KP Slams Ambati Rayudu For His Running Between The Wickets, Says “He Needs To Wake Up”

The tough phase of Chennai Super Kings continues with their defeat in the match against Royal Challengers Bangalore. This was their 5th loss in 7 matches that they have played till now. The skipper MS Dhoni is already getting slammed by cricket lovers for some bad decisions taken by him as well as for his poor form and now former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen slammed CSK batsman Ambati Rayudu for the manner in which he was running between the wickets.

In the CSK vs RCB match which was played at Dubai International Stadium, RCB batted first after winning the toss and posted a competitive total of 169/4 with the help of skipper Virat Kohli’s splendid knock of 90 not out for which he faced only 52 deliveries. CSK kept on losing wickets at regular intervals and the speed of making runs was also slow. Eventually, they managed to score only 132/8 in the stipulated 20 overs and RCB won the match by 37 runs.

Ambati Rayudu was the top scorer for CSK as he scored 42 runs for which he played 40 deliveries. Though Rayudu came to bat in the fourth over and had good time to settle, he never showed any intention to score at fast rate before getting dismissed in the 18th over. In the 18th over only, Rayudu was asked to run for the second run by his partner N. Jagadeesan but the former was running so slow that till then, he hadn’t even finished his first run.

KP was pretty pissed off with this type of running between the wickets and while he was on-air, he said that Rayudu needs to wake up and watch how the best players run between the wickets. KP further adds that when you have to chase big scores, you have to follow the best. He also says that he doesn’t care about who you are but you need to follow the standards by some of the best of the game, such as Virat Kohli, Jonny Bairstow, Faf du Plessis, AB de Villiers, etc.

CSK really needs to pull up their socks if they want to enter the play-off because they have already played half of their league matches and won only 2 of them. The Chennai team is three time champion but this time, they are on the sixth spot in the points table and now they really need a miracle.

Pragyan Ojha Reacts On Haters’ Comments On CSK, Dhoni & You Will Agree With Him

The IPL 2020 started on a good note for Chennai Super Kings and MS Dhoni; however later on, nothing seems to be going in their favour. CSK has won the tournament three times so it is kind of obvious that the expectations of fans are pretty high in this season as well and the Chennai team also started the league with a win against Mumbai Indians so the fans got excited. But since then, the team has been struggling and the skipper MS Dhoni is also not able to change the fortunes of his team.

Dhoni has been receiving a lot of hatred because of his poor form and the fans lost it completely after CSK lost the match against Kolkata Knight Riders. Some haters took to social media networks and started posting hate comments. Quite shockingly, there were some jerks who even went on to give rape threats to Dhoni’s 5 years old daughter. CSK player Kedar Jadhav was also getting targeted by the trollers because he is also not in good form and is not able to make an impact with the bat.

Such behaviour of fans is undoubtedly unacceptable and irresponsible. The former Indian cricketer Pragyan Ojha has strongly objected to it and demanded that the matter should be handled properly as it is not just about an individual, it is about the country.  While speaking to a sports portal, Pragyan says that reading something like this is really disturbing as we all have families.

Pragyan Ojha expresses annoyance over the fact that MS Dhoni needs to be defended in his own country. He further adds that the use of technology should be done in a constructive way and people are really fortunate enough that they are using technology even in the times of the coronavirus pandemic.

According to him, social media networks should be used for communicating and not for the purpose of hurling abuses on the legends such as Dhoni or Sachin Tendulkar. Pragyan says that people are writing disgusting things sitting in dark rooms about those who have made the country proud. He goes on to say that it is sad he and people like him has to defend the legends who are the pillars of the sport.

We also agree with Pragyan Ojha that fans should behave responsibly and targeting the family members is absolutely not needed. In fact, trolling and abusing the players is also not justifiable even if they are not able to perform well.

Fans Hit Back At Sehwag For His Walkover Comment On SRH After SRH Scored 201 Against KXIP

Sunrisers Hyderabad is having a mixed season in the IPL 2020 till now as they have lost the three matches out of the six matches that they have played. However, the good thing is that the Hyderabad team managed to cross the 200 plus mark for the first time in the tournament while playing against Kings XI Punjab.

The match was played at Dubai International Stadium and SRH chose to bat first after winning the toss. The foundation of the big score was laid down by the SRH openers as skipper David Warner played a superb innings of 52 runs (40) but the highlight of the match was the blistering knock of 97 runs by Jonny Bairstow for which he played 55 balls. Kings XI Punjab struggled from the very beginning and other than Nicholas Pooran (77), no other batsman was comfortable in facing the SRH bowling. The Punjab team was all out for 132 runs in response to Hyderabad’s total of 201 runs. SRH won the match by 69 runs and obviously Jonny Bairstow was declared the Player of the Match.

This victory not only rejoiced the fans of SRH but also gave them a chance to hit back at the former Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag who earlier said that SRH doesn’t have the capability to score 200 runs.

Viru was talking about the SRH vs MI encounter, he said that the Hyderabad team should give walkover to MI because if MI bats first, they are going to score 200-250 runs and SRH is capable of scoring only 150 runs so it is better for them to give walkover to MI.

Sachin Tendulkar Discloses The Names Of His Two Cricket Idols Since His Childhood

Sunil Gavaskar was the first cricketer to cross the 10,000 runs in the longest format of the game.

Talking about his hero outside cricket, Sachin shared that his father Ramesh Tendulkar is his biggest inspiration and his hero for life. Sachin told that his father was a very calm and composed person and he always dreamed of becoming like him some day.

Sachin is all praise for the hospital management and says that by doing such a noble deed, they are not only saving the lives of kids but also giving them a chance to live a healthy and meaningful life in which they can dream to do something big and achieve something great.

British Professor Calls Idli World’s Most Boring Thing, Gets A Reply From Shashi Tharoor

The Indians are very particular about their food and they never tolerate anything against their favourite dishes. A British professor was slammed big time on the micro-blogging site Twitter after he called the south Indian food item idli one of the most boring things in the world. However, the reaction that got noticed the most was the one from the Indian politician and Congress MP Shashi Tharoor.

The British Professor Edward Anderson responds to a tweet made by Zomato India in which Zomata asked its followers to name a dish which they don’t understand why is famous.

Edward replies that he feels idli is one of the most boring things in the world.

The tweet was noticed by Shashi Tharoor’s son Ishaan Tharoor who wrote that he encountered the most offensive take on Twitter.

Soon, Shashi Tharoor also saw the tweet and he responded by calling Edward as a truly challenged person, asking to have some pity on this poor man.

Here is what Shashi Tharoor tweeted: “Yes, my son, there are some who are truly challenged in this world. Civilisation is hard to acquire: the taste & refinement to appreciate idlis, enjoy cricket, or watch ottamthullal is not given to every mortal. Take pity on this poor man, for he may never know what Life can be.”

Well, Edward was already pissed off with the slamming that he was getting from the south Indians and this is how he reacted after seeing Shashi Tharoor’s tweet:

Edward also makes it clear to everyone that he likes to have dosa, appam and almost all other South Indian food items other than idli.

He took a dig at Shashi Tharoor when he called him the world’s most famous idli evangelist and revealed that he asked his students to read Shashi Tharoor’s book Inglorious Empire.

Edward was not in the mood to stop here as he decided to have idli in lunch after making almost the complete south India angry but he again made it clear that his views on idli would remain same even after all what happened.

Girl Shares Amrish Puri’s Golden Banana Gun From “Ilaka” Movie, Twitter Goes Crazy

Bollywood is one of the biggest movie industries of the world and a true Bollywood fan will agree to the fact that Hindi movies and logic rarely go together. This revolver was used by the actor Amrish Puri in the movie “Ilaaka” in which he played the role of a villain. The film was released in 1989 and it also starred Mithun Chakraborty, Sanjay Dutt, Madhuri Dixit, Amrita Singh and others.

Krunal Pandya’s Epic Expression During MIvsRR Lit Up Twitter With A Hilarious Meme Fest

Mumbai Indians is certainly playing like the champions as they are on the top of the points table with 8 points (4 wins, 2 losses). Talking about the match, MI won the toss and decided to bat. The most successful IPL team posted a huge total of 193 runs with the help of Suryakumar Yadav’s splendid innings who was well supported by the skipper Rohit Sharma (35). Rajasthan Royals batting lineup disappointed its fans big time as no batsman other than Jos Buttler (70) and Jofra Archer (24) was able to show resistance against the MI bowlers and the whole team got out for just 136 runs with 11 balls remaining to bowl.

This is the third straight loss of RR and they need to pull up their socks if they want to make their way in the play-offs. Presently, RR is on the seventh position with 4 points (2 wins, 3 losses) despite the fact that they started their tournament with a bang by defeating CSK in a high scoring match.
