Sharad Kelkar is one of the most famous actors of Bollywood in the present times. In the recent past he has given some impeccable performances in the movies such as in TanhaJi: The Unsung Warrior in which he played the character of legendary Indian warrior – King Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj. He was also seen in Akshay Kumar starrer “Laxmii” and despite the fact that the flick received negative criticism; Sharad was praised for his acting in the role of a transgender.

Talking about his recent success, Sharad is quite candid in accepting that luck is completely in his favour. He says that there are many people who will accept the fact that luck is supporting them but as an actor, he knows that luck plays a very important role. He further adds that he is thankful and happy to be accepted by the industry and for the fact that he has got chances to prove his talent and worth.

Lasith Malinga Strongly Reacts To Criticism He’s Facing For Not Playing In Lanka Premier League

Lasith Malinga, the Sri Lankan cricketer, has made a reputation of a lethal bowler over the years, especially because of the Yorkers which he has bowled and quite amazingly, even the best batsmen of the world find it difficult to play it. There is no denying the fact that Malinga has served the Sri Lankan cricket with dedication but presently he is in the center of a controversy and many are slamming him left and right.

He is getting criticized by his own countrymen for not participating in the Lanka Premier League (LPL) which is starting from November 26 in Hambantota. Many are questioning him for not taking part in Sri Lanka’s T20 league (LPL) but playing in India’s IPL.

Now the Sri Lankan pacer has responded to the criticism and said that he has backed out from the LPL because now he wants some new faces to come forward and prove themselves worthy of getting selected in the Sri Lankan team. He further adds that he will love to help the youngsters rather than playing himself at the international level.

While talking to News Wire, Lasith Malinga says that he wishes the LPL is a success, adding that a number of people won’t believe that he is not fully prepared because they will say how he can lack preparation when he has played for so many years. He says that for a Yorker that he bowls in a match, he practices for nearly 1000 times as it is a result of hard work and not an accident. As per Malinga, if he failed in bowling Yorkers in the LPL, people would have taunted him by saying that he can bowl Yorkers in the IPL but have problem in bowling Yorkers in the LPL.

On the question of the criticism that he is getting, the pacer says that those who are slamming now are the same who used to praise him when he performed good for the national team. He is of the opinion that sometimes a person has to take criticism also but it doesn’t matter to him as the whole world knows what he has done for his nation and that is just fine for him.

Lasith Malinga has been a part of Mumbai Indians for a long time now but in the IPL 2020, he didn’t take part because of the family commitments. However, MI still managed to win the league for the fifth time without their star player.

Are you going to follow Sri Lanka’s T20 league LPL? Do you agree with Lasith Malinga?

“There Will Be No Place For Sledging,” Justin Langer On India-Australia Series

The stakes are really high when the Indian and Australian cricket teams face each other on the cricket field and it is going to happen soon as India is on the tour to Australia where they will play 3 ODIs, 3 T20Is and 4 test matches. The ODI series will start from Nov 27 and fans are already excited as both the teams are very competitive and love to win against each other.

The Australians have been quite famous for their aggression and sledging but things have changed considerably. Now the Australian cricketers don’t like to indulge in something which diverts their attention from the game. While talking to a leading daily, the coach of the Australian team Justin Langer made it clear that harsh sledging or verbal abuse won’t have any place in the India-Australia series.

He says that the Australians would love to indulge in plenty of banters just to make the game more competitive but abuse or sledging won’t be tolerated. Justin who was appointed as the coach in the 2018 says that anyone who has been following the team would have observed the changes that have come in their behaviour in the last two years, especially after the ball tampering scandal which happened in South Africa.

As per him, not everything will be sweet and light as the game should be played with competitive spirit. He also refers to the heated exchange of words which took place between Indian skipper Virat Kohli and Australian skipper Tim Paine in India’s tour of 2018-19. He adds that whatever Virat did had a great sense of humour and was very much as per the spirit of the game.

Virat Kohli won’t be playing all the four test matches as he will return after the first test match for the birth of his first baby.

Are you excited for the India-Australia clash?

How Well Do Startups And Coworking Spaces Go Together – An Insight By KillerLaunch

Startup culture is emerging, and many startups are planning to establish them outside their homegrown markets. The opportunity to expand and grow a startup is now at a fast pace. International platforms have provided a platform for web infrastructure, marketing, and commerce. These markets help the startups to build a well-established image and popularity among the people.

On the other hand, coworking spaces are also making an appearance faster than ever! And it’s not even a surprise because what could be a reason for the coworking spaces not to become famous? They provide so many benefits to your work-life.

Coworking space cuts your extra expenses as you don’t have to rent a building for your work, mostly. Just manage everything easily in the workspace and do your work with peace. It’s only one advantage. There are a lot of them. We will discuss them later in this article.

Foreign markets and startups.

International markets help Indian startup jobs expand their business further in other nations, providing them with new growth opportunities.

Many famous Indian startups have started expanding in foreign markets successfully. Oyo hotels, one of the most famous homegrown hotel chains, started its global expansion by expanding to Nepal and Malaysia. It then further spread to China, a booming tourism industry with a substantial influx of international tourists, and has successfully established thousands of hotels scattered across 28 countries.

It is now planning to expand in Indonesia, Europe, and the UK.

Zomato is another Indian startup that started its presence in the international market, starting with Dubai in 2012. It now has operations in 10000 cities across 24 countries. Zomato has also provided many startup jobs to many people. The cab aggregator Ola, the ticketing platform Cleartrip, and the craft beer brand Bira 91 are a few other companies that have successfully expanded their operational base.

There are numerous benefits that foreign markets provide to startups.

I’ve discussed some of them below:

  • Make connections: As the startup expands, foreign markets help them to make connections with international clients. Before planning to expand in any particular country, make sure to do proper research of their people. This will help you to connect with people better than ever.
  • Get popularity: As you make more connections, you interact with more people. Hence, it helps the company to gain more exposure and expansion. Startup jobs provide massive help in making the firm popular.
  • Learn their culture: When you expand your startup in some other country or region, you will learn about their culture and use that knowledge to boost your different products. Sounds interesting, isn’t it?

How do coworking spaces help startup jobs to grow?

Coworking spaces are getting a massive response from many startup owners. We can find them in almost every city and town to hire/ rent them for business purposes.

What exactly is coworking space?

Coworking spaces have become the stuff of many words. What exactly is a coworking space, what makes them different from a typical office, or a public place like a library or a coffee shop?

Coworking spaces are shared workplaces. They are perfect for those who want to stay alone or great places to have meetings and complete group projects. As the number of startup jobs is increasing, so are the coworking spaces.

These shared workplaces vary from place to place. They offer offices such as suites, private meeting rooms, or shared desks. They come with kitchens, coffee, and more.

Most of the time, they bring a specific community behind them. This means that you can find like-minded people with a business interest in these positions.

For example, freelancers, startups, and small groups can be surrounded by like-minded people. Here are some tips to help you get started with your new business.

Coworking spaces and startup jobs.

  1. No more meetings in those boring coffee shops:

Coworking spaces come with everything you require to do your job. Many power sockets, functional furniture, more desk space, and faster Wi-Fi connections are commonplace in many places.

Dossey Richards, manager of the dev-shop Lotus Technologies, runs his business in NYC based in The Farm Coworking. He said: “The decision to leave my local coffee shop and work in my place of work was a decision that changed my life and the quality of my life. I would recommend it to all freelancers, employees, and entrepreneurs looking for a new work experience. “

You also have more control over your workplace compared to a coffee shop. You can choose to install your laptop and work in a shared space if you choose to work surrounded by like-minded souls or use the office space if you need peace.

  1. Save that extra money:

Renting a traditional venue can be a solution to your initial needs, but it usually requires a long-term financial commitment.

However, working together frees your start to make sense as it grows and evolves.

You can use the space as and where you need it day by day or month by month. You can rent meeting rooms as you need at any time. You will not be required to pay rent for months at a time.

  1. Make additional connections:

Coworking spaces are used by the private sector, entrepreneurs, and small businesses, so there are many opportunities to connect with people trying to build a business.

Some co-operatives are repeated as event venues and offer their communities various ways to meet their co-workers and the wider business community. Whether it’s a few free beers on a Friday, a yoga class, a light lunch and learning session, a high-level product presentation, or a series that offers training in a new range of skills for your business, you can get a chance to learn something new and meet new people.

Many vacancies also encourage their members to hold events to showcase their skills and to promote their business. Such events are usually sponsored by space, and in some cases, you will have experienced community officials to assist you with everything you need to make a successful event.

The situation of startups in Indian markets:

In just over half a decade (2014-2019), India has shown a longing for technology, data, and the internet. The internet has paved the way for the first thousands to rise over the past decade, face different challenges, transform all industries, and build new parts!

From having a few technology companies to tens and now thousands of new businesses, India’s ecosystem has grown significantly over the past decade. Since 29K in 2014, the number has increased dramatically from 2015-2018 and will affect 55K startups by 2020.

Over the years, growth initiatives have brought in more international investors and boosted their confidence in India. The reported revenue by SEBI registered gain (Phase 1) has grown from INR 326 Cr in 2014 to more than INR 2,703 Cr in 2019 – an increase of 8x over five years. The share of real money spent on commitment in 2014 was 35% compared to 61% in 2019, reflecting the growing interest rate in India’s investment opportunities.

The numbers make it clear that early-stage investment activity is slowing down in the aftermath of the epidemic. Therefore, in a situation (e.g., Case 1) where high-value ticket investments in established startups will continue to flow and greater investor confidence in beneficiaries such as edtech, fintech, online games and OTT, ecommerce, and enterprise tech. Total capital increased by the start of India in 2020 is estimated to reach $ 11.3 Bn in this case, which can be described as an enjoyable one, an 11% decrease compared to last year.

So, this was an overview of the situation of startups in Indian as well as foreign markets. We also discussed how coworking spaces are essential to startups.

I hope this article solved all your queries. Good luck!

Vikrant Massey Talks About His Struggles & Social Duty For Public & It Will Make You Respect Him

Vikrant Massey is one of the best young talents of Bollywood and he has worked pretty hard to achieve success without having any godfather in the movie industry. Vikrant started with side characters but now he is playing lead roles and there is no denying the fact that he has garnered a huge fan following. His last released movie was “Ginny Weds Sunny” in which he worked with Yami Gautam and the film was released on a digital platform due to the coronavirus pandemic.

Recently, the “Half Girlfriend” actor gave an interview to a leading daily in which he talked about his struggles and his social responsibility towards public. When he was asked why he is so expressive on the social media networks while the other actors from the industry refrain from giving their opinion as they are afraid of their image getting harmed, Vikrant says that his profession has nothing to do with his personality or what he posts on social media networks.

He adds that though he doesn’t take his current standing in Bollywood for granted, he does have a social responsibility towards those who have given him everything in life. As per Vikrant, he is living the dream that he has seen but he has always been like this only, a person from a regular middle class family from Versova.

Vikrant Massey feels that every celebrity should behave like the manner in which he behaves because there are many nameless and faceless supporters who have spent their hard earned money in order to see his work and he owes it to them. However at one fell swoop, he also adds that unfortunately, he is also getting a little image-conscious nowadays. The 33 years old actor says that he has always loved drama and inter-personal relationships and he has kept them in mind while doing the movies that he has done till now.

It’s good to see that despite being successful, Vikrant Massey is still very humble and modest.

MS Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings is the second most successful team of the IPL with three title wins but the IPL 2020 was no less than a nightmare for the Chennai franchise. For the first time in 13 years, CSK stayed at the last spot in points tally for some time. The legendary former Indian cricketer MS Dhoni was also slammed by fans for his poor batting and bad decisions that he took in the league.

A huge uproar took place when the struggling skipper MS Dhoni said that may be the youngsters of CSK don’t have the spark. After this, cricket fans slammed the CSK skipper and the management for not giving enough chances to the youngsters such as Ruturaj Gaikwad and N Jagadeesan because both the players were included in the squad only for 1-2 matches.

However later on, Ruturaj Gaikwad was included in the squad for the last three matches when CSK was out of the race of entering the play-offs. Ruturaj made the optimum use of the chances given to him, he went on to score three fifties in all the three matches and also won the Player of the Match award in all the three matches.

As per Ruturaj, unnecessary drama was created of the statement given by Dhoni but he never felt Mahi meant to say that what everyone understood. Vir Das Slams Celebrities For Posting Videos Of Taking COVID-19 Test & You Might Agree With Him

The coronavirus pandemic adversely affected the whole world as people lost their jobs, businesses got closed down and a huge number of people lost their lives too. The world economy got shattered because of the COVID-19 lockdown which was imposed in almost every country of the world.

Representational Image

India has also been affected very badly and one of its biggest industries, the Indian film industry has also incurred a huge loss as the cinema halls were shut down, the release of movies got postponed and shooting also came to a halt, etc. However, the good thing is that people are now returning to work and they are also following the safety protocols in order to keep not only themselves but the others also safe. Shooting of the films and serials has started but there are some rules and regulations that everyone has to follow and one of them is the COVID-19 test which a person should undergo if he/she is working with other people so that it can be ascertained that the infection doesn’t spread.

Some time ago, the chirpy actress Preity Zinta posted a video in which she was seen taking a COVID-19 test at her home and now recently, the “Tiger Zinda Hai” star Katrina Kaif also shared a video showing her taking a test for COVID-19.

Celebrities posting videos of undergoing the coronavirus test has not gone well with actor-standup comedian Vir Das. He took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and asked the celebs not to post such videos as the content is not an engaging one and it is not they who are struggling. In fact, it is the medical person who is dressed in the PPE kit who is struggling and carrying out such 30 tests in a day.

Check out what Vir Das tweeted, “Celebrities, please stop posting videos of your covid tests. There’s someone in a full PPE kit one foot away from you who does this 30 times a day, door to door. You’re not the one struggling. Tilting your head back 30 degrees and managing not to sneeze is not engaging content.”

However, when a user supported the celebs by saying that it may inspire their fans to take test, Vir Das said that encouraging fans for taking test is good but it should not be shown as if they have climbed a mountain. It is a just a test that the celebs have taken at their home and it sucks not for them but for the frontline warrior who is completely soaked in sweat.

Do you agree with Vir Das? What is your opinion in this regard?
