The Bollywood actress Janhvi Kapoor is busy in promoting her latest release “Good Luck Jerry” which released on 29 July 2022 on a digital platform but currently she is making headlines for the all the wrong reasons. Some time back, she got trolled brutally after she stated that mathematics makes a person retarded, recently she got slammed for her statement as per which she stated that she would make a movie with her brother Arjun Kapoor and would name it “nepotism”. Earlier also Janhvi warned trolls that she would screw them up if they targeted her sister Khushi Kapoor who would make her debut with “The Archies” which is being directed by Zoya Akhtar.

However now in a recent interview, the “Dhadak” actress gave a clarification for her statements as she said that her schedule was very hectic and she was very tired and sleepy so she has no idea as to what she said. She further adds that if she is going to attend the 20th interview of the day, she will tend to speak rubbish. She also said that she was trying to crack a joke which didn’t land well.

But at the same time, Janhvi also makes it clear that she doesn’t miss her gym because she loves it and likes to remain fit, though she had no idea what she did there because she was very tired.

Talking about the warning that she gave to the trollers, she said that she just got very passionate but what she can do as she can’t go after everyone. She added that it will certainly upset her and it will upset her more than someone saying anything about her.

Janhvi has some really good projects lined up such as “Mr. and Mrs. Mahi” with brilliant actor Rajkummar Rao, “Mili” and “Bawaal”.

Vijay Deverakonda Has A Logical Take On Nepotism & Even You’ll Agree With Him

Koffee with Karan famous for creating controversies, gossiping and revealing some secrets of popular stars of the Indian Cinema and how we can forget to mention that the debate on nepotism also started in this talk show only. It all started when Kangana Ranaut appeared on the show along with Saif Ali Khan and she called Karan Johar, the flag bearer of nepotism and since then it is the most talked about topic of the Indian film industry, especially Bollywood.

Many stars have given their opinion on this matter and recently the southern superstar Vijay Deverakonda also opened up on it when he appeared on the sets of Koffee With Karan along with his co-actress Ananya Panday.

Vijay Deverakonda and Ananya Panday have worked together in upcoming movie “Liger” which is being shot simultaneously in Hindi and Telugu and is all set for release on August 25, 2022.

During the show when KJo asked Vijay Deverakonda whether entering the south Indian film industry was difficult and alienating for him, he responded by saying that it is definitely very difficult coming in an industry where you are completely an outsider with absolutely no access to the industry. He further adds that what he thinks is the world is not fair, we all don’t have the same financial status or height, looks or physical capabilities. He states that he will never blame or dislike someone just because he is born to a rich father or someone from the industry while on the other hand, he is facing difficulties in paying his rent.

Referring to Ananya Panday, Vijay Deverakonda says that it is not her fault if she is born in a family of actors. He adds that tomorrow he will also have a kid whose family is into acting but it will have nothing to do with him. He further states that the world is never fair in any field and a person has to work very hard for achieving success.

Rohit Sharma Speaks On Indian Team’s Failure In T20 World Cup Under Virat Kohli & Ravi Shastri

The 5-match T20I series which is being played between India and West Indies started with a bang for the visitors as West Indies lost the game by 68 runs. The match was played yesterday at Brian Lara Cricket Academy, Tarouba, San Fernando and the hosts decided to bowl first after winning the toss. However, the Indians got a steady start as the openers – Rohit Sharma (64 runs, 44 balls, 7 fours & 2 sixes) and Suryakumar Yadav (24 runs, 16 balls, 3 fours & 1 six) produced a partnership of 44 runs for the first wicket.

While Rohit led from the front, the middle order was not able to contribute well as Shreyas Iyer didn’t even open his account and Rishabh Pant also got out on the score of 14 only. The two Indian all-rounders Hardik Pandya (1) and Ravindra Jadeja (16 runs, 13 balls, 2 fours) also failed in making any impact but Dinesh Karthik once again played a beautiful innings as he scored 41 runs for which he played just 19 balls. DK’s innings included 4 fours & 2 sixes and he helped his team in putting up a total of 190 runs on the board at the loss of 6 wickets. In reply, West Indies could manage only 122/8 in its 20 overs and India took a lead of 1-0 in the series with DK being declared as the Player of the Match.

Prior to this, India also won the ODI and T20I series against England and it seems that Rohit Sharma’s brand of aggressive cricket is suiting well to the Indian squad. Team India may have been playing good cricket for a long time but the truth is that it hasn’t won an ICC trophy since 2013 when India won the Champions Trophy under MS Dhoni’s leadership. The Indian team management is presently focusing on the T20 World Cup which is going to take place later this year in Australia and they will certainly not like to repeat disappointing performance of the T20 World Cup 2021 in which India got eliminated in the group stage after losing matches to Pakistan and New Zealand. At that time, the Indian squad was led by Virat Kohli while Ravi Shastri was the head coach.

Just before the start of 5-match T20I series, the current Indian skipper Rohit Sharma addressed the press conference in which few journalists reminded him of the conservative approach of team India in the 2021 World Cup. Hitman denied all the claims saying that it’s true we did not get good results in the T20 World Cup but this doesn’t mean that they were having conservative approach or they were playing bad cricket.

He added that losing 1-2 matches doesn’t prove that they were not taking chances and the Indian team won around 80 percent matches before the World Cup which would not have been possible if India had conservative approach. However, Rohit Sharma says that now the players have been given more freedom to play their game because performances come easily when freedom is given to the players.

He also asks outside people to have some more patience as he says that the manner in which they are playing, some results may not go their way all the time but this doesn’t mean that the team or players are not good. He further says that they are trying something new so outside people should also bring changes in their style of thinking.

The second T20I match of the series will be played on Aug 1 at Warner Park Stadium.

What Is Difference Between IT Security And Info Security?

IT Security and Information Security are commonly used interchangeably since both terms apply to the safety of data held on computers. Those who are ignorant of the distinction between the two expressions should be aware that their meanings and definitions are completely separate and should not be interchanged, regardless of how frequently this occurs. Simply expressed, one is concerned with data protection in cyberspace, while the other is concerned with data protection in general. However, novices may find it challenging to comprehend. In the course of this article, let us attempt to establish a foundation for information security and appreciate its contrasts from IT security.

The fundamental difference is in the entities that they are aiming to safeguard.

IT Security will place a higher focus on protecting the infrastructure (computers, networks, and servers) that information and data are kept on. This may be achieved by appropriately setting servers, ensuring that all company-owned devices are equipped with antivirus software, and monitoring computer systems and networks for possible threats. In other words, information technology security preserves digital data by maintaining the network’s overall integrity.

Information security, however, focuses on preventing unauthorised access to the data kept on an IT infrastructure and/or modifications to the data while it is being stored or delivered. This is achieved by the protection of the information itself.

Several potential components of this strategy include access control mechanisms, least-privilege access strategies, and data encryption. These are merely some of the potential outcomes. Information security focuses primarily on the strategies and tactics designed to prevent data breaches from compromising critical organisational information.

Information Security (InfoSec) is concerned with preserving the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of an organization’s data, whereas IT Security is just concerned with maintaining the secrecy of the data.

The primary practise of information security is the prohibition of unauthorised access to information, use of information, disclosure of information, disruption of information, modification of information, inspection of information, recording of information, and destruction of information. There can be both physical and digital kinds of information. The phrase “information” incorporates several notions, such as “your details,” “your profile” on social media platforms, “your data on your phone,” “your biometrics,” etc. Consequently, information security involves a vast array of academic disciplines, such as encryption, mobile computing, cyber forensics, and online social media.

During the First World War, the first Multi-tier Classification System was devised in recognition of the delicate nature of the material. In connection with the outbreak of the Second World War, the Classification System was formally aligned. Alan Turing was finally successful in decrypting the secrets that the German Enigma Machine safeguarded during World War II.

Information security initiatives are constructed around three goals, which are often referred to as the CIA, which stands for confidentiality, integrity, and availability.

  1. Confidentiality ensures that information is not divulged to people, organisations, or processes that are not authorised to receive it. Take, for instance, the scenario in which I had a password for my Gmail account, but someone overheard it when I was attempting to get in to my Gmail account. In such situation, the confidentiality of my password has been violated, and there has been a breach of security.
  1. Integrity refers to the process of ensuring that data are both accurate and comprehensive. This ensures that the data cannot be altered in a manner that is not approved. For instance, if an employee leaves an organisation, then the data for that employee in all departments, such as accounts, should be updated to reflect status to JOB LEFT in order to ensure that the data is complete and accurate. In addition to this, only authorised persons should be permitted to edit employee data.
  1. The information must be accessible at the appropriate time, which is meant by the term “availability.” For instance, if one needs to access the information of a specific employee in order to determine whether or not that employee has exceeded the allowed number of leaves, one will require the collaboration of multiple organisational teams, such as those responsible for network operations, development operations, incident response, and policy and change management. An assault that constitutes a denial of service is one of the factors that might make information less accessible.

An additional notion governs the functioning of information security programmes. This practise is known as non-repudiation.

This indicates that neither side can deny sending or receiving a message or conducting a transaction. Neither party may assert that the other sent or received a communication or transaction. In cryptography, for instance, it is sufficient to demonstrate that the message matches the digital signature signed with the sender’s private key and that the sender could have transmitted the message and no one else could have altered it during transit. This is because the digital signature is signed using the sender’s private key. Non-repudiation requires both the data’s integrity and the source’s validity.

  • Authenticity refers to the process of confirming that a user is who they claim to be and that the origin of each piece of data that is sent to a destination is a reliable one.

If this concept is adhered to, it assures that the valid and authentic message will be received from a reliable source via a successful transmission.

For example, in the case mentioned in the previous paragraph, the sender would transmit the message along with a digital signature generated by computing the hash value of the message using the private key. At this stage, the digital signature is decoded at the receiver end using the public key, resulting in a hash value. The message is hashed again to generate the hash value. When the two values are identical, the transmission is deemed valid and the recipient is said to have received a genuine or authentic message. If the values do not correspond, the transmission is deemed invalid.

Information Assurance serves as the foundation for information security. This relates to the process of protecting the confidentiality, integrity, and accessibility (CIA) of information and ensuring that it is not compromised when critical issues arise. These issues are not limited to natural calamities, faulty computers or servers, and so on. Consequently, the field of information security has witnessed significant growth and development in recent years. It offers options for specialisation in a vast array of domains, such as protecting networks and related infrastructure, securing applications and databases, performing security testing, auditing information systems, and planning for business continuity.

Adam Gilchrist Isn’t In Favour Of 2 IPLs But Does Not ‘Want To Be Reported As Being Anti-IPL’

The Indian Premier League is certainly the most popular and the biggest cricket league tournament of the world, though many other countries have also started their own domestic leagues on the same lines yet no league can even come close to the revenue that is generated in IPL.

Some time ago, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has confirmed that IPL will have a 2.5 months window in the ICC Future Tours Program and recently there have been reports that the league may be conducted in two separate windows. Recently, the former Indian cricketer Ravi Shastri who also served as the Indian head coach talked about conducting IPL twice in a year with the second one being the shorter one based on the World Cup format.

Recently, some IPL teams bought all the six teams in South Africa’s domestic league and some IPL teams already own teams in Caribbean Premier League, UAE T20 league and USA’s Major League Cricket. Such expansion of IPL teams has become a matter of concern for some former cricketers from overseas and former Aussie cricketer Adam Gilchrist is also one of them.

During an interview, Adam Gilchrist states that he is not saying it is his proactive sense and then asks whether he is not asking a fair question. He adds that he believes second IPL is a proposal as of now but if it really happens, it will do a lot of damage to the international cricket and soon it will also have a negative effect on the domestic tournaments of other countries. He goes on to say that it doesn’t look like a two-way street because India won’t be helping other countries in making their market.

Adam Gilchrist further questions why active Indian players are not allowed to play in any other league by BCCI. He says that IPL is really a wonderful tournament; he himself has played six seasons and it was just awesome and he doesn’t even want to be known as anti-IPL but why Indian cricketers don’t play in Big Bash League or any other league. According to Gilly, though IPL is a great tournament, other cricketing boards and nations should also be allowed to prosper and grow.

Just recently, Adam Gilchrist expressed his concern over growing dominance of the IPL teams in the cricket world when he was reacting on the reports suggesting Australian cricketer David Warner preferring to play in UAE T20 League over Big Bash League of his own country.

Is Adam Gilchrist over-reacting or is he correct? Let us know your views in this connection.

Wasim Jaffer Shares Funny Andaz Apna Apna Meme To Depict Competition Of Team India Openers

The Indian cricket team scripted history under the leadership of Shikhar Dhawan as it whitewashed the 3-match ODI series against West Indies and this is the first time that any Indian team has achieved so much success in the Caribbean Islands.

Shubman Gill, the young Indian cricketer who opened the innings with the stand-in skipper Shikhar Dhawan played an instrumental role in India’s series win as he scored 205 runs in 3 ODIs. In fact in the third and the last ODI, he missed his maiden century by just 2 runs as rain stopped the match and the umpires decided to wrap up the Indian innings.

Shubman Gill who won the Player of the Match as well as the Player of the Series awards made the best use of the opportunity that he got as he was out of ODI and T20I team for a long time. Now he has made the selectors’ job very tough because Ishan Kishan and Ruturaj Gaikwad have also been performing well while opening with Rohit Sharma in the short formats.

With his superb performances in this series, Shubman Gill has made a strong claim for his candidature in the Indian squad which will go to play in the T20 World Cup that will be played in Australia later this year.

The former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer who is known for his expertise in posting funny memes posted a meme in this regard too. He took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and shared a still from the cult comedy movie “Andaz Apna Apna” which starred Aamir Khan, Salman Khan, Karisma Kapoor, Raveena Tandon and Paresh Rawal in lead roles.

The still featured Aamir, Salman and Paresh and while all the three tried to sit on one vehicle, Paresh Rawal took the vehicle with him, leaving the other two behind. In the meme, Aamir is tagged as Ishan, Salman as Ruturaj and Paresh as Shubman Gill.

Here is the meme:

As of now, Shubman Gill along with Shikhar Dhawan, Sanju Samson, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Shardul Thakur and Prasidh Krishna will return to India as they are not a part of India’s T20 squad.
