Yuzi hacked the official handle of RR by taking the password from RR CEO Jake Lush McCrum and now the RR admin has returned the favor by hacking Chahal’s account. RR took to its official Twitter handle and posted a hacked photo of the Indian cricketer’s messages which were sent to him on Instagram.

In this edited screenshot, there are six chats, the first one from Yuzi’s wife Dhanashree Verma, second is from RR skipper Sanju Samson, third is from MS Dhoni, fourth from RR teammate and English cricketer Jos Buttler, fifth is from Indian cricket team and the last one is from Indian skipper Rohit Sharma. The message sent by Jos Buttler is the most hilarious as he is asking Yuzi to return his orange cap. If you remember some time back, Yuzi and Jos Buttler met in London and this message implies that Yuzi took Jos Buttler’s orange cap which he earned in the IPL 2022 by becoming the highest run-getter of the tournament.

Here is the screenshot which RR captioned with, “hacked @yuzi_chahal’s Instagram. Hisaab barabar”

Soon the Indian spinner reacted by asking admin, “Kabhi ghee ke chaante khaaye hai admin?”

The RR admin is not an easy nut to crack and he responds soon with a still from a Bollywood movie “Dabangg” featuring Sonakshi Sinha and her famous dialogue (thappad se darr nahi lagta sahab, pyaar se lagta hai) twisted into, “ghee ke chaante se darr nahi lagta sahab, hacked hone se lagta hai”

Well, both are dramatic persons, what do you say?

Man Goes To Work & Doesn’t Find Daughter At Home When He Returns, End Is Unmissable

There is no denying the fact that the bond between a mother and baby cannot be described in words but the relationship of a father and baby, especially girl child, is also special and unique in every sense. A daughter is no less than a princess for every father, regardless of whether he is a king or a poor person, and he does it all to bring a smile on the face of his little angel that vanishes all the sadness, pain or exhaustion from his face.

Here we present a heart-touching video which beautifully depicts the bond between a father and his daughter whose mother left the world after giving her birth. The parents prayed a lot for a baby but ultimately when she arrived in the world, her mother couldn’t see her. The world gave the innocent girl tag of ‘manhoos’ but was she really at fault for this?

Time flew and she grew up, the father used to love her the most and for her too, her father was her world but one cruel day when the father returned home from work, the girl was not there. He looked for her all through the house, asked many people but all in vain. He spent all his life searching for her until one day he happened to know the truth and eventually met a girl.

What happened next? Did he meet his daughter? And if he did, could he recognize her?

Fashion Brand Sells ‘Nandu Ka Patte Wala Kachcha’ For Rs 15K, Twitter Goes Crazy

The trends in the fashion industry change very quickly as fashion brands love to come up with new products every now and then but sometimes they surprise or rather shock us with their products as well as with their prices.

If you remember, some time back a brand came up with trousers made up of the material which is used for making jute bags, another brand launched jeans with grass stains on it, some other brand came up with a chair purse which was so tiny that it just could not store anything while another brand launched necklace made of telephone cord, etc. What made these products attract more attention was their whopping prices which made them the talk of social media.

Now a Twitter user has shared the photo of shorts (or should we say underwear?) priced at Rs. 15K approx. These shorts are pretty similar to what Indian men used to wear in old times and they were purchased at very low price in comparison to what the company has quoted. In fact, even if today we have to purchase such shorts, then also we can get them at a very cheap rate from the market in comparison to what the company is demanding.

Here is the screenshot which has been shared by the Twitter user:

The caption on the tweet read, “Why is this pattapatti trouser 15k?”

If you remember, Nandu (the character played by Shakti Kapoor) in the movie “Raja Babu” starring Govinda and Karisma Kapoor in lead roles used to wear such ‘Patte Wala Kachcha’. Yes, you got it right!

The tweet went viral for obvious reasons and this is how netizens reacted to it:

Filmmaker Shares Post On How Pankaj Tripathi Is Very Humble Even At The Peak Of His Career

Pankaj Tripathi is one of the most talented actors of the movie industry at present but what makes him stand apart from the other actors of his generation is his simplicity, down to earth nature, connection with his roots and his love for his culture and traditions.

Some time back, a video went viral in which Pankaj Tripathi was seen cooking litti chokha, a dish originated in the Indian state of Bihar, with his friends when he visited his hometown in Bihar. People praised him for enjoying his vacations over there because nowadays most of the stars choose Maldives, London or any other foreign location for spending quality time with their families. It won’t be wrong to say that though he is a part of the industry which is known for glamour, glitz, show-off, etc., Pankaj Tripathi is an epitome of simplicity who is deeply connected with his roots.

There is no denying the fact that Pankaj Tripathi has attained the status of a star considering the fact that he is playing either lead or very important roles in movies or web series which are getting liked by audiences a lot. However, it doesn’t seem to affect him at all because he is still a simple person who is more concerned about his work rather than the luxurious facilities which are demanded by other actors and actresses.

Recently Abhiroop Basu, the director of “Laali” in which Pankaj Tripathi played the lead role, took to Facebook and made a heart-touching post in which he praised Pankaj for his simplicity. The filmmaker said that the actor used to eat the food they all ate and returned to his hotel when they all used to go. He even shared “a picture that could speak a thousand words” in which the “Mirzapur” star can be seen sitting on a wooden chair in the middle of road, talking on phone with his water bottle beside him, he is dressed in shirt and lungi.

Abhiroop writes that though Pankaj Tripathi is at the peak of his career yet for “Laali”, he shot in Kolkata for three days without any vanity van or spot boys specially dedicated to him. Moreover, he didn’t even demand any luxury or arrangement which is usually demanded by the celebrities. He further writes that working with Pankaj Tripathi was a great learning experience as he learned not just about the craft but also about the life and how to always keep your feet rooted to the ground. As per him, this is something which teaches about movies way more than any film school ever can.

Here is the post:

This man is a real gem! Kudos!

Salman Butt Takes A Dig At Pakistan Cricket While Praising Dinesh Karthik For His Superb Knock

The Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik has been making waves in the international cricket since he has made a comeback in team India in the shortest format. DK as he is called by his fans impressed everyone with his game during the IPL as he played the role of a finisher to the perfection for Royal Challengers Bangalore. Because of his superb performances in the IPL 2022, the selection committee was not left with any choice other than selecting him in the team and since then, he has played beautiful and brilliant knocks whenever he has got the chance.

DK’s comeback has got more attention because age is not in his side and in the times when the team management is looking for just young players especially for the shortest format, he has made it into the team at the age of 37.

Dinesh Karthik once again showed his class in the first T20I of the 5-match series against West Indies as he smashed 41* in just 19 balls. His innings included 4 fours & 2 sixes and helped his team in scoring the big total of 190/6. DK was adjudged as the Player of the Match for his superb innings and many former cricketers are of the opinion that he has certainly confirmed his ticket to Australia where the T20 World Cup will take place later this year.

Not only Indian cricket fans and former Indian cricketers are praising the Indian wicketkeeper batsman but he is being showered with praises from overseas as well.

The former Pakistani cricketer Salman Butt has lauded Dinesh Karthik too and in the process, he has also taken a dig at the Pakistan Cricket Board by saying that DK is lucky as he is born in India otherwise in Pakistan, he wouldn’t have been able to play in domestic cricket at this age.

Salman Butt also appreciated the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) by saying that the Indian board is very serious about their bench strength and the youngsters are also performing very well for the team. He adds that Shubman Gill has impressed everyone in the ODIs, Arshdeep is doing well, Suryakumar Yadav is also improving with each passing day and Shreyas Iyer is available too. He further said that there is ample amount of talent in the Indian cricket.

He also talked about the second test between Pakistan and Sri Lanka which the former lost by 246 runs. As per Salman Butt, Pakistan cricket is lacking services of proper pace bowlers who can give company to Shaheen Afridi.

Shaheen Afridi wasn’t able to play in the second test match because of his knee injury and Salman Butt states that until and unless new pacers and openers are not given chance, the Pakistani team will keep relying on Shaheen Afridi which is not good for Pakistani cricket. He adds that though pace naturally comes to Pakistani bowlers, pace is not enough alone as the right length and line are also needed for bowling well.

DK is certainly an inspiration for everyone irrespective of the fact whether we are from sports or other field because he has proved in quite a good manner that age is just a number.
