“Koi Mil Gaya” starring Hrithik Roshan and Priety Zinta in lead roles is one of the most loved and successful movies of the Hindi film industry. Directed by Rakesh Roshan, it’s a sci-fi flick which depicts the story of a guy Rohit whose mind is like that of a child even though he is a young man by age and physique. As the story unfolds, he gets to meet an alien Jaadu who gives him unusual power due to which Rohit becomes normal or rather we should say that he starts experiencing some extraordinary qualities which startle everyone around him.
The character of Jaadu was appreciated and loved by audiences a lot; however, some people wondered as to why the alien had an extra thumb and finally after so many years, Hrithik Roshan has disclosed the reason behind it.
Recently, a man took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and asked the “War” star about the reason for doing so. The tweet read, “Watching #KoiMilGaya on TV and a weird observation. Was it an on purpose decision to give an extra thumb to #Jadoo just like #RohitMehra (#HrithikRoshan), which was the major reason for the connect between the two characters?”
To his utter surprise and happiness, Hrithik did respond and mentioned that the makers did it purposely to show a connection between the male lead Rohit and the alien. Nevertheless at one fell swoop, the actor also stated that since the additional thumb didn’t appear to be that good as they wanted it to be, they had to be quite subtle with it. He further said that the intention of the extra thumb was showing Jaadu’s familiarity with Rohit, the character played by Hrithik who actually has an extra thumb.
Hrithik answered, “Yes. It was to help Rohit feel familiarity. But we had to keep it subtle as the thumb didn’t look as great as I wanted you have a good eye my friend. Stay safe.”

On the work front, Hrithik Roshan has been doing great and he has given back-to-back blockbusters, such as “War” and “Super 30” and now he will be seen in the next installment of the “Krrish” franchise. If reports are to be believed, the makers are all set for “Krrish 4” and they will start working on the venture as soon as the things will get back to normal since Bollywood has been adversely affected due to the coronavirus outbreak.
Sachin Tendulkar, the legendary Indian cricketer, has played many great innings including the two innings which he played at Sharjah in the Coca Cola tournament. In 1998, Master Blaster played a smashing innings of 143 runs and every cricket fan got awestruck with the brilliance that he showed in his innings. That innings has been named as The Desert Storm considering the fact that the temperature in Sharjah was 41 degree Celsius at that moment.
In the next match which was the final of the tournament, Sachin again scored a century and his 134 runs helped India in winning the match. He was already every youngster’s favourite at that time and after this tournament, every aspiring cricketer wanted to become next Sachin Tendulkar.
Indian cricketer Suresh Raina was also a great fan of Sachin and recently during an interview, he said that he used to bunk his school for watching the innings of Little Master. Raina revealed that he was just 12 years old when Sachin played the memorable innings in Sharjah and he along with his friends used to watch the innings of Sachin Tendulkar and Rahul Dravid only. He also said that after Sachin got out, he used to leave for his home. He also told what kept him excited in those times was Little Master’s batting with the commentary of Tony Greig.
Later on, Suresh Raina not only shared dressing room with Sachin Tendulkar but he and Sachin were also a part of the team which won the 2011 ICC ODI World Cup under the captaincy of MS Dhoni.
However, the Indian spinner Harbhajan Singh made up mind to troll Raina when he questioned the latter over his claim of bunking school as Turbanator said that the match started at 4 pm while schools in India got over by 2-3 pm.
Bhajji tweeted, “School bunk how ? That game started at 4 pm indian timeI was part of the series”

It will be interesting to see how Raina reacts to the tweet of Harbhajan Singh.
Indian cricketer Dinesh Karthik celebrated his birthday on 1st June 2020 and his fans along with his friends and teammates took to the social media networks to give him best wishes on the special day. DK may not have been able to make much impact at the international level because Dhoni performed brilliant as a wicketkeeper-batsman and after the latter became the skipper, there was no scope of him getting replaced. However, Dinesh Karthik tried to use each and every opportunity that he got and he will always be remembered for his blistering innings of 29 runs in 8 balls in the finals of Nidahas Trophy 2018 against Bangladesh.
The final of the T20 tri-series was played in Colombo, Sri Lanka, and the Indian team was not in a good condition while chasing the target of 167 as it needed 34 runs in the last two overs of the innings. It was then Dinesh Karthik entered the ground and crushed all the hopes of Shakib Al Hasan led team of winning the finals. Dinesh hit 3 sixes and 2 fours in his innings and the six on the last ball was something that no Indian cricket fan will be able to forget.
It won’t be incorrect to say that Bangladeshi cricketers played pretty well while defending a moderate total but the 19th over turned the tables upside down. Rubel Hossain was the bowler who bowled the 19th over and gave 22 runs in that over. Indians needed 12 runs to win in the 20th and final over and the Bangladeshi skipper decided to make Soumya Sarkar bowl that over. Soumya Sarkar did a good job in the first five balls as Indians needed 5 runs in the last delivery to win the match and then Dinesh Karthik smashed the memorable six.
As it was DK’s birthday, the clip of his innings from the Nidahas trophy finals also started getting circulated. A fan club of Indian cricketer Jasprit Bumrah shared a video on its Instagram handle in which it showed how an angry Bangladeshi fan reacted in a funny manner when he saw his team losing to India in the finals.
Hrithik Roshan is one of the most successful and popular stars of Bollywood and he has achieved a lot in a short span of time. He is among the very few actors who made headlines just after their debut movie and never looked back since then. In fact, you might be surprised to know that the heartthrob got around 30,000 proposals of marriage after his first film “Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai” hit the theatres. The movie was a blockbuster and proved to be a milestone of Hrithik’s career.
The female lead in “Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai” was played by Ameesha Patel who also made her debut in the Hindi film industry with this flick. The beautiful diva was also appreciated for her work and later her movie “Gadar: Ek Prem Katha” in which she was starred opposite Sunny Deol was superhit; however, she couldn’t do big later in her filmy career and now she is not much seen on the screen.
Nevertheless, not many people know that Ameesha was not the first choice for “Kaho Naa… Pyaar Hai” and a starkid was supposed to be launched with the film.
We are talking about none other than Kareena Kapoor Khan who was offered the movie and she also did shooting for some days; however, the role eventually went to Ameesha Patel because Bebo’s mother Babita Kapoor used to interfere a lot.
Rakesh Roshan also talked about the same once and said that Kareena stepped in the industry at that time and should have been treated just like any other newcomer, adding that people would not tolerate her tantrums just because she is the younger sister of Karisma Kapoor. He further said that Babita Kapoor should also have behaved like the mother of a fresher instead of demanding a lot.
Well, Hrithik and Kareena did share the screen later in movies like “Kabhi Khushi Kabhie Gham…”, “Main Prem Ki Diwani Hoon”, “Mujhse Dosti Karoge!” and “Yaadein”. Whatever, the pair of Hrithik and Ameesha was loved by audiences and they also appeared together in “Aap Mujhe Achche Lagne Lage”.
It is rightly said that money is everything and even though some people may say that you can’t buy happiness, it’s always better to cry in a car than in a bicycle. Moreover, there is no denying the fact that in the present era, money has the potential to make you all powerful regardless of whether you don’t have many degrees or you are not that skilled as you can hire people who are excellent in their respective fields and get your work done. It’s also the harsh reality of the today’s world that people treat you according to your class and if you don’t have money, there are chances that you won’t be given that amount of respect and love.
Here we present a hard-hitting video entitled “Kamzor” showing the true face of people in the modern era and it will compel you to think how easy it is to be powerful in this world. The heart-wrenching clip shows how a poor tuition teacher who goes to collect her fee is being fooled and she too is not in a state to oppose or speak her mind as she is helpless and needs money badly.
Despite not getting the complete amount, she thanks the man for whatever he gives her and it will further make you sad deeper inside over the fact that the poor people are sometimes suppressed on the hands of the rich because money gives power. Even though the end is a happy one, it will leave you with a question.

MS Dhoni, the former skipper of the Indian cricket team, is one of those players who are not much expressive but there have been few times when he got back at the other person in a kickass manner.
India won three ICC trophies under the leadership of Dhoni but he was not much successful in the test format, especially in the later part of his captaincy. The Indian cricket team tasted defeat in test series against Australia in 2011-12 & 2014-15 and also against England in 2011 and in 2014 as well. Indians weren’t successful against New Zealand (2014) and South Africa (2013-14) in the longest format of the game too.
In 2014 when the Indian cricket team was on the tour to England, the British media started questioning the technical ability of the Indian batsmen as they were not able to perform well in the test series. In the 5-match test series, the first test was drawn while India made history by winning the second test which was played at the Lord’s cricket ground but England defeated India in the next three test matches.
During a press conference after the final test match, a British journalist asked Dhoni whether the Indian batsman would like to give up playing in the Indian Premier League and choose to join the English County Cricket so that their technical capabilities can be enhanced.
In reply, Dhoni told the journalist to ask this question to the Board for Control of Cricket in India. Not just this, Mahi also asked him not to be jealous of the IPL at the same time.
As far as the remaining tour was concerned, the Indian squad won the ODI series by 3-1.
The English cricketers chose not to play in the IPL in the beginning as they were afraid that it would deter their game. However when Andrew Strauss became the chairman of the England and Wales Cricket Board, he started encouraging the English cricketers to take part in the IPL as he believed that it would help the England cricketers in long run.
The IPL 2020 has been postponed indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic and it is also not clear whether the tournament will take place this year or not.
There is no denying the fact that the COVID-19 pandemic has created one of the most dangerous situations with which not just India but many parts of the world are dealing and trying to overcome it or at least normalize things to a certain extent. However when Indians are facing tough times with the lethal virus and making attempts to combat it, the problem of locusts that have destroyed the crops in various states of India has added to our misery.
As per the experts, this is the worst locust attack in the last 30 years and five states – Uttar Pradesh, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh have already suffered heavily. The central government has warned 12 other states because there are huge chances that these locusts can also enter the states which are on the border of these five states. They have hit Andhra Pradesh too and a good amount of crops of banana, rubber, etc. have been damaged by them in Tamil Nadu as well. It is also being said that locusts which come from Pakistan will be hitting Rajasthan few more times until July.
The relations between India and Pakistan are not on good terms for a long time now because India’s neighbor is not interested in stopping anti-India activities. On the other hand, India has taken a very tough stand against Pakistan under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
Many news channels like to present news in a dramatic manner and a video of Republic TV is going viral on the Internet in which the senior journalist Arnab Goswami can be heard alleging that these locusts have been sent by Pakistan as India has eliminated many of its sponsored anti-social elements.
After seeing this video, all hells broke loose as the Indian Twitterati was not able to digest that such a senior journalist is focusing on the locusts issue in such a negative style. Many were of the opinion that although Pakistan is always engaged in anti-India activities, attributing locusts’ problem to Pakistan is not correct.
