Everyone has their own choices when it comes to food and it won’t be wrong to say that a majority of people doesn’t like to change their eating habits for a person, though they may change it for medical or religious reasons.

Recently, a very strange case came into light when a person wrote to a newspaper columnist and narrated his plight in which mutton played an important role. The man states that he is a pure vegetarian and is married to a woman who is also vegetarian by caste but she has accepted that she loves to eat mutton whenever she gets a chance. The man further says that as the girl is very beautiful, he agreed to marry her by putting one condition that she would stop eating mutton which she accepted.

However, now the man has found out that his wife is cheating on him with mutton as she is eating it secretly. In fact, she has openly stated that she loves mutton and she can’t live without it. The man further says that he is ready to forgive his wife once again and he has also given her an ultimatum as per which she has to choose between him and mutton. What is making the husband sadder is that it will be very embarrassing for him if his wife chooses mutton over him and in the end, he asks columnist who she will choose in his opinion.
The columnist was also shocked a little after reading the question and congratulated the man for making a new record as this is the first time that a woman has to choose between a man and a goat. The columnist also hinted that a person can live without love but not without food so it is quite clear who she will choose.
Here is the newspaper cutting which was shared by a Twitter user on the micro-blogging site Twitter:
I have a Brahmins friend eats 3 times non veg while wife is pure veg yet they are living happily with each other and have kids too. https://t.co/W6W5oCmVpz
The Indian cricket team is in a pretty strong position in the second test match against New Zealand as the Indian bowlers have wrecked havoc on the Kiwi batsmen and wrapped up New Zealand’s first innings at the meager score of just 62 runs. Team India put up a good total of 325 runs in the first innings with the help of Mayank Agarwal’s beautiful knock of 150 (311 balls, 17 fours & 4 sixes) and useful knocks of 44 (71 balls, 7 fours & 1 six) and 52 runs (128 balls, 5 fours & 1 six) by Shubman Gill and Axar Patel, respectively.
However, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli must be pretty disappointed and his wait for a century got elongated as he got out for a duck after playing four balls. What makes it more frustrating is the fact that Virat’s dismissal was a controversial one and not just the cricketing experts but the cricket fans were left fuming after Kohli was given out by the third umpire. In the 30th over of the innings which was bowled by Ajaz Patel, the Indian skipper was given leg before wicket (LBW) out by the on-field umpire but Virat went for a review as he was confident that the ball had hit the bat first and then it hit the pad.
The replay also suggested that the ball hit the bat first as it changed its direction while moving towards the pad but the third umpire Virender Sharma gave the decision as out because he didn’t get the conclusive evidence which could prove that the ball hit the bat first. Virat Kohli left the field visibly annoyed after having a little chat with another on-field umpire Nitin Menon.
Simon Doull, the former Kiwi cricketer who is doing commentary in the test match which is being played at Mumbai also talked about the lack of conclusive evidence in this case and as per him, the decision given by the third umpire was absolutely correct.
However, the Indian cricket lovers and the cricket fraternity were not pleased with the decision. Even Bollywood actor turned politician Paresh Rawal didn’t mince his words in calling it an example of third class umpiring.
This is what Paresh Rawal tweeted, “Is it third umpire or third class umpiring?”
The micro-blogging site Twitter was flooded with reactions in which the cricket fraternity and Indian cricket lovers lambasted the third umpiring for his decision. Check out some of the selected ones:

That was bat first in my opinion. And I understand the 'conclusive evidence' part. But I think this was an instance where common sense should have prevailed. But as they say common sense is not so common. Feel for Virat Kohli. #Unlucky#INDvNZ
How was that OUT? Felt Kohli got a faint inside edge before the ball hit the pad. Third umpire needed conclusive evidence. Tough luck. What do you think?
If they thought it hit the pad first, shouldn’t there have been a spike. I didn’t see any before the ball hit the bat. Keeping bias aside, stating facts. #IndvNZ
One of the worst umpiring decisions from both the *ON-FIELD UMPIRE* and the *THIRD UMPIRE*
I think they are taking the decisions with their eyes closed!#ViratKohli#Kohli#WorstUmpiring#Umpiring
Worst UMPIRE I have ever seen in my Life. It was a NotOut, such decision should go in batsman's favour it was a clear edge from the bat what a bad decision by Nitin Menon not even deserves a third umpire slot. Even I could have done better Umpiring than him. pic.twitter.com/qxKCGBWlNO
Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah is certainly one of the most loved and popular serials of the Indian television and this can easily be ascertained with the fact that it is also one of the longest running TV shows with more than 3300 episodes being telecasted till now.
The show which is aired on SAB TV is about the residents of a housing society who live together with love, peace and harmony. They not only celebrate all the festivals and special occasions together but also help each other whenever any of them faces a problem.
TMKOC has been entertaining audiences for over a decade as the first episode of the show was aired on 28th July 2008 and since then, it is bringing smiles on the faces of viewers. While there are many milestones that have been crossed by the show and its team, recently it has added one more feather to its cap by securing a place in the list of Top 10 Popular YouTube Videos of 2021. As per the new list released by YouTube, TMKOC’s episode, “Bhide Jumps Off Balcony” is at the tenth position in the list which mainly consists of comedians and content creators, such as CarryMinati, Bhuvan Bam, TVF, etc.
In this episode, it is shown that Atmaram Bhide who is the secretary of the Gokuldham Society wakes up late in the morning and he is very concerned about his scooter Sakharam. His wife reveals to him that Tappu has given her special oil for massaging him so that he can get a good sleep. Later on, Bhide finds out that his vehicle is missing and he goes on to question Tappu and his father Jethalal about Sakharam.
The Indian cricket team put up a good show on the first day of the second test match against New Zealand as it ended the day with 208/4 on the score board with opener Mayank Agarwal on the crease at the score of 108 not out and Wriddhiman Saha at the score of 24 not out. Today was certainly Mayank Agarwal’s day as he batted beautifully despite losing partners at regular intervals and helped his team in making a good total.
While Virat Kohli joined the team in Mumbai after a brief break, the Indian squad took the field without the vice-captain Ajinkya Rahane, pacer Ishant Sharma and all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja. In a statement issued by the board, it was stated that Rahane suffered a minor left hamstring strain during the first test match and he has been ruled out of the second test match which is being played at Mumbai as he has not recovered from the injury completely. It was also informed that Ishant Sharma dislocated his left little finger and Ravindra Jadeja sustained an injury in his forearm during the first test match and they both are also recovering.
The former Indian cricketer VVS Laxman expressed shock at the developments as he asked whether something happened this morning because the skipper said nothing about it in the press conference. Many online users took this as an opportunity to have some fun as they sniffed conspiracy theories behind Ajinkya Rahane’s omission since he is going through a rough patch for a long time now.
The reason behind such reaction of the online users is the poor form of Ajinkya Rahane and majority of them are happy with Jinx sitting outside in the second test match. In the absence of Virat Kohli, it was Rahane who led the team in the first test match which was played at Kanpur. The test match got drawn and Ajinkya Rahane scored only 35 and 4 in the first and the second innings, respectively.
New Zealand played without its skipper Kane Williamson who suffered elbow injury during the first test match and Tom Latham is leading the team in Kane’s absence.
The trend of making sequels of successful movies has become quite popular for some time now. Filmmakers like to make sequels because the chances of success are pretty high in comparison to movies made on new concepts and the actors are also ready to be a part of the sequels as they not only get more work but the success of the flick will further increase their credibility in the industry.
“No Entry”, the 2005 released movie which was directed by Anees Bazmee was a big hit on the box-office and now the makers are planning to come up with its sequel which will probably be titled as “No Entry Mein Entry”. The first movie starred Salman Khan, Anil Kapoor, Fardeen Khan, Lara Dutta, Esha Deol, Celina Jaitley, Bipasha Basu, etc. in important roles but if we go by the reports, the sequel is going to be something that we can’t even imagine in the first place.
The sequel will be based on the sci-fi theme and the three lead actors will be playing triple roles, each character will be from different timeline and there will be nine actresses who will play female leads in the flick.
With this concept, it is kind of obvious that there will be no space for logic in the movie and as people came to know about it, they flooded the micro-blogging site Twitter with jokes and hilarious reactions. Check out some of the selected ones:
Well my personal opinion about no entry sequel is that it should have been made in 2011-12 around. Salman was at peak prime in look to play that playboyish, macho role of Prem.
The trend of sequels is going to stay here for long and hopefully we will get to see some good movies, although we can’t deny the essential fact that mostly the sequels have been less intriguing and disappointing. Agree?
Indians have certainly proved their excellence in the IT world as there are good number of software engineers and IT professionals working in majority of the tech giants and few multinationals are even headed by the Indian professionals such as Google (Sundar Pichai), Microsoft (Satya Nadella), Adobe (Shantanu Narayen), IBM (Arvind Krishna), etc.
One more Indian who recently joined this list is Parag Agrawal, an alumnus of IIT-Bombay who has replaced Jack Dorsey and is the new CEO of the micro-blogging site Twitter.
As soon as this news went viral, the Indian online users started researching about Parag Agrawal on Google. While many wanted to know his salary, they were numerous others who were interested in knowing about his marital status.
This is how netizens reacted:

On the other hand, Twitter was also flooded with reactions as people made some weird requests ranging from increasing the reach of their tweets to making requests to ban the Pakistanis. Some users made a request to Parag’s wife for helping them get the blue tick and there were many who praised IIT-Bombay for giving such brilliant and talented techies to the world. However, there were few who also gave suggestions that Parag should consider in order to make users’ experience better on Twitter.
Here are some weird requests that Twitterati made from Parag Agrawal:

Congratulations Parag on becoming the new CEO.
One expectation from you. Twitter needs to introduce the edit option. You can’t be so careful every time you type 280 characters — from your living room or a pub or a parking lot.
Congrats Parag ji, we just hope for 3 changes from you-
1. Please give us an Edit option while commenting
2. If possible please increase the word limit per comment
3. Try to reduce wokeness on Twitter & just treat everyone fairly as far as use of sensitive language is concerned.
Sir, all the best! I've been waiting for Twitter to make usernames longer so I can create my patriciawagnersings and patriciawagneracts accounts here. I am using this opportunity to submit my request for it to please be considered. I would love it to be granted if it is possible.
37 years old CEO of Twitter obtained the 77th rank in the entrance examination of IIT and as per the reports, Parag Agrawal is going to get a salary of around $1 million (Rs. 7,51,21,000) per annum along with bonuses and stocks.
Do you also have any suggestion for or request from Parag Agrawal?
