Chahal Has A Hilarious Response Over Jasprit Bumrah’s Desire Of Bowling Him

The Indian cricketers are making the most of free time that they are getting because of the 21-days lockdown which has been imposed by the government as a measure to combat the lethal coronavirus. They are also interacting with their fans and also using their social media networks for spreading awareness about the coronavirus pandemic which has already taken lives of more than 50,000 while the number of infected cases are more than 10,00,000 worldwide. If we talk about India, the number of infected cases is more than 2,000 while over 50 have lost their lives.

Recently, Indian cricketers Rohit Sharma and Jasprit Bumrah had a live Instagram session and they talked about many things including Indian Premier League as they both play for the same IPL team – Mumbai Indians (MI). The MI social media team was also following the live chat of Rohit and Bumrah and they got something for which they asked the opinion of cricket fans.

While talking with Rohit, Bumrah talked about his wish of bowling to Indian cricketer Yuzvendra Chahal who plays for Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in IPL. Bumrah also asked the MI skipper to give his opinion on this matter and Rohit Sharma said that he should keep an over for Chahal as after hitting a straight drive in England, he is showing signs of over-confidence. Jasprit Bumrah compared his batting with Chahal and said that he has scored a six on the bowling of one of the best bowlers of the world, i.e., Pat Cummins but Chahal has not even scored a six in his entire international career.

After the live session, the official Twitter handle of MI posted a tweet, asking fans to share their opinion on Bumrah bowling to Chahal.

MI tweeted , “Are you pumped-up to see Bumrah bowl to Chahal?. Predict what the over will be like #OneFamily #CricketMeriJaan @yuzi_chahal @Jaspritbumrah93.”

Yuzvendra Chahal who is pretty active on social media didn’t take much time in responding. In his answer, Yuzi talked about the strong batting line-up of RCB and asked MI to keep on dreaming as he will come at 10 or 11 while before him, they have to get ABD, Virat Kohli and Aaron Finch out.

Chahal tweeted, “Keep dreaming I am batting no. 10 or 11 before me Finch ABD sir and King Kohli is there first get them out then we will talk about my batting #staysafe”.

Well, what do you think about that over in which Chahal will be batting while Jasprit will be bowling?

Majority of the Indian citizens may have been sitting inside their houses as the Indian government has imposed a 21-days lockdown in order to save the citizens from coronavirus but there are many people who are working day and night to fight coronavirus pandemic. While we acknowledge the efforts that are being made by the doctors, nurses and other medical staff, we just can’t ignore the hard work that is being carried out by the Indian policemen who are on the roads so that everybody remains indoor.

We have seen many videos in which policemen are requesting people to stay at home and they are also supplying food to those who are homeless and poor. Mumbai Police is also using its social media networks for spreading awareness about COVID-19 and asking people to stay at home as it is the best way to save ourselves from coronavirus.

Yesterday, Indian cricket fans celebrated the ninth anniversary of India’s World Cup victory in 2011 and everybody recollected the favourite moments of the final which India played against Sri Lanka. One of the most favourite moments of the final was the winning shot which was played by MS Dhoni. Mahi was the skipper of the World Cup winning Indian squad and he hit a six to finish the match in the final at Wankhede Stadium, Mumbai, which led to India winning the World Cup second time, 28 years after it emerged to be victorious for the first time, i.e., in 1983.

Mumbai Police used that shot and posted it twice in its same tweet with two different messages and dates. In the first photo, the date was 2 April 2011 and the message was, “We sat at home till India successfully chased its target” while in the second image, the date was 2 April 2020 and the caption read, “We’re sitting at home, waiting for India to chase our target out”.

The caption with which Mumbai Police shared the tweet is, “India, let’s finish it off in style! #INDvCOVID2020 #TakingOnCorona”

With this simple tweet, Mumbai Police gave a strong message, asking people to stay at home as this is the best way to get saved from the transmission of this virus.

The number of infected persons in India has crossed the 2000 mark while more than 50 have lost their lives; this makes it more important for all of us to follow the instructions given by the government and medical experts completely.

Stay at home, stay safe!

Yuvraj replied, “Thanks senior ! U can tag me and mahi also we were also part of it”.

Ravi Shastri was also quick to react; he was full of praise for Yuvi and called him a legend. His tweet read, “When it comes to World Cups, you are no Junior. Tussi Legend Ho”.

Yuvraj Singh was in news recently for monetary supporting the Shahid Afridi Foundation and asking his fans to do the same and for this, he was badly slammed by social media users as Shahid has spoken against India quite a few times.
