RCB Posts Funny Video Of Quarantined Chahal Trying To Come Out Of Hotel Room

The Indian Premier League 2020 is scheduled to start from September 19 in UAE and the players have now started to reach their team’s hometown so that they can fly together to UAE. Recently, Yuzvendra Chahal, Navdeep Saini and Umesh Yadav also reached Bengaluru, hometown of the IPL team Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB).

In these critical times of the coronavirus pandemic, it is important that safety guidelines are followed and that is why all the three cricketers have been quarantined in their hotel rooms. The franchises are also using social media networks in a pretty good manner to increase the excitement of fans and also for keeping them updated about the activities of their favourite players.

A video has been posted by the RCB franchise in which Yuzi can be seen trying to come out of his hotel room but the hotel staff is not letting him go out.

In the clip, Yuzvendra Chahal also states that he will be going out after 4 days which implies that RCB will be flying for UAE on 21st August.

It is being said that the RCB skipper Virat Kohli is also going to reach Bengaluru soon and as per the guidelines given by BCCI, all the players will be tested for COVID-19 before flying for their franchise hometown. The cricketers will again get tested for coronavirus after landing in UAE and they will also be quarantined for one week before they indulge in training sessions. The final of the IPL 2020 will be played on November 10 and the fans of RCB are pretty hopeful of their team winning the trophy this time as they have one of the strongest teams of the tournament but unfortunately, it has never won an IPL title so far.

Kevin Pietersen Took A Hilarious Dig At Dhoni While Congratulating Him For Such A Great Career

A lot was said and discussed about the return of MS Dhoni in the International squad as well as his retirement. A couple of days ago, Mahi brought all the speculations to rest when he announced retirement through a unique post which he made on his official Instagram handle. Soon, social media networks were flooded with reactions and not just people from the cricketing fraternity but the common public also expressed their gratitude towards Dhoni for giving them such beautiful memories.

MS Dhoni is the only skipper who has won three ICC trophies – 2007 T20 ICC World Cup, 2011 ICC World Cup and 2013 ICC Champions Trophy. He is known not just for his hard-hitting game but also for his calm and cool attitude. It is rarely seen that Dhoni gets angry or expresses his emotions and even more amazingly, he has the ability to handle any critical situation with ease and calmness.

The former England cricketer Kevin Pietersen also decided to congratulate Dhoni for his amazing career but he also used this moment as an opportunity to have some fun. While speaking on a show, KP welcomed Mahi in the retired club and referred to the latter’s career as magical. He stated that he wants to clear one thing and that is he is not Dhoni’s first test wicket. KP told Dhoni that the Indian wicketkeeper didn’t get him out but he and his fans continuously say that KP is Mahi’s first test wicket.

Let us tell you what the whole matter is – In 2011, India toured England and in the first test match of the series, KP was given caught behind by Dhoni but KP went for a review. In the review, it was seen that the ball didn’t hit the bat so the English batsman was given not-out and he went on to score a double ton which helped his team in putting up a huge total of 474 runs.

This incident came into light in 2017 once again when Dhoni was playing for Rising Pune Supergiants while KP was sitting inside the commentary box. During the match, KP asked Manoj Tiwary, who was fielding for RPS, to tell Dhoni that Kevin is a better golfer than the Indian cricketer. Mahi responded with a cheeky reply as he asked Manoj to tell KP that he is still the wicketkeeper’s first wicket.

Dhoni will be leading Chennai Super Kings in the IPL 2020 which will be played in UAE. The tournament will start from September 19 and will end on November 10.

There was a lot of excitement among fans of MS Dhoni as they were happy with the fact that Thala will be stepping on the field after a long time for the IPL 2020. However, now everyone is a little upset because yesterday MS Dhoni announced his retirement from the international cricket. Though we will be able to see Dhoni playing the IPL, it is also true that ardent fans of Mahi wanted to see him in blue jersey again and they feel that the wicketkeeper batsman deserves a farewell match at least.

Dhoni last played for the country in the 2019 ICC World Cup semi-final which India lost to New Zealand. Since then, he made himself unavailable for the selection. The head coach of the Indian cricket team, Ravi Shastri once said that Dhoni’s chances of playing in the T20 ICC World Cup 2020 will depend a lot on his performance in the IPL 2020. But the league got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and then the T20 ICC World Cup 2020 also got postponed, making all the chances of Dhoni’s comeback very bleak. However, nobody expected that Dhoni will make the announcement of his retirement in this manner and at this juncture.

Dhoni took to his official Instagram handle and posted, “Thanks a lot for ur love and support throughout.from 1929 hrs consider me as Retired”.

He also posted a montage of the photos of some moments of his career with the beautiful song, “Mein pal do pal ka shayar hu”.

James Neesham Gives An Epic Reply To Fan Who Trolls Him For Being Bought For Rs 50 Lakh In IPL

There is no denying the fact that the Indian Premier League (IPL) is one of the biggest sporting events of the world and not just cricket fans but the cricketers were also eagerly waiting for the IPL 2020 to take place. The league which was supposed to start from March 29 got postponed due to the coronavirus pandemic and it will now start from September 19 while we will get to know the winner of the tournament on November 10.

The IPL 2020 is not going to be organized in India as the situation of coronavirus is far from satisfactory and the number of COVID-19 positive cases is still increasing. The tournament will be played in Dubai, Abu Dhabi and Sharjah and we will get to see some prolific cricketers spreading the magic of their talent.

James Neesham, the New Zealand cricketer, will also be taking part in the IPL 2020 and he will be playing for Kings XI Punjab. KL Rahul is the newly appointed skipper of the Punjab team while R Ashwin who led the team earlier was released by the franchise and now he will be seen taking wickets for Delhi Capitals.

James is quite active on social media networks and recently, he conducted a Q&A session with his fans in which he answered many questions. One of his fans asked him what he thinks about being bought for a small base price of Rs. 50 lakhs.

James Neesham hasn’t played cricket for the last five months as last time he played for New Zealand during the tour of Australia in March. The Kiwis were supposed to play three match ODI series against Australia but the series was postponed on account of the coronavirus outbreak after the first ODI was won by Australia.
