The society that we live in has been male-dominated since ages and as per the social norms, it is the job of the men to work and earn money while the women are assigned the duty of cooking, washing, taking care of home and kids and other household chores. What hurt the women more is the fact that despite working hard for every day of the year, their work is not given much importance. However things are changing now; though the pace is slow, the mindset of people is changing and now they are realizing that it is not easy to be a full-time housewife or a mom.
A video is going viral on the Internet and the social media networks in which a husband is cooking for his wife and telling people that being a mom and housewife is more difficult than 80 percent of the jobs that are available outside. In this video, he answers the questions such as why he is cooking and why the mother of the baby can’t come for help.
The husband addresses the viewers by saying that if they have been around a full-time mom, they would have known how hard it is. He further adds that it is 80 percent harder than other jobs which are available for people in the market or that they can even think of. He appreciates his wife for taking all the pain and says that he thinks he can at least cook for her in return. He also says that he is thankful to his wife and he is sure that he can’t even imagine being a full-time mom. While cooking, he also shows that his wife is taking care of the kid.

The online users slammed the manufacturers for launching bizarre dresses and some of them joked that they used to get such stains on their dresses while playing in the sports field during their childhood.

Kriti Sanon is one of the most talented actresses of the present times who have made a place in the industry in a short span of time with their dedication and hard work. She is also one of those few celebrities who don’t mind speaking their heart out on various issues.
She made her debut in Bollywood in 2014 with “Heropanti” which was also the debut movie of actor Tiger Shroff and since then, Kriti has given some more fine performances. Recently, she gave an interview in which she talked about the salary differences of male and female actors along with the power imbalances which upset her sometimes.
In regard to the power imbalances, she says that it is present everywhere and not just in Bollywood as she has seen it in her mother’s college where she is a professor as well as in her father’s office but what is important for everyone to remember is that their journey is totally different from others. However, she admits that sometimes she gets annoyed when she sees that a less-deserving person is getting something which she deserved.
The “Dilwale” actress adds that she is a very optimistic person who believes that whatever happens, it happens for a reason and for the betterment of a person. She is of the opinion that if she misses an opportunity, she will certainly get another which will be better for her. Kriti further stated that she gets frustrated when she sees that someone is behaving like a bully or is using power in a wrong manner. She also expresses her unhappiness over the pay differences in the industry and adds that she directs all this negative energy towards her work which keeps her calm and peaceful.

Superstar Shah Rukh Khan has started the shooting of his next movie “Pathan” which is being directed by Siddharth Anand and also stars Deepika Padukone and John Abraham in important roles. Last time SRK was seen playing the main lead in “Zero” that got released in 2018. The film was directed by Aanand L Rai and starred Katrina Kaif and Anuskha Sharma as well. The flick bombed at the box-office and after this, the King of romance decided to take a break from work. SRK has not been able to deliver a hit movie on the box-office for quite some time now so his fans are keeping fingers crossed for “Pathan”.
In “Zero”, Shah Rukh played the role of a dwarf and while his fans are of the opinion that he did a great job, the actor Lilliput is not quite happy with the manner in which SRK played the character. The senior actor who has worked in many TV serials was seen recently in the web series Mirzapur 2.
Lilliput stated that even when he was not aware of the story of the flick, at that time also he felt that Shah Rukh should not play the character of a dwarf because there is nothing different to act for a normal person when he plays the role of a dwarf. He adds that a dwarf is a normal person who thinks, walks and talks like other people, it is just that his hands and legs are short or his body is a little distorted.
As per Lilliput, acting is required when a person has to play blind, deaf, mute or a character which doesn’t have a leg or hand because then he has to convince the public with his acting but convincing people that you are a dwarf is difficult, especially when you are very popular or a superstar.
Lilliput is not pleased with Shah Rukh Khan as he didn’t show the emotional effect that dwarfism has on a person. In addition, he also didn’t show the social and psychological problems that are faced by a dwarf in his life. He says that SRK didn’t show the trauma and tragedy that a dwarf goes through, in fact he was jumping and dancing like a normal person.
During the release of the movie “Zero”, Lilliput gave an interview in which he said that SRK doesn’t seem like a dwarf as the body structure of a dwarf is different while the “Fan” actor looked like a short-heighted normal person.

Sanjay Manjrekar, the former Indian cricketer who is a part of the commentary panel in the ongoing India-Australia series, is once again in news but for all the wrong reasons. He has recently criticized the selection of all-rounder Ravindra Singh Jadeja and Hardik Pandya as he feels that only those players should be taken in the playing eleven who are specialist in one discipline.
Manjrekar has made this comment after India’s defeat by Australia in the first ODI by 66 runs. He says that he doesn’t have anything against Jadeja but he is not in favor of including such kind of players in the Indian team. However, Sanjay Manjrekar makes it clear that he holds Jadeja in high regard when it comes to test matches. The former Indian cricketer also says that he won’t include Hardik Pandya in the squad because of the illusionary value that he adds to the team. Manjrekar may have targeted Pandya because he is not bowling at the moment due to his back injury.
Last time when Manjrekar targeted Jadeja and called him a “bits and pieces” cricketer, the Indian all-rounder also replied and asked Manjrekar to stop his verbal diarrhea. Well this time, he didn’t respond with words but certainly with bat.
In the third ODI, India defeated Australia by 13 runs and Jadeja along with Pandya played an important role in this win. India won the toss and decided to bat first in the match which was played at Canberra and the visitors posted a total of 302 runs on the board. The highest scorer for India was Hardik Pandya who remained unbeaten at 92 and Jadeja also remained not out at the score of 66. Not just this, Jadeja also took the important wicket of Aaron Finch who scored 75 runs.
After this match, Twitterati started trolling Sanjay Manjrekar for making such comments for both the players who were instrumental in India’s victory.
The former Indian cricketer Wasim Jaffer also took a subtle jibe at Sanjay Manjrekar as he tweeted, “While we appreciate those who contributed on the field let’s not forget the contribution of those working off the field too like my good friend @sanjaymanjrekar #AusvInd”.
