Pooja Bedi Got Heavily Slammed For Saying “Live Without Fear Of Virus” In Her Videos From Goa

The whole nation is facing wrath of the coronavirus pandemic’s second wave and what is making the matter worse is the fact that this time we are fighting the new variant of the virus which is more harmful than the previous one and is spreading at a faster pace than the last time. One of the biggest reasons for the comeback of COVID-19 is the carelessness of people and their unwillingness to follow the safety guidelines such as wearing masks, maintaining social distancing, etc.

The condition of the pandemic is quite serious in 12 states of the country with Maharashtra and New Delhi being the worst affected. While Maharashtra has announced lockdown like restrictions, New Delhi has also imposed weekend curfew and some other strict restrictions.

On one side, common public is worried about their present and future in such circumstances but on the other, there are some who are quite privileged and they need not worry about their future even if things are going out of control in India.

Recently, the former actress Pooja Bedi took to her social media accounts and posted some videos in which she is seen having gala time at the beaches of Goa with her fiancé Maneck Contractor and kids.

Here is a video which she captioned as, “I love Goa!! There are SO many reasons to love Goa the outdoors, the warmth of the locals the amazing food the sunshine & of course the fact that my health & wellness business is based in Goa”.

In the video, she talks about the location where she comes for walk and shows the viewers how beautiful the place is.

She also shared a video on her Instagram account in which she asked what a person should do on Monday morning. She talked about the fun that an individual can have on the beach like she is having.

She captioned the video, “LIVE your LIFE while u are on this planet…! The only guarantee in life is death! It’s inevitable! What matters is how you LIVE .. and it certainly shouldn’t be in a state of continuous fear & uncertainty… its already stolen ONE WHOLE YEAR of our lives. Life is not meant to be lived in Fear, suffocating masks & Concrete cages. Sunshine & fresh air builds immunity. Love # Happy Goa.”

Pooja has posted one more video in which she is seen with her fiancé on the speedboat. She talks about living the life without fear and says that life it not for wearing masks and remaining caged. She says that the virus is not going away so what your biggest regret will be if you lose your life after a year of lockdown.

Netizens have blasted her mercilessly for such an insensible and idiotic behaviour; people say that by posting such videos on social media, she is encouraging people to do the same and it will be no less than insulting doctors and corona warriors who have been tirelessly working day and night for almost a year now and are keeping their lives at risk to treat others.

“Aap Log Sikha Do,” Jasprit Bumrah Replies To Fans Who Try To Imitate His Bowling Action

The Indian pacer Jasprit Bumrah will certainly play a big role if Mumbai Indians has to win the IPL title sixth time; however in the first two matches of the franchise, Bumrah hasn’t been able to make much impact. In the first match of MI against Royal Challengers Bangalore, Bumrah took 2 wickets but in the second match against Sunrisers Hyderabad, he was unable to dismiss any batsman.

Jasprit Bumrah made his debut for India in the shorter formats in the year 2016 and in the test matches in 2018 and since then, he has become an integral part of the Indian bowling line-up. He is being termed as one of the best pacers of the present times because of his wicket-taking ability and ability to bowl Yorkers and slow deliveries. However, there is one more thing for which Jasprit Bumrah is pretty famous and that is his unusual bowling action.

As Bumrah has a large fan base, many of his fans try to copy his action and in a video which has been posted by the Mumbai franchise, two fans are seen fighting over the bowling action of Jasprit Bumrah. Just then, Bumrah comes on the screen and asks the fans to teach him how to bowl by saying, “Aap log sikha do”.

Jasprit Bumrah also celebrated his one month marriage anniversary with Sanjana Ganesan on April 15 by posting a beautiful post on his Instagram account with the caption, “One month of love, belly laughs, silly jokes, long conversations, and peace. One month of being married to my best friend.”

On Bumrah’s post, Sanjana also left a lovely message, “I cannot wait to see you”.

On this special occasion, Sanjana Ganesan also took to her official Instagram account and posted a photo in which the couple can be seen cutting a cake. She captioned the post as, “Missing the husband and that cake a little extra today.”

Mumbai Indians will be playing their next match against Sunrisers Hyderabad tomorrow (17th April 2021).

Sania Mirza’s Father Slams SRH For Not Having Local Players, Takes A Dig At Them Over Losses

The fans and players of Sunrisers Hyderabad must be quite disappointed after losing their second match by 6 runs to RCB. SRH has tasted defeat in both the matches of the IPL 2021 and what has hurt the fans the most is the fact that both of them were close games and the SRH players were not able to perform well under pressure. Manish Pandey got slammed a lot after the match against RCB as he played 39 balls but batted slowly and scored only 38 runs considering the fact that it was a T20I match.

The Indian Tennis star Sania Mirza’s father Imran Mirza was also not happy with the performance of SRH in the IPL 2021 and he took to Twitter to slam the franchise for not including the local boys in their team. He also questioned as to why Hyderabad did not get the chance to host the matches while the cities which have been affected adversely by COVID-19 are allowed to host IPL matches.

This is what Imran Mirza tweeted, “No local player was considered good enough to be selected in SRH. They even didn’t think Hyderabad is a safe venue to host matches while seriously COVID-hit centres got the nod. Looks like SRH will end up with few wins and a dwindling home support. Time to introspect.”

In order to ensure that the teams have to travel less, the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) has come up with a plan as per which all the IPL teams are playing their matches at the neutral venues (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Kolkata and Ahmedabad).

Though the former Indian cricketer Mohammad Azharuddin who is presently the President of Hyderabad Cricket Association (HCA) proposed to BCCI that Hyderabad is ready to take up the challenge of hosting the IPL matches, the board was not interested.

Why Did Ritika & Natasa Give Surprised Look During MIvsKKR? Mumbai Indians Solves Mystery

The defending champions Mumbai Indians started the IPL 2021 on a bad note as they lost their first match to Royal Challengers Bangalore but they didn’t have to wait much for tasting their first win as they defeated Kolkata Knight Riders in the second match of the league. MI’s second match against KKR was a low scoring game and the Kolkata franchise put MI to bat first after winning the toss. Despite having a strong batting line-up, MI could manage to score only 152 runs as the bowlers of KKR bowled superbly. Andre Russell was the pick of the bowlers for KKR as he took 5 wickets for just 15 runs in his 2 overs.

KKR seems to be the favourites for winning the match as they had first wicket partnership of 72 runs between Nitish Rana and Shubman Gill. While Nitish Rana played a brilliant knock of 57 runs, Shubman Gill contributed 33 runs but other than these two, there was no other KKR batsman who was able to score runs in an effective manner for his team. There was a time when KKR was 122/5 at the end of 15 overs and they needed to score 31 runs in 30 balls with Dinesh Karthik and Andre Russell on the crease. However, the tables turned upside down and KKR managed to score only 142 runs in their stipulated 20 overs. MI’s Rahul Chahar was adjudged as the player of the match for the 4 wickets that he took in his 4 overs.

The families of MI cricketers were also in the stadium cheering for the players and one image from that match is going viral all over the Internet. In that image, Rohit Sharma’s wife Ritika Sajdeh and Hardik Pandya’s wife Natasa Stankovic are seen looking at Natasa’s mobile with a surprised look. Everybody was left guessing as to what surprised these two so much.

Well, Mumbai Indians has revealed why Ritika and Natasa gave a surprised reaction. They both were surprised to see the skipper of MI Rohit Sharma resorting to bowling as at that time, none of his bowlers was able to take wickets.

“That’s Why He Failed To Cement His Place In Team India,” Nehra & Ajay Jadeja Slam Manish Pandey

The IPL 2021 has certainly given something to public to cheer about and feel happy in times of the coronavirus pandemic. While few matches of the league have been high scoring, few of them have been low scoring as bowlers have shown that T20 doesn’t belong to the batsmen completely. The sixth match of the tournament which was played between Sunrisers Hyderabad and Royal Challengers Bangalore was also a low-scoring match. Batting first, RCB managed only 149 runs at the loss of 8 wickets and SRH could have won the game if its batsmen had played little sensibly.

The start of the SRH innings was not good as opener Wriddhiman Saha got out for 1 run after playing 9 balls but the skipper David Warner played a beautiful innings of 54 runs for which he played 37 deliveries. The other batsman who contributed well was Manish Pandey who scored 38 runs for which he played 39 balls but failed to take his team home as a winner.

Manish Pandey got slammed mercilessly by the SRH fans and former cricketers after the Hyderabad franchise lost the match by 6 runs because he had played a good number of balls and had spent a good amount of time on the crease so it was expected from him to finish the match for his team. When everything was looking going the SRH way, things changed completely in the 17th over as Shahbaz Ahmed took 3 important wickets of Jonny Bairstow, Manish Pandey and Abdul Samad.

The former Indian cricketer Ashish Nehra also opened on the SRH Vs RCB match and said that the RCB skipper Virat Kohli brought his left-arm spinner for bowling at the right time but the manner in which the SRH batsmen got out on his bowling, it felt as if they were not proper batsmen but tailenders, especially Manish Pandey.

Nehra is of the opinion that the cricketers who bat at 9, 10 and 11 don’t have much capability to play the moving deliveries because of which they mostly play shots at long-on and mid-wicket but a proper batsman who has the experience of playing under pressure and is in good form will hit the ball towards mid-off and cover.

Nehra goes harsh on Manish Pandey when he says that the latter has failed to secure his berth in the Indian squad because he is not able to play well in the under pressure situations. Nehra gave the example of Hardik Pandya, Ishan Kishan, Suryakumar Yadav, Rishabh Pant, etc. and said that Manish Pandey made his debut before these guys but now these youngsters have left him behind with a big distance because of their ability to play under pressure and also because they know how to adapt themselves in different situations.

Another former Indian cricketer Ajay Jadeja has also criticized Manish Pandey for his slow innings and said that he has no doubt Manish Pandey won’t be a part of SRH’s playing eleven from now on because they will certainly think about including only those players who can finish the match for them after settling on the pitch. Ajay Jadeja adds that there will be some changes taking place in the SRH camp which is quite natural.

CBSE Cancels Board Exams For Class 10 & Postpones For 12th, Students Celebrate With A Meme Fest

The second wave of COVID-19 has hit India pretty hard and for the first time, the count of infected patients in 24 hours has crossed the mark of 2 lakhs in the country. The situation in some states of India is still not very bad but in several states, the situation is quite terrible and it is going to deteriorate in coming time if the state governments don’t choose to take strict actions.

Earlier some time back, everybody felt that the coronavirus pandemic is in control and soon things will get back to normal but then the virus made a comeback and this time it is more harmful than the last time. What is more worrisome is that new variant of COVID-19 has also been found in many Indian states and it is not only spreading faster but is also more lethal this time. If you remember, in the first wave of COVID-19, people with less immunity power, people above 60 years of age and kids below 10 years of age were more vulnerable to the virus but this time, the youngsters of the age group of 20-40 are also getting infected.

The online classes were carried out by the schools in order to ensure that the studies of students did not get affected and as the situation was getting better, some states had also opened their schools with some restrictions. However keeping in the mind the present scenario, the schools have been closed once again and the kids are getting promoted to other classes on the basis of internal analysis.

Recently, the school kids and their parents demanded the cancellation or postponement of board exams because no parent wants to risk the lives of their loved ones by sending them to school for examinations. Taking into consideration present situation and the risk factor associated with it, the education minister had a meeting with the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi after which the CBSE board took the decision of cancelling the class 10 board exams and postponing the class 12 board exams. The new dates of Class 12 exams will be notified on June 1 and the results of class 10 will be made on the basis of the objective criterion that will be prepared by the Board. However if any student is not happy with the result, he/she can give the exams whenever they take place.
