Dhoni Has Given A Funny Nickname To Yuzvendra Chahal & It Perfectly Suits Yuzi

Indian cricketer MS Dhoni is being missed badly not just by his fans but by his teammates as well. Recently, the Indian spinner Yuzvendra Chahal took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and posted an old photo of himself with the former skipper and also revealed that he is missing being called “Tilli” from behind the stumps by the legend which means Dhoni has nicknamed Yuzi as Tilli.

Here is what Yuzi tweeted, “Miss being called tilli from behind the stumps by the legend..!!”

Yuzi addresses Dhoni as a legend and this is not the first time that he has confessed he is missing MSD. If you remember, in one of the episodes of his Chahal TV which he shot inside the bus, he went to an empty seat and told the viewers that this is the seat which is always reserved for the legend Mahi.

MS Dhoni played last for India in the 2019 World Cup semi-final against New Zealand which was lost by India. Since then, he has not played any cricket match and his fans were hoping to see him on the field in IPL 2020 but that too could not be possible as the tournament has been postponed indefinitely due to the coronavirus pandemic.

While many former cricketers were raising doubts over Dhoni’s return in the team for the T20 World Cup, the head coach of the Indian team Ravi Shastri once said that Dhoni may make a comeback in the squad if he performs well in IPL 2020. But with the tournament getting postponed, Dhoni’s chances of returning to the team seem bleak as KL Rahul has been performing pretty well with both the bat and the gloves.

Earlier, Rishabh Pant was also given many chances but he disappointed and another wicketkeeper-batsman Sanju Samson was also not able to impress the selectors. Some time ago, MSK Prasad revealed in an interview that Mahi wanted to spend some time away from cricket that is why the selectors stood behind Rishabh Pant. Prasad further said that if IPL had happened, we may have seen Dhoni’s old glimpses but now things are tricky as KL Rahul also performed well behind the wickets in New Zealand.

Fan Asks Kajol To Describe “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” In One Word; Kajol Gives A Beautiful Reply

The daily routine of Bollywood actors is quite hectic when they are shooting for movies and it doesn’t leave them with much time to use social media networks. Nevertheless due to the lockdown, all of them are sitting at home and using this time in interacting with their fans and urging them to remain indoors.

Kajol, the Bollywood actress who is not much active on social media decided to conduct the #AskKajol session on the micro-blogging site Twitter and she asked her followers to put up questions with a promise that she will answer as much as she can.

Her tweet read, “Who else is bored of interacting with the exact same amount of people everyday? Rolling on the floor laughing let’s make this lockdown interesting for all of us. Use the #AskKajol and shoot your questions! I’ll try to answer as many as I can”.

The “Dilwale” actress gave replies to many questions, few of them were related to lockdown and cooking and Kajol made it clear that she doesn’t know cooking but loves to eat. However, the answer which was loved by everyone was the one related to her movie “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” in which the male lead was played by none other than King Khan.

An online user shared an image from the film in which the characters of Kajol and Shah Rukh meet each other after many years at the summer camp that was attended by SRK’s daughter in the flick. The fan asked Kajol to give one word for “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” as the tweet read, “One word for this movie? #AskKajol @itsKajolD”

The actress came up with a very beautiful reply as she wrote, “Memories and Friends. Two words”.

Karan Johar debuted in Bollywood as a director with “Kuch Kuch Hota Hai” and once SRK said that what KJo narrated to him was rubbish and very different from what people saw on the screen. SRK also told that Karan Johar thought the “Fan” actor got impressed with his story and later on, KJo visited SRK with Kajol and they both cried for a long time over there.

Aamir Khan Reacts To Rumours Of Hiding Money In Wheat Flour Packets To Help The Needy

The whole world is fighting against the coronavirus pandemic at the moment and there is one thing which we all need to accept is the fact that we just can’t remain dependent on the government for everything and we should also contribute in this battle as per our capacity.

When the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi requested the citizens to contribute to the PM-CARES fund in order to help the nation in combating the lethal virus, other than common public, many celebrities including Akshay Kumar, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Anushka Sharma, Sachin Tendulkar, etc. came forward and made donations.

For some time now, a video is going viral on the internet in which it is shown that Bollywood actor Aamir Khan has sent a truck loaded with packs of 1kg flour for the purpose of distributing among the weaker sections of the society.

There were reports as per which the truck reached an underprivileged area in the capital city of India, New Delhi, but most of the people refused to take the packets as they felt that 1kg packet will be of no use for them. However the reports further suggested that those who took the packets got the shock of their lifetime as the packets contained Rs. 15,000 cash inside them.

While people were praising Aamir Khan for helping the needy people in such an unusual way, the “Fanaa” actor came forward and denied being involved in any such act. He took to the micro-blogging site Twitter and made it clear that he is not the one who is hiding cash in flour packets, adding that either the story is false or the actual person doesn’t want to reveal his identity.

Aamir Khan’s tweet read,

“People Should Stop Making Ramayan Every Year; Why Try To Replicate?” Says Deepika Chikhalia

The whole India is under lockdown since March 25 and for the purpose of making it a little easy for the citizens to spend their time at home, the Indian government decided to re-run some of the popular shows of the past including Ramayan, Mahabharat, Shri Krishna, Circus and many more.

This re-run of Ramayan broke all the records of viewership as it was watched by 7.7 crore people on 16th April 2020 which is even higher than the highest viewership received by the famous American shows Game of Thrones and The Big Bang Theory.

Deepika Chikhalia, the actress who played the character of Sita in Ramanand Sagar’s Ramayan, is also pretty happy with the success that the re-run of the show has got. In a media interaction recently, she has talked about the difference between the audiences of earlier and today. As per her, earlier people would come to them and laugh saying that this show would never end and they were also pretty hesitant in admitting that they were fans of the show and the actors.

Deepika also says that earlier people used to come and take the names of their elder family members and tell the actors that their grandparents are big fans or their mother-in-law loves to watch the show and the actors on the screen but never accepted that they also like the show.

She also added that at that time, she and other actors used to wonder that only elder people like their work but she was full of praises for the viewers of today as she says that they are taking it pretty well and giving the due respect to the show. She expresses her happiness over the fact that the present audience is learning from Ramayan and it is not just an entertainment show for them.

In regard to the statement given by actor Sunil Lahri who said that this re-run is a bigger success, Deepika agrees and says that certainly it is a bigger success for the actors as earlier they were considered as Gods but now people understand that they are not Gods, they are wonderful actors who performed their roles in a great manner. She feels good as her performance is being respected and this re-run was highly required in order to get the respect that actors deserve.

She also adds that people should now stop making Ramayan again and again because it’s not needed at all, adding that when you already have one, what the need to replicate is. She also states that narration, simplicity and good performances are also missing from these remakes.

When the topic of royalty came up, she is of the opinion that the actors should get it as they not only acted in it at that time but they also gave 30 more years of their career to keep Ramayan alive. Deepika says that though she doesn’t know how the whole process works, she feels that the government should intervene in this matter and ensure that the actors get royalty as if they had not worked in it, people would not have been able to watch Ramayan today.

Dubai Shopper Got Fake Apple AirPods Of Huge Size Bigger Than Her Head From Amazon

Online shopping has become pretty popular nowadays as a person gets the chance to buy the items of his/her choice without even going anywhere and in just few clicks from the comfort of your couch. This saves a lot of time and often money as well since products are usually cheaper than in the retail market.

However, sometimes individuals also become a victim of fraud or end up being cheated as they don’t get what they actually ordered just like this online shopper from Dubai who ordered fake wireless Apple AirPods from the e-commerce giant Amazon but she got the shock of her lifetime when she opened the package and saw that the devices were even bigger than her head.

The Dubai shopper took to Twitter and posted, “So today I received my AirPods from Amazon. God these are huge”.

She further informed that she ordered the fake AirPods from Amazon last month and she already knew that they are fake as the e-commerce company sells bizarre items. She also added that she was shocked but she moved on as they were not very costly.

As per a news daily, the woman spent around Rs 4,600 ($62) on the fake AirPods and her tweet has been retweeted for more than 72K times. A number of netizens made a comparison between the fake AirPods and a hairdryer and to this, the woman responded by saying that it’s an eardryer and not a hairdryer.

The e-commerce firm Amazon didn’t respond on this tweet but later, the tweet was deleted citing that it contains potential sensitive content.

Rohit Sharma On Shami’s Biryani Logic, “Whenever Shami Sees A Green Pitch, He Eats Extra Biryani”

The Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma who celebrated his 33rd birthday recently talked about the two Indian pacers and how he practices in net sessions with them. Hitman has lately opened up about Mohammad Shami and Jasprit Bumrah’s net sessions and also revealed how he works on different shots.

Rohit also talks about Jasprit Bumrah and how tough it is to face him, especially because he has been playing only for 2-3 years as of now. Hitman further says that he has been playing with Shami since the year 2013 but as of now, Shami and Bumrah are in a healthy competition of seeing who can hit more helmets and who can beat more batsmen.

Rohit has also talked about the shot that he plays over the point for six. He said that as he used to play in lower order, he urged Sri Lankan cricketer Lasith Malinga to bowl Yorkers at his toes to him. Rohit tried to play those in middle of the bat over the point and it further helped him in playing Yorkers in a better manner.

Rohit has been one of the most successful batsmen of the world as he has scored three double hundreds in ODIs and four centuries in T20I. He is also the most successful skipper in IPL as his team Mumbai Indians has won the IPL four times, one time more than Dhoni led Chennai Super Kings that have won IPL thrice. Rohit is an integral part of the Indian team now and is also the vice-captain of the squad in the short format.

Liquor Shops Permitted To Open In Green Zone, Twitter Celebrated With Meme Fest

The Indian government has extended lockdown further for two weeks from May 4 which means that the country will be under lockdown till May 17 now. However, the good news is that the government has decided to give some relaxations as well but these relaxations will be available in the green and orange zones while situation will remain the same in the red zone.

One of the relaxations which is making people very happy is the permission to open liquor shops in the green zone. But there are some conditions too that need to be fulfilled, such as there should be a distance of six feet between two customers and not more than five customers are allowed in the shop at one point of time.

The liquor shops will be opening from May 4 and it is certainly a great news for the alcohol lovers. Earlier the 21 days lockdown starting March 25 was imposed by the Indian government which was further extended from April 14 till May 3 and now it has been extended further till May 17. The condition of India seems to be under control as far as the coronavirus pandemic is concerned in comparison to other countries considering the fact that India is the second most populated nation of the world.

The number of infected cases in India is 40,000 while around 1300 people have lost their lives due to this disease. If we talk about the whole world, the number of infected cases in more than 34 lakhs while the number of lives lost is more than 2.40 lakh.
