The cricketing world has been adversely affected by the coronavirus pandemic and Indian cricketers were also left with no choice other than sitting at home and indulging in online activities. The government may have given the relaxation of opening the stadium without spectators but it seems that the cricketing events will not take place any sooner in India.
Some Indian cricketers may prefer to visit the stadiums for training and practice sessions but those players who are in cities where the impact of COVID-19 is more will avoid leaving their houses. Mumbai is also severely affected by coronavirus and it has huge number of positive cases.
Presently, the Indian skipper Virat Kohli is in Mumbai with his wife Anushka Sharma and both of them have posted online videos for spreading awareness about coronavirus. They have also shared some fun videos in which they can be seen having great time.

MS Dhoni, the former skipper of the Indian team, is one of the most loved cricketers of India and his fans are very eager to see him play for the country once again. However, Mahi has not played any cricket match for a long time now and the last time he played for the country was in 2019 ICC World Cup semi-final which India lost to New Zealand.

Recently, the England cricketer Ben Stokes also talked about the intent of MS Dhoni as he said that the manner in which the latter batted when India needed 112 runs from 11 overs was quite weird.
Ben Stokes further added that Dhoni was more interested in singles rather than sixes. Ben Stokes said that he saw no or little intent in Dhoni or Kedar Jadhav for winning as India had chances to win the match.
Many Indian fans have slammed Ben Stokes for his comment on MS Dhoni and now Indian cricketer Sreesanth has came upon heavily on the England cricketer. While speaking in a live chat on Instagram, Sreesanth says that Ben Stokes should pray now that he doesn’t meet Dhoni or faces him in any match because he never forgets anything.
He further adds that Ben Stokes may be earning 1 or 2 million but Dhoni will finish his career if he gets to face him in the IPL or England-India match. The online user writes that he is from Guwahati, Assam, and wants to go to Haryana’s Rewari as there is no work in his town after lockdown. He also reveals that he and his wife has been fighting a lot and now they have decided to take divorce. He further sought Sonu’s help to reach Delhi.

Yuzvendra Chahal, the Indian leg-spinner, has also become a part-time TikTok star as he has been posting videos on a regular basis and his funny antics have been liked by audiences a lot. However, sometimes Yuzi has been slammed by his own teammates for involving his family members in the videos but it has not deterred him at all.
Recently, Chahal posted a photo on his Instagram account in which he was seen posing with a friend, the caption that he wrote was, “There are friends, there is family and then there are FRIENDS THAT BECOME FAMILY”.

2020 is certainly not one of those years of our lives which we will like to remember for a long period as coronavirus has already tumbled our lives and now two incidents which took place in two different countries shook our faith in humanity.
The first incident took place in Minneapolis, USA, where an African-American man whose name was George Floyd lost his life during the police arrest. Protests all over the USA started over the ill-treatment meted out to George Floyd by the police officers because of whom George’s breathing was restricted. While there were many on the roads raising their voices for George Floyd, some netizens started a movement on social media with the hashtag #BlackLivesMatter and this movement received support from all over the world.
The second incident about which we are going to talk is from Kerala, a southern state of India, where a pregnant elephant lost her life after she was fed an pineapple filled with explosives. The poor elephant who name was Vinayaki stood in a river for three days experiencing pain and suffering before taking her last breath. This heart-wrenching incident was more than enough to make us believe that there are some people who may look like humans but they are not humans, they are actually devils. There was a huge uproar all over India over the departure of the pregnant elephant and people started expressing their sorrow and despair on the social media networks too.
A meme creator named Piyush Dwivedi posted an artwork on his Instagram page in which he drew an elephant trunk along with three human hands of different colors symbolizing the fact it is not just the human life that matter but an animal’s life matters too.
In the tagline, he scratched the ‘Black’ word from the middle and added word ‘All’ in the beginning so that it should be read as ‘All Lives Matter’ and not as just ‘Black Lives Matter’.
The message was quite clear that each life whether human or animal matters a lot and this meme was shared by various pages as well as celebrities such as Warina Hussain, Aparshakti Khurrana, Sara Ali Khan, etc.
However, one thing that didn’t go well with some people was that the word Black was scratched in the tagline as they thought that it is an attempt to take over their campaign. What was more unfortunate was that Sara Ali Khan received hate comments to such an extent that she deleted the meme from her page despite the fact that she had received 2M likes by then. In fact, she also started to trend on the micro-blogging site Twitter because of this meme. People started slamming her on Twitter also but soon better sense prevailed and some intelligent people showed support to Sara Ali Khan which ended this unnecessary shaming.
