The coronavirus pandemic forced all of us to stay inside our houses for more than 3 months now. Though the world is now in the unlocking phase, the situation of COVID-19 is far from being satisfactory. In simple words, we all need to be alert and cautious more than ever before.
While many people are working from home, there are some who are spending their time in watching television and movies. The amount of time that we spend in out bedrooms has certainly increased to a great extent, but does this mean that we can have our breakfasts in our bed? Well, one Twitter user started discussion on this matter and asked everyone, “Hey Couples, Would you prefer ‘Breakfast in Bed’? Why or Why not?”

The majority of the Indians refused to have breakfast in the bed as having meals in the bed is considered as inappropriate. It is being said that only sick people are served food on bed as they are weak and have problem in moving. From the cultural perspective as well, it is not considered appropriate for Indians to have meals in bed so most of the online users replied in negative. Some others added a tinge of humour in their response such as who will wash the bed sheet if there are any stains and detergent too is now costlier whereas another user asked who will cook this much food.
I like this idea but mites might be present on the matters after eating…and also the bed is for sleeping and the table is for eating, I don't know why some people try to change it
An elder brother is no less than a blessing in disguise and this is particularly true in case of the girl whose 6 years old brother named Bridger saved her from a ferocious dog. Here a noteworthy point is that the boy himself is quite little, i.e., just six, but he didn’t mind putting his life at risk for the sake of his loving sister.
The unpleasant incident took place on July 9 when a dog made attempts to chase and attack the little girl; nevertheless, her brother came in between and got bitten by the dog a number of times on his face and head. No matter how much pain and injuries he had to suffer, he made certain that the dog could not harm his sister. As he got a chance, he ran with her to ensure her safety. Bridger was taken to a specialist plastic surgeon where he got 90 stitches and now he is at home during the recovery stage.
Nikki Walker, the aunt of Bridger, wrote about the whole incident on social media because she wished that her nephew’s favorite Avengers stars motivate him for the valor he has shown. She also urged others to share it as much as possible so that it got much exposure and her nephew’s favorite superheroes could send messages for him. What is highly creditable on the part of the little boy is that when he saw danger on his sister, he thought that if someone had to lose life, it would be he only. Needless to say, even at such a little age, Bridger has proved that he is the real superhero with his courageous act, at least for his sister.

Nikki Walker’s post worked wonders as Chris Evans who has played Captain America sent a recorded message for the little boy. He appreciated him as well as promised to send a genuine Captain America shield for Bridger. Nikki Walker shared a video of her nephew listening to Chris Evans’ recorded message and even more amazingly, the little boy was wearing the suit of Captain America in the video.

Mark Ruffalo who is seen as Hulk on the screen also praised Bridger for his act of bravery. In his lovely message, Mark Ruffalo mentioned that real courage is displayed not in a fight with others but in doing what you feel is correct even though you harm yourself during this.
The courageous boy also got the opportunity to talk to Tom Holland or Spiderman on a video call. Apart from showering praises on Bridger, Tom Holland also asked who his favorite Avenger is and this is indeed a co-incident that the boy was watching a Spiderman flick then.

The brave kid got a call from the Iron Man aka Robert Downey Jr. who called Bridger a rockstar. Robert promised to give a surprise to Bridger on his next birthday and he also added that it would be better than the shield promised by Chris Evans.
Nikki posted the video of the conversation on her Instagram handle and she also informed that Bridger’s birthday has been celebrated not so long ago so it will take a while in finding out what the surprise is:

Bridger also got messages from other actors who are seen in the characters of superheroes including Grant Gustin, Brie Larson and Robbie Amell.
Nikki Walker has no grudges against the dog’s owner as they behaved nicely with Bridger and his family. In fact, she says that although the incident was frightening, it has brought the two families together.

Harsha Bhogle is one of the most favorite cricket commentators of the Indian cricket lovers and some of his fans also call him the voice of the Indian cricket. The commentator is celebrating his 59th birthday today (July 19) and not just the celebs but common public as well took to social media to send him greetings.
Ravichandran Ashwin, the Indian spinner, has been quite active on social media nowadays due to the lockdown which was imposed on account of the coronavirus pandemic. Ashwin also took to Twitter and wished Harsha Bhogle as he wrote, “Many more happy returns of the day @bhogleharsha, have a great day and beyond.”

While it was a simple birthday wish, Harsha being a witty person not only thanked the Indian spinner but also asked him to focus on spinning the ball rather than starting his career in commentary as during the lockdown, Ashwin was busy on social media.

Harsha started his career at the age of 19 at All India Radio and he is the first Indian commentator who got the invitation from Australian Broadcasting Corporation (ABC) Radio for the India-Australia series 1992. While he was with ABC during the 1992 World Cup, in the 1996 and the 1999 World Cup events, he was associated with BBC.
Amid the coronavirus outbreak, Ashwin has conducted many Q&A sessions, indulged in live Instagram chat sessions, etc. because of which Harsha took a jibe at him.
Ashwin was supposed to play for Delhi Capitals in the IPL 2020 which got postponed because of COVID-19. However, now it is being said that the league may take place in UAE in the months of September-October later this year.

People think that the news anchors only have to read the news while sitting in an air conditioned studio but the truth is that live reporting is quite tough as there are no retakes to correct their mistakes so they have to be very careful. Marichka Padalko, a news anchor who can be seen live on Ukrainian TV presenting news came across a weird situation but she handled it in quite a classy way. She was reading news as usual when her tooth dropped out of her mouth; however, it’s indeed creditable on her part that she didn’t react, caught the falling teeth very calmly as if nothing happened and continued doing her work.
Later she posted the video of the incident on her Instagram account and also wrote about the times when she faced bizarre situations earlier and also explained how her tooth broke.
She told that her little daughter hit her teeth with a metal clock while she was playing with it because of which her half-teeth broke down. She got it repaired but didn’t follow the advice of her dentist as she was biting the food from her front tooth while her dentist asked her not to do so.
She faced a weird situation in 2013 as well when she was doing live reporting and her hubby was arrested during a protest. She also said that she thought the incident would not be noticed by anyone but viewers are very attentive.

Madhavan is undoubtedly one of the finest Indian actors that we have seen on the big screen and what makes him class apart is the fact that his popularity is not limited to a certain part of India and he is famous and loved in almost each part of the country. It’s quite sad that he has not worked much in Hindi movies and focused more in the south but still whatever Hindi movies he has done, they are quite amazing.
