The former Pakistani skipper Sarfaraz Ahmed is getting criticized a lot for his unruly and aggressive behaviour in the ongoing Pakistan Super League (PSL) and many are feeling that the effect of losing along with poor performance is clearly visible in his actions.
Sarfaraz Ahmed has been leading Quetta Gladiators in the tournament and his team is presently on the fourth spot with 1 win against Karachi Kings and 2 losses against Peshawar Zalmi and Multan Sultans. The former Pakistani cricketer Salman Butt also slammed Sarfaraz Ahmed for his style of captaincy in the tournament during a chat. Butt says that Sarfaraz doesn’t talk to his players, he is shouting at them and instead of having discussion with them, he is imposing his decisions on them.
Salman Butt further talks about Sarfaraz Ahmed, saying that the Pakistani cricketer is not doing any favor to himself by doing all this but he is creating problems for himself which he won’t be able to answer even today. Salman Butt also states that Sarfaraz Ahmed needs to focus on his game and bring improvement because for the last 1.5 years, he has been travelling with the Pakistani team as the second wicketkeeper.
Sarfaraz Ahmed has responded to the statement of Salman Butt by targeting him for his involvement in the 2010 spot-fixing scandal. Salman Butt was the skipper of the Pakistani team when this scandal came to light during the England tour. The Pakistani cricketers Mohammad Amir and Mohammad Asif were also involved in the scandal and all three of them were banned from playing cricket for 5-10 years.
Sarfaraz Ahmed targeted Salman Butt by making a tweet in which he wrote, “Pakistan ko on duty beachne wala fixer jub niyat pe bhashan dega phir to Allah he Hafiz hai .#justsying”. (When a fixer who sold Pakistan while on duty will preach about honest intentions, then only God can save this world).
Check out his tweet:
Pakistan ko on duty beachne wala fixer jub niyat pe bhashan dega phir to Allah he Hafiz hai .#justsying
As far as Sarfaraz’s performance in the PSL 2022 is concerned, in the two matches that he has batted, he has scored 16 not out and 21 against Peshawar Zalmi and Multan Sultans, respectively and both the matches have been lost by Quetta Gladiators.
Virat Kohli, the former Indian skipper has a strong connection with the Indian city Bengaluru as he has been associated with the IPL franchise Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) since the inaugural edition of the IPL in 2008 and he has also spent a lot of time in the city during Under-14 and Under-15 camps at the National Cricket Academy.
However, Virat Kohli states that his wife Anushka Sharma has a stronger connection with the city as she has grown up there and has many memories with Bengaluru. According to Virat, Anushka is quite happy with the fact that he plays for the Bangalore based franchise and is very loyal towards RCB as he has made it clear while leaving the captaincy of RCB that he will be playing only for RCB till the time he will play in the IPL and he can’t even think of playing for any other franchise. RCB has retained Virat Kohli ahead of the mega-auction for the IPL 2022 for a price of Rs. 15 crore.
While speaking in the RCB podcast, Virat Kohli says that the Bangalore girl Anushka has a special connection with the city. He adds that the “Sultan” actress has grown up here and has spent much more time in the city than him so it is kind of obvious that she is happy with his commitment of playing for RCB. The former skipper of RCB states that with him playing for Bangalore, Anushka also gets a chance to visit the city and relive her old memories.
Virat Kohli also talked about his teenage days when he used to visit Bangalore for Under-14 and Under-15 NCA camps. He stated that they used to stay in Bangalore for around 2-2.5 months which also gave him a little chance to explore the city. Kohli who is also touted as G.O.A.T. (Greatest Of All Times) by his fans also adds that Bangalore has a very different feel which no other place in the country has and the moment a person arrives at the airport and drives to the hotel, he feels like he has come home. He goes on to say that it is quite unique to feel like this in a city where you haven’t taken birth or grown up and you just come once in a year.
Virat Kohli will be seen next in the 3-match ODI series against West Indies starting February 6 and his fans and former cricketers are very hopeful that in this series which is being played at home, he will end his century drought.
Every year many films are made in Bollywood but there are only few which have a long lasting impact on the minds and hearts of movie lovers and one such flick is “Sirf Tum”. The 1999 released movie starred Sanjay Kapoor, Priya Gill and Sushmita Sen in important roles and was directed by Agathiyan. It was based on the story of two lovers who didn’t even see each other but fell in love after exchanging letters with each other.
While Sushmita Sen and Sanjay Kapoor are still active in the field of acting, Priya Gill quit acting in 2006 but recently a photo of her is going viral and fans are quite happy seeing the actress after such a long time.
Here are some old photos of the actress:
This is how Aarti of “Sirf Tum” aka Priya Gill looks like now:
Priya Gill made her Bollywood debut with “Tere Mere Sapne” in 1996; the movie was produced by Amitabh Bachchan Corporation Ltd. and it also starred Arshad Warsi, Chandrachur Singh and Simran in important roles. The beautiful actress still looks pretty young, what do you say?
The Indian cricketer Virat Kohli has been making headlines in the recent past because of his captaincy saga and many of his fans believe that he has been unfairly treated by the Board of Control for Cricket in India. Virat Kohli gave up his T20 captaincy after the dismissal performance of team India in the ICC T20 World Cup 2020 citing workload issues but then he was removed from the ODI captaincy too and recently, he gave up his test captaincy as well after India lost the 3-match test series to South Africa by 2-1.
Now, the Indian cricket fans and former Indian cricketers including Reetinder Singh Sodhi want the Indian cricketer to bat superbly and make big scores in the upcoming ODI and T20I series against West Indies starting 6th Feb. While expressing his opinion during a discussion, Reetinder Singh Sodhi states that Virat Kohli has gone through many things in the recent past but what is more important is that he bats well and dominates the opposition as he used to do in the past.
Sodhi said that just some time ago, he used to lead the Indian cricket team in all the three formats but now he is not a captain in any format, so a lot has happened with him in the recent past but the now whole nation wants to see the champion batsman on the field. Sodhi states that many important tournaments including the World Cup will come up in the near future and it is quite important for the team and Virat Kohli that he bats well and makes big scores. Sodhi adds that a champion player never focuses on making records and always competes with himself but what will happen to the opposition if Virat Kohli decides to break his own records.
In the last ODI series against South Africa, Virat Kohli scored two half-centuries and he was the fifth highest run scorer in the series too, however many fans were left disappointed as they wanted to see him scoring a century. It has been almost 2 years that Virat Kohli has scored a century in any format of the game and the series against West Indies will be a great opportunity for him to end his century drought.
Relationships have changed to a large extent in the present day world as earlier people used to be committed to one person whom they truly loved and it was a pure bond with the inclusion of elements such as loyalty, trust, respect, honesty, etc. Nevertheless, things don’t seem to remain the same in the modern era and in many cases now, infatuation or status of a person forms the base of relationships. Needless to mention, such bonds don’t last for long and as the reason for attraction disappears, love also vanishes.
Moreover, some people also get into a relationship for selfish needs such as physical pleasure or just for the sake of being with someone to avoid being called single. Quite obviously, emotional attachment or love lacks in such fragile affairs and they end in some point of time for petty reasons.
Here we present a video revealing bitter truth about the modern day love and the end will leave you surprised as it’s something you would never have imagined. The video features a couple in the live-in relationship and the girl suddenly starts ignoring the guy as he keeps on asking to be physical but she denies.
This has been happening for a month now and one day after the guy discusses the issue with her, he finds out the real reason behind her changed behaviour. However shockingly in place of getting furious or depressed, he gets happy. How and why? Well to know that, you need to watch the video.

The Indian cricketer Virat Kohli left everyone in a shocked state when he announced his decision of giving up test captaincy after India lost the 3-match test series to South Africa by 2-1 as he is the most successful test captain India has ever had. The Indian cricket team played 68 test matches under Kohli’s leadership and won 40 out of them. Not just this, it was under Virat’s captaincy that India achieved the number one rank in the ICC test rankings in October 2016 and retained that position till March 2020 (42 months) which is certainly a very big achievement to his name.
The Indian squad also won many test series both at home and away under Virat Kohli’s leadership and he also took India in the finals of the World Test Championship 2020-21, though India lost the finals to Kane Williamson led New Zealand. Virat Kohli had also given up his T20 captaincy after the ICC T20 World Cup 2020 and after that, Rohit Sharma replaced him as the ODI skipper.
Recently during an interview, Virat Kohli talked about his captaincy saga for the first time. He stated that a person should have complete understanding of what the target is for which he has been given the responsibility and whether you have achieved that target or not. There is a time frame for everything and a person should know about that and if you are able to contribute more as a batsman, you should be proud of that.
Virat Kohli gives a reference of the former Indian skipper MS Dhoni when he says that it is not necessary to be the captain of the team to be a leader. He added that it was not like that MS Dhoni was not a leader when he was in the team because everyone wanted to take advice from him. He also says that winning or losing is not in our hands but striving for excellence and becoming better by each day is something that we can do.
Talking about his role in the team which has changed in the recent times, the former Indian skipper says that he will have to accept the new roles and the new chances that he will get. He said that he used to think like a captain even when MS Dhoni was the skipper or when he was just a player in the team.
The Indian cricket fans are quite unhappy with Virat Kohli quitting captaincy but as many former cricketers have said that even if we did not like the decision, we should respect it.
Every year people eagerly wait for budget in order to see whether the government will give them any benefits by starting a new scheme or making changes in the existing one or not. This is that day of the year when you will get to hear only about budget on news channels and how it will be beneficial or non-beneficial for various sections of the society. Every news channel will have at least one economist in their panel of guests who will use jargons to state his opinion about budget in order to tell what he feels about it.
Many businessmen will also took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and tell whether this budget will be good for the industry and economy, though, most of them will try to give a balanced view as no businessman wants to get listed in the bad books of the government. As far as the politicians are concerned, the members of the ruling party will call it a revolutionary or the future-oriented budget of the poor while the opposition will call it a budget against the poor/farmers/weaker sections of the society, etc.
Now let’s talk about the major segment of the Indian population – the middle class, the common people or mango people as the young generation likes to call. The middle class is mostly concerned about what is getting cheaper or what is getting costlier along with the tax slabs and they are not much concerned about the other aspects of budget.
Today, the Indian finance minister Nirmala Sitharaman is presenting the Union Budget 2022-23 starting 11 am and the social media users have flooded the platforms with budget memes.
