The fans of Rajasthan Royals are pretty disappointed with the team’s performance, especially because they started with a bang, winning two high scoring games with style. If we talk about the overall situation of RR, they are at the 7th position in the points table with only 4 wins in the total 11 matches that they have played. It is highly impossible that they will be able to enter the play-offs provided a miracle happens and not only RR win its remaining matches but the other teams also perform badly.

The main problem that RR is facing is of its overseas batsmen who are not able to score runs properly in this league. The skipper Steve Smith and England all-rounder Ben Stokes have disappointed big time as they both have not been able to score runs when their team needed the most.

As far as Ben Stokes is concerned, he has played 103 balls in the league till now and scored only 110 runs of it. What is more surprising is the fact that he has not sent the ball for maximum till now.

RR is scheduled to face the defending champions Mumbai Indians on October 25 at Sheikh Zayed Cricket Stadium, Abu Dhabi, and a fan has a request for the English cricketer. The man tweets to the official Twitter handle of RR that he is not able to enjoy the happiness of getting a job so he requests them to ask Ben Stokes to hit sixes so that he can get little more happiness from this IPL.

Imran Tahir Admires CSK, “I’ve Been All Over World, Never Seen So Much Respect From A Franchise”

The IPL 2020 is no less than a nightmare for MS Dhoni-led Chennai Super Kings as the second most successful team of the tournament is sitting at the bottom of the points table in the 13th edition of the league. MS Dhoni has been leading CSK since the inaugural edition of the IPL which took place in 2008 and in the last 12 editions, CSK has emerged as winner in 3 editions. However, nothing seems to go right for the Chennai franchise in the IPL 2020 and they have won only 3 matches out of the 10 that they have played. Moreover, it seems highly impossible for them to enter the play-offs and this has indeed disappointed CSK fans largely.

What has surprised the cricket lovers is the fact that despite such a bad performance, the franchise has not included the South African spinner Imran Tahir in playing eleven till now, especially when he was the purple cap holder of the IPL 2019.  As of now, the spin attack of CSK is being managed by Piyush Chawla and Ravindra Jadeja and CSK is finding it tough to include Imran Tahir in the team as it can have only four foreign players and the four seats are already occupied by Shane Watson, Faf du Plessis, Sam Curran and Josh Hazlewood.

He further adds that he is speaking from his heart that CSK is the best franchise as no one has ever taken care of his family in such a good manner and he also praises the fans from Chennai.

Imran goes on to say that the CSK management is aware of the fact that sometimes the players perform while at other times, they are not able to perform so they don’t pressurize the players. According to Imran Tahir, the atmosphere in the dressing room is jolly and the CSK management supports the players and doesn’t talk about the performances.

In the IPL 2019, Imran Tahir was the highest wicket taker with 26 wickets in the 17 matches that he played. However on the question of playing in this season, he says that he has no idea but he will give his best whenever he gets the chance.

Siraj became the first pacer to bowl two maiden overs consecutively in the history of IPL and at the end of the match, he went back with 3 wickets in his four overs conceding only 8 runs for which he was adjudged as the player of the match.

However other than Mohammed Siraj, another person who was noticed the most by netizens was KKR coach Brendon McCullum who was busy making notes while his batsmen were returning to the dug-out in small intervals.

Money Heist’s Pakistani Version Is Getting Roasted On Twitter, Angry Fans Call It Sasti Copy

The trend of copying or getting inspired from the foreign movies or television series is prevalent not just in the Indian film and television industry but even our neighbours are following this trend as well.

Money Heist, the famous television series which was originally made in Spanish (La casa de papel which means The House of Paper) is one of the most watched non-English series and it was based on the two long prepared robberies which were carried on Royal Mint of Spain and Bank of Spain.

While the world is already in love with this series, the Pakistani moviemakers have decided to come up with its Pakistani version. The movie has been titled as “50 Crore” and recently a teaser was released online by the makers which showed an uncanny resemblance to the original.

Here is the teaser:

The star cast includes Aijaz Aslam, Zhalay Sarhadi, Saboor Aly, Anoushay Abbasi, Faysal Quraishi, Mehmood Aslam, Asad Siddiqui and Naveed Raza. Moreover, it is being said that their characters are named after different cities of Pakistan.

Twitter users have not liked this idea much and they are calling it a cheap copy (sasti copy) of the original. The anger of the netizens can be understood as they want to see fresh content and not something which is copied from other movies or series or that they have already seen, though in a different language.

The makers have also released the posters of the movie and it has implicitly confirmed that “50 Crore” is the Pakistani Money Heist.

Consequently, the Pakistani moviemakers are being slammed for their lack of imagination and soon memes and jokes start flooding on the micro-blogging site Twitter. What gives enough fodder to the meme makers is the financial condition of Pakistan. It’s an open secret that the economy of Pakistan is in a very poor condition and the majority of the countries of the world are in no mood to help them by giving loans. Twitterati has also made fun of this situation and says that the team of the copied version will be returned by the bank as there will be no funds in the bank or the server will be down.
