Prison is a place where a person goes to complete his punishment for the crime that he committed in the outside world; however some people are of the opinion that it is a place where a person should be rehabilitated, encouraged to leave the world of crime and become part of the civilized world.
It is being said that a lot of crime takes place inside the prisons of many countries because of which a person is not able to leave criminal activities but it seems that this is not the case in Sweden. Some photos of Nordic prison situated in Sweden are going viral on the Internet because they are far more beautiful and comfortable than the housing apartments in USA and any other developing country.

In his next tweet, the Twitter user tells that the first two photos are of cells while the last two pics are of the common area which can accommodate 12 persons. He also says that by $3000 apartments, he means modern housing.
Soon Twitter was flooded with reactions as people started comparing these prisons with a resort and some of them also revealed how inferior their housing apartments are in comparison to these prisons despite the fact that they are paying a high amount for them.

Now Rubin Ritter, the co-Chief Executive Officer of Zalando which is an online fashion retailing firm has announced that he will retire in the year 2021 so that his wife can pursue her career as a judge. Zalando also sells beauty and accessories products in 17 countries of the world and this decision of Ritter will cost him $112 million which comes to Rs. 800 crores approximately in the Indian currency. He will lose this hefty amount in the 15-yr incentive program which was started by the firm in 2018.
Rubin Ritter who is going to become father next year for the second time has stated that he wants to give more time to his family and they both have come on a decision, i.e., now his wife’s ambitions will be given preference. 38 years old Rubin Ritter is presently one of the highest paid executives of Germany as in 2018 he earned €20.2m and in 2019, he earned €6.8m.
While Ritter will be retiring in May next year, the other two bosses Robert Gentz and David Schneider will keep on fulfilling their responsibilities.
It is quite interesting that last year AllBright Foundation slammed Zalando because there are no female executives in the management board of the online firm. This prompted the Zalando management to take a pledge that they will increase the female executives by 40 percent by the year 2023. After Rubin Ritter announced his decision, the MD of AllBright Foundation stated that this is the true chance for the online fashion firm to prove that they really mean what they say by appointing a woman on the post of Rubin Ritter.

In the top 10, there are two Indian cricketers, Jasprit Bumrah (8th rank) and Ravichandran Ashwin (10th spot). The English cricketer Stuart Broad has secured the second position as he has replaced the South African born New Zealand cricketer Neil Wagner and this has left Broad a little surprised.
Stuart Broad is not able to understand as to how he has replaced Neil Wagner and climbed up the ladder despite the fact that he hasn’t played any test cricket since August. Stuart Broad commented on the Instagram account of ICC , “How? I have not played since August.”
Stuart Broad has also jumped up one position in the ICC’s test all-rounder rankings as now he is on the tenth position.
While Stuart Broad has not played any test cricket since August, Neil Wagner has played two test matches against West Indies and in both of them, he played reasonably well. Wagner took 2 wickets in the first innings of the first test match and 4 in the second innings while in the second test match, he took total 3 wickets. Now only ICC can explain as to how a player who hasn’t played any match since August replaced a player who has played 2 test matches and took 9 wickets in both the matches.
Stuart Broad may be famous for being hit for six sixers in his one over in the ICC T20 World Cup 2007 by Yuvraj Singh but he is also the seventh bowler of the world to cross the mark of 500 wickets.

Marriage is one of the most important events and the most sacred constitutions of our lives in which both the partners should not only respect each other but also ensure that their partner gets properly treated by his/her family members, friends, etc.

However in an unfortunate event in Uttar Pradesh, a bride got so annoyed on her wedding that she refused to marry the groom after his friends forcibly pulled her on the dance floor despite her refusal.
The bride belongs from Kannauj district while the groom is from a village in Bareilly. Both are postgraduates and the marriage was fixed after their families gave their approval. The bride and her family came to the groom’s village for the wedding but after the misbehaviour meted out to the bride, the marriage was cancelled and the bride returned to her house with her family. The bride’s father told a leading daily that his daughter can’t be forced to marry a person who doesn’t know how to respect her.
It is being said that the bride’s family has also registered a dowry complaint against the groom’s family but as per a police official, no FIR was filed as both the families settled the matter after the groom’s family paid Rs 6.5 lakhs to the bride’s family.

On Sunday, the bride’s family was again contacted by the groom’s family for solemnizing the marriage but the bride and her family were in no mood to make any relation with the groom’s family after the unpleasant incident.
Respect is something everyone deserves and though people want to enjoy some ceremony, they still should consider the feelings of the other person as well and should not force to act against their will. It takes a lot of courage to take a bold step like this bride has taken and she deserves a big round of applause for doing the right thing. Tom Cruise has warned them that if he finds them doing it again, they will be fired.
The actor adds that they are the gold standard and if movies are being made again in Hollywood, it is because of them. According to him, he is talking with studios, insurance companies and producers and everyone is looking towards them for making movies. He has also used some abusive words while speaking and added that thousands of jobs are being created because of them so he doesn’t want to see it again.
Tom Cruise was quite angry and asked the staff not to take undue advantage of the safe environment that had been provided to them. He further said that many people lost their homes and jobs and their apologies would not matter to him much as he would not be shutting down the movie because of them, instead he would fire them if they repeated it again.
It is being said that Tom Cruise goes on rounds and keeps an eye of those who are not following the rules properly. He has also spent £500,000 for an old cruise ship so that his team can isolate over there. MI7 is going to release on Nov 19, 2021, and the director of the movie is Christopher McQuarrie.

Mumbai is known as the financial capital of India and it is one of those cities of the world which never sleep but on Monday morning, the Mumbaikars were not able to leave their bed as the weather got cold due to the unexpected rains in the month of December. Mumbai does get heavy rains in the rainy season but rains in December were quite unusual. The Indian Meteorological Department (IMD) predicted that there are good chances that Mumbai and its nearby areas such as Thane, Palghar and Navi Mumbai will experience rainfall in the next 24 hours and the temperature will also lower down and will remain around 22-23 degrees for the next 48 hours.
