The ongoing India-England four match test series is leveled at 1-1 after India defeated the visitors in the second test match by 317 runs. Though the Indian team’s performance was superb in the second test match, there was one England player who made his presence feel with the ball and posed some difficulty for the Indian batsmen. We are talking about Moeen Ali who took 4 wickets each in both the innings, however we will not be seeing him in the remaining two test matches which will be played in Ahmedabad.
Moeen Ali will be returning to his country under the players regulation policy which has been made by the England and Wales Cricket Board in order to ensure that players get proper relaxation, especially because living in bio-bubble environment can be exhaustive.
But while talking to media, the England team skipper Joe Root made a blunder when he told the reporters that Moeen Ali would be leaving India as he opted to go home. Joe Root soon realised the mistake that he had made and he apologised to Moeen Ali on Tuesday after the team reached the hotel. He also gave a clarification that he made the mistake as he wasn’t able to express his thoughts in a correct manner because of which a wrong message was sent to media and misunderstanding was created.
Joe Root also talks in favour of the rotation policy and says that he also feels strongly there should be a balance in the lives of cricketers and they should get proper rest while living in the bio-bubble environment. Recently a woman made an unpleasant comment on Shweta Nanda for not doing any work and this comment was written on a post featuring Navya’s interview with regard to her latest venture.
The troller’s comment read, “What work does her mother do? LOL”
Although Shweta didn’t respond, Navya gave the woman a befitting reply as she wrote, “She’s an author, writer, designer, wife & mother”.
This was not all as Navya shared the comment and her reply on her Instagram story with a powerful caption that read, “Being a mother & wife is a full time job. Please don’t discredit women who are homemakers! Their role is so crucial in the upbringing of a generation that will hopefully support their contribution instead of tearing it down.”
Well, that’s certainly a beautiful reply from a daughter for someone who tried to target her mother and that too, despite being a woman herself.

As per a report published in a leading daily, a married man whose name is said to be Rajesh Mahato, resident of Kokar Tiril Road in Jharkhand’s Ranchi, started a relationship with a girl but he hid his marital status from her. He ran away with his girlfriend after some time, leaving behind his wife and kid. While the wife registered a missing complaint of her husband, the girl’s family also lodged a complaint of kidnapping against Rajesh. The police started searching Rajesh and soon they got hold of him. He was found with his girlfriend and surprisingly, she got informed by the police that Rajesh is already married and has a child too.
The girl also told the police that Rajesh tied the knot with her after running away from home. The girlfriend and wife got into a heated verbal duel but a twist came in the story when the police officials suggested a solution. The solution was quite unique as cops asked Rajesh to spend three days of the week with his wife and three days with his girlfriend whom he has also married while the remaining one day is his weekly off. What was more surprising was that all the three people gave their acceptance to this solution; they also signed an agreement and each one of them was given a copy of the agreement.

Things should have settled down after the agreement but after some time, the girlfriend lodged a complaint against Rajesh citing s*xual assault and false assurance of marriage which seems to be quite weird. However when the police went to arrest Rajesh, his wife helped him in escaping and now the police has launched a manhunt in search of the accused.

The Indian cricket team made a great comeback in the ongoing four match test series against England by winning the second test match by 317 runs and leveled the series by 1-1. The England team won the first test match but in the second match, the Indian side was far superior to the visitors whether it was batting or bowling.
India started the second test match by winning the toss and chose to bat. In the first innings, the hosts scored 329 runs with the help of Rohit Sharma’s magnificent 161 and half-centuries of Ajinkya Rahane and Rishabh Pant. In response, England was all out for 134 as the Indian bowlers bowled beautifully and Ravichandran Ashwin took a five wicket haul which resulted in the Indian team getting a massive lead of 195 runs. In the second innings also, India batted in a good manner and scored 286 runs with the help of Ashwin’s century and half-century of Indian skipper Virat Kohli. In the second innings, England cricketers managed only 164 runs and India won the match on the fourth day of the test match itself. R Ashwin was adjudged as the Player of the Match for his century and eight wickets that he took in both the innings.
Some former England cricketers also criticised the pitch as it was turning from the day one and was very helpful for the spinners but Indian fans and some former cricketers rebuked them for practicing double standards. While the first two test matches were played in Chennai, the last two matches will be played in Ahmedabad and it will be interesting to see what changes both the teams will make for the third test match.

The Indian opener Rohit Sharma played a splendid innings of 161 runs and Ajinkya Rahane and Rishabh Pant also played brilliant knocks of 67 and 58, respectively.
The England team was not able to repeat the success of the first test match and their whole batting line-up was back in the pavilion for just 134 runs in the first innings. In the second innings also, the Indian team batted in a nice manner and made a score of 286 runs with the help of Ravichandran Ashwin’s century and Virat Kohli’s useful knock of 62. The Indian bowlers performed superbly in England’s second innings also and bowled the whole team out for just 164. What makes this victory bigger is that the Indian side has won the match with more than one and a half day remaining in the test match.
