Electronic devices such as laptops, smartphones, chargers, etc. getting heated while getting used is not new; in fact we have also come across unfortunate cases in which these devices have caught fire and caused serious injuries to the user. But have you ever thought of baking cookies on these devices?
Well, one Twitter user shared two photos to explain how much the MacBook charger gets heated up. In the first photo, a ball of cookie dough is placed on top of the charger while in the second image, a choco-chip cookie is seen on the charger. The user claimed that the MacBook charger produces so much heat that a cookie can be baked on it and soon Twitter was flooded with reactions.
The other users also talked about their devices heating up and some of them also claimed to use them as a heating pad for the purpose of getting relief from cramps and also for getting warmth during the winters. However, there was no one who had used it for the baking purposes. Here are some of the selected reactions:
There were also few who felt that the photos are fake:
These are two different cookie doughs. The one on the left is rolled in a ball, while the one on the right came from a package that's cut into squares.
I knew making store-bought cookie dough would some day pay off!
It's fake. the first photo is cookie dough in a ball but the second shows the flaw. The cookie still has the remnants of a square shape because whoever baked them didn't ball them up first: they bought pre-made dough and put it in the oven. The square wouldn't happen to the ball

Your device must have also heated up while in use but have you used it for other purposes as well? If yes, share with us.
The young Indian cricketer Shardul Thakur is making headlines for all the right reasons as he along with Washington Sundar destroyed plans of the Aussie bowlers of reducing the Indian team for a meager total and taking a big lead. Earlier, Shardul Thakur took 3 wickets in the first innings of Australia and then in the first innings of the Indian team, he along with Sundar made the record partnership of 123 runs for the seventh wicket. While Washington Sundar scored 62 run, Shardul Thakur was the top scorer for team India with 67 runs and they both helped the squad to put up a decent total of 336 runs on the board.
While talking in a press conference, Shardul Thakur says that he practices batting in the nets and it was an opportunity for him to score runs and help the team with the bat as well. He adds that these are the moments or situations for which they practice during the net sessions and he was sure that the team would get benefitted if he stayed on the crease for some time.
Shardul Thakur also said that he got a lot of help from the India A tours to Australia. He stated that he came to Australia in 2016 and played four days matches at the Allan Border field. He further said that though the pitch of that ground was quite different from that of Brisbane, he at least got accustomed to the Australian conditions because of which his transition to senior team was not much difficult.
Shardul also reveals that he hasn’t batted much with Washington Sundar and only a couple of times they have played together as once they batted together in a T20 match while the second time was in a practice match.
While concluding, Shardul told that the Australian cricketers were trying to talk to him but he replied only a couple of times. He added that the Aussies were talking about normal things only and even if they sledged him, he didn’t hear it and focused on his batting.
Shardul Thakur bowled beautifully in the second innings of Australia as well and took 4 wickets. Apart from him, Mohammed Siraj took 5 wickets and the Australian side which was looking to score big was not even able to touch the 300-mark.
India has been given a target of 328 runs to win the match and the team which will win this match will also win the series.
Let’s just keep our fingers crossed for India’s victory!
Rohit Sharma, the Indian star batsman, was not a part of the Indian squad for the Australian tour as he got injured during the IPL 2020 which his team Mumbai Indians won under his leadership for the fifth time. He got rehabilitated at the National Cricket Academy, Bengaluru, and joined the Indian squad for the third test match which was played at Sydney. There is no denying the fact that with him in the team, the Indian batting has strengthened a lot.
However, Hitman has been making headlines since the start of the fourth test match which is being played at Gabba, Brisbane. Earlier during the first innings of Australia, Rohit Sharma had to play the role of a bowler in order to complete Navdeep Saini’s over who left the ground due to injury. In Brisbane, Rohit Sharma bowled a medium pacer, however earlier he used to bowl off-breaks and he also has a hat-trick to his name in the IPL while playing for Deccan Chargers (does not exist).
How we can forget to mention that Prithvi Shaw, the substitute fielder, hit Rohit Sharma with the ball as the former was trying to throw the ball towards the non-striker’s end and Rohit came in between Shaw and the non-striker end. Though the Indian batsman didn’t say a word, he did give a look to Prithvi Shaw and now Rohit Sharma has turned into an umpire.
The Aussie opener David Warner was lbw out on the bowling of Washington Sundar but the Australian team took a DRS (Decision Review System) which got wasted as Warner was out.

Earlier former Indian cricketer Suresh Raina imitated umpire Billy Bowden in India vs Pakistan T20 match because of which many are saying that Rohit Sharma does a Suresh Raina.
There were many former cricketers and cricket experts who claimed even before the start of the four match test series that India is going to lose the test series even if Australia doesn’t clean sweep it. One such person is former England cricketer Michael Vaughan who is mostly critical of the Indian side. Michael Vaughan was pretty sure that India will be hammered by Australia by 4-0 and India’s humiliating defeat in the Adelaide test match made him more confident about his claim. That was the first test match of the series and it was under the leadership of Virat Kohli who is certainly the best test batsman of the Indian side in the present scenario. India not only lost the match by 8 wickets but also scored its lowest test score of 36 runs in the second innings.
The chances of the Indian team winning or even drawing the remaining matches of the series were nil in the eyes of the so-called experts because the Indian skipper Virat Kohli had gone on paternity leave and the Indian pacer Mohammad Shami was also ruled out of the series because of the fracture in his arm.
However, the Indian squad under the captaincy of Ajinkya Rahane was pretty determined to prove their critics wrong and they went on to win the second test match which was played in Melbourne. The cricketing experts were left with no choice other than praising team India. Quite amazingly, Michael Vaughan also took a U-turn and expressed happiness over being proved wrong.
If this was not enough, the Indians gave a bigger surprise rather we should say shock when they ended the third test match in a draw. This test match was played at Sydney and the hosts were looking pretty good in control of the situation until the start of the fifth day. However, a great fighting spirit was shown by the Indian batsmen, especially Ravichandran Ashwin and Hanuma Vihari as this pair played 259 balls together and ensured that the Australian team didn’t taste victory in the match. In this match, injuries were creating problems for team India, two Indian cricketers were racially abused by the crowd and the Indian batsmen were also sledged by the Aussies but the Indian team came with a superb performance despite everything against them.
Furthermore, the Australians were pretty confident about winning in Gabba, Brisbane, because they haven’t lost any test match over here in the last 33 years. However, first the Indian bowlers made a superb comeback when the Aussies were heading towards a big total in the first innings and stopped them at 369 runs and when the Indian batting tumbled, two youngsters Shardul Thakur (67) and Washington Sundar (62) put up a solid partnership of 123 runs which is a record for the seventh wicket.
The Indian team scored 336 runs in the first innings and Michael Vaughan had to praise the Indian side once again as he took to Twitter and posted, “Full credit to India … The character they have had to show on this tour has been remarkable … also the resilience with so many injuries … a team is only as good as its bench many say … Well, India have a very strong bench of players now … #AUSvIND.”

The Australian team has given a target of 328 runs to India for winning the match and the series as well. Let’s see how the Indians bat on the last day!
The fourth and final test match between India and Australia which is being played at Gabba, Brisbane has reached a very crucial stage as the hosts have given the target of 328 to the visitors for winning the test match as well as the series. However, we must not forget that the Australians have a great track record at Gabba as they haven’t lost a test match over there in the last 33 years.
The Indian team has certainly shown a great fighting spirit in this series despite the fact that the cricketers have suffered many injuries and some of India’s experienced and match-winning players are out of the squad at the moment. There is no denying the fact that it is a pretty tensed situation for both the sides but the Indian wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant knows how to ease the tension as he was caught by the stump mic singing “Spiderman, Spiderman”.

Twitter also loved how Rishabh kept himself cool while entertaining the people in the stadium. Check out some of the selected reactions from fans:
Usually, Rishabh Pant is seen having chit-chat with the batsmen while wicket-keeping or he keeps on encouraging the bowler. He made a brilliant score of 97 runs in the second innings of the Sydney test match but in the first innings of the Brisbane test match, he was able to score only 23 runs. Rishabh Pant will need to perform well in the second innings for India to win the match and also the Border-Gavaskar trophy.
Australia scored 294 in the second innings with the help of Steve Smith’s 55 runs and David Warner’s 48 runs. When the Australians were heading towards a big total, the Indian bowlers made a good comeback as Mohammed Siraj took a five wicket haul while Shardul Thakur took 4 wickets.
Hopefully, the Indian team will win the match by scoring 328 runs in their second innings. What do you think?
