James Neesham Responds To Fan Who Asks About His Dull Face Post KXIP’s Victory Against RCB

The players of IPL team Kings XI Punjab were seen smiling after a long time on October 15 as they were able to win their second match in the IPL 2020 which was against Royal Challengers Bangalore. The team led by KL Rahul lost some pretty close encounters and was also slammed by fans for few poor decisions but by winning this match, the KXIP players must have got their confidence back to some extent.

Batting first, RCB gave a target of 172 runs to the Punjab based franchise, the RCB skipper Virat Kohli played a useful innings of 48 runs but he didn’t get much support from the other batsmen. KXIP had a pretty good start with their opening pair KL Rahul and Mayank Agarwal scoring 61* and 45, respectively and Chris Gayle doing the needful by scoring 53. However even after having 8 wickets in hand and 2 runs to score in the final over, the match went till the last ball and full credit should be given to Nicholas Pooran who ensured that his team walked out as a winner.

The last over was thrown by RCB’s star bowler Yuzvendra Chahal and at that time, KL Rahul and Chris Gayle were on the crease. Chris took a single after the first two balls went for a dot, Rahul tried to take a risky single after wasting a ball for dot and unluckily for them, Gayle got run out on that delivery. Now, everything depended on Nicholas Pooran who went out to bat with one delivery remaining and one run needed to win. Nicholas was in no mood to take a single and he sent Yuzi for a maximum and this brought smile on the face of every person associated with KXIP.

Now a photo is going viral in which coaches of KXIP, Anil Kumble and Jonty Rhodes are seen clapping and celebrating while James Neesham is seen sitting with a dull face.

A fan took to Twitter and asked the Kiwi player about the secret behind him giving no reaction, adding whether he is bored of too many last ball finishes. This is what the fan wrote, “What is the secret behind this totally unperturbed reaction @JimmyNeesh? Bored of too many last ball finishes?”

Jimmy Neesham is pretty active on the social media and he responded soon by saying that when the fan will go through what he has gone through, he will also go numb. Here is what Jimmy tweeted, “When you’ve been through what I’ve been through you just get a bit numb 😂”

A lot was expected from the New Zealand all-rounder but he has failed to make an impact this time as in three matches played by him, he has scored total seven runs only. Not just this, he has not helped his team much with ball also as he has taken only one wicket.

Virat Kohli Is Seen Doing Bhangra In Warm-Up Session, Twitter Says, “Lockdown Ka Effect Hai”

Virat Kohli, the skipper of Royal Challengers Bangalore has a charismatic personality that is admired even by his opponents. Moreover, there is no denying the fact that he is very energetic and has a positive impact on people around him.

As far as the match is concerned, it was KXIP which went home doing bhangra because they won the match by 8 wickets. RCB took the decision of batting first after they won the toss and posted a total of 171 runs with the help of Virat Kohli’s 48 runs.

KXIP’s skipper KL Rahul led from the front as he played an innings of 61 runs and remained not-out till the end. He was well supported by his opening partner Mayank Agarwal (45) and West Indian cricketer Chris Gayle who scored 53 runs. However, the match had a nail-biting finish as Chris Gayle got run out when KXIP needed only one run to win. Nicholas Pooran who came to bat next had one ball to score the winning run and he made the match memorable by hitting a six on the final ball of the innings.

This win must have brought some relief for KL Rahul and team management of KXIP as they were not able to register their second win in the tournament. Presently KXIP is at the bottom of the points table because they have won only 2 matches out of 8 matches they have played while RCB is at the third spot with 5 wins out of 8 matches.

What has further fuelled the rumours is the post made by Sara recently in which she has shared a screenshot from the match which was played between KKR and MI in the IPL 2020. In this post, Shubman Gill is seen diving in order to stop the shot played by Suryakumar Yadav. Sara has posted the screenshot with heart emojis and soon fans started making assumptions.

Earlier couple of months back when Shubman Gill shared a photo of his car on Instagram, Sara congratulated him by posting a black heart emoji. The young Indian cricketer also thanked the beautiful girl and since then, they both have been interacting on social media on a regular basis.

RR Asks To Name A Bowler Faster Than Jofra Archer In IPL 2020, DC Gives An Epic Reply

Delhi Capitals is sitting at the top of the IPL 2020 points table with 6 wins out of the 8 matches that have been played by the team and the skipper Shreyas Iyer is certainly leading the team from the front. The players of DC are performing great in all the fields whether it is batting, bowling or fielding and in the match against Rajasthan Royals, they once again proved themselves superior to the Rajasthan team.

What was noticed the most in DC vs. RR encounter was the fast bowling of South African pacer Anrich Nortje who was included in the DC team in place of Chris Wokaes. Anrich Nortje is not only taking wickets for his team but he is also making life difficult for the opposition batsmen by bowling at a very high speed. In the match against RR which was played yesterday at the Dubai International Cricket Stadium, Anrich Nortje touched the mark of 156.22 kph which is the highest in the history of IPL.

This also gave a chance to Delhi Capitals’ official Twitter handle to troll Rajasthan Royals on the micro-blogging site Twitter. Earlier RR made a tweet asking the name of a bowler who has bowled faster than RR bowler Jofra Archer.

This is what RR tweeted, “Reply with a bowler that’s been faster than Jofra this season!”

DC took a jibe at RR by commenting, “What is the procedure to reply with Anrich Nortje? #DCvRR”

In the match against RR, Anrich was in superb form as he took 2 wickets in his 4 overs and was also adjudged as the player of the match for his brilliant bowling.

As far as the match is concerned, DC won it by 13 runs. Batting first after winning the toss, DC put up a decent total of 161/7 on the board with the help of Shikhar Dhawan’s 57 and skipper Shreyas Iyer’s 53.

Though the start of RR was quite good, they were not able to maintain the momentum and could score only 148/8 in the stipulated 20 overs. Ben Stokes was the top scorer for RR with 41 runs and Anrich took 2 important wickets of Jos Buttler (22) and Robin Uthappa (32).
