The best selling writer Paulo Coelho praised Nawazuddin Siddiqui’s work in Netflix India original ‘Sacred Games’. Paulo even recommended the series to his fans and followers through his tweet.

The celebrated Indian actor who is a big fan of ‘The Alchemist’ writer, replied to him in the sweetest way. Siddiqui tweeted, “I have always been an ardent fan of your writing and it’s an honour to be noticed and mentioned by someone like you. I don’t have words to describe the feeling. Thank you.”
Sacred Games got his second season in August this year which was supposedly its end. The series received appreciation from people around the world and Nawazuddin was praised for his amazing acting skills in the show. The web series also stars Saif Ali Khan, Pankaj Tripathi, Radhika Apte, and Kalki Koechlin in pivotal roles.

The fifth and the last test match of the ongoing Ashes Series between England and Australia is being played at the Oval and the hosts seem to be in a favourable position at the moment.
England has given a target of 399 runs to Australia while the latter has already lost 4 wickets at the score of 111 and still needs to score 283 runs to win the test match.
The England batsman Joe Denly helped his team in getting a good total as he scored 94 runs but he could have been sent back to pavilion early if Australian skipper Tim Paine had used DRS. This is not the first time that Tim is having problems with DRS as in Headingley also, he took some really bad calls.
When Tim Paine was asked about it in a press conference, he said that he is getting it wrong and they are having a nightmare. He further said that he doesn’t know what else to say but he added that he has got a new respect for the umpires as it is a pretty tough job, especially in the test cricket.
The Indian cricketer Aakash Chopra took it as an opportunity to take a jibe at the Australian captain and asked him to contact former Indian skipper MS Dhoni and learn DRS from him.

The Indian cricket team will be facing South Africa today (September 15, 2019) in their first T20 match of the series at Dharamshala and the hosts will be quite confident as they had a wonderful tour of West Indies.

This is the second term of Ravi Shastri as the head coach since his first term ended with the World Cup 2019. He got selected for the post again even though there were rumours that many Indian players are not happy with his as well as the captain Virat Kohli’s style of functioning. The Afghanistan cricket team is a rising force in the cricket world and the players proved it recently by defeating the Bangladeshi team in the one-off test match. However, it seems that not everything is fine among the players and it all started before the World Cup 2019.
Just before the World Cup 2019, the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) took a decision which caused tension in the team. The ACB removed Asghar Afghan from the post of captain without even telling any specific reason and Gulbadin Naib was made the new captain of the team. This certainly didn’t go well with the other players, especially Mohammad Nabi and Rashid Khan.
These two players took to Twitter and slammed the decision taken by the ACB as they felt that taking such an important step just before the start of a big tournament is absolutely wrong.
The World Cup 2019 was quite disappointing for Afghanistan as they were not able to win even a single match and as a result, the team finished at the bottom of the tally table. Gulbadin Naib could not leave any impression with bat or ball because of which he was slammed a lot.
After the World Cup 2019, the ACB once again changed the captain and Rashid Khan was appointed as the team’s new captain. Rashid proved this decision correct as it was under his captaincy that the team won the only one-off test match against Bangladesh.
Mohammad Nabi took this as an opportunity to take a dig at the former skipper Gulbadin Naib. He talked about how change in captaincy affected the team and they were not able to play well, especially because that captain never captained in life. He held the former skipper responsible for losing close matches against India, Pakistan and West Indies.
Gulbadin was in no mood to get slammed any further and he posted a reply on Twitter but he didn’t take anybody’s name; however, everyone has an idea as to whom he is referring to.

Players may be having some problems with each other but the team management should make sure that such problems should be resolved as soon as possible otherwise they may take the form of big problems.

The Internet sensation Ranu Mondal has been making headlines for quite some time now and fortunately, for all the good reasons. The melodious singer was discovered by a passerby on the Ranaghat railway station and he posted a video of her singing Lata Mangeshkar’s popular track “Ek Pyaar Ka Nagma Hai”.
Now she has become a household name after recording songs for Himesh Reshammiya’s movie “Happy, Hardy and Heer” and her song “Teri meri kahani” is topping the charts.
As Ranu Mondal was getting famous, some rumours about her were also doing rounds and one of them was that Bollywood actor Salman Khan gifted her a house worth Rs. 55 lakhs.
When Ranu was asked about it, she denied the news as she told a leading daily that if Salman had gifted her a house, he would have announced it himself.
She was also asked about the rumour as per which Salman asked her to sing songs in his films. To this, Ranu says that she has not been offered any song from Salman and it is only Himesh Reshammiya who has come in her life and given her a break in the industry.
Recently during a press conference, Himesh got emotional while talking about Ranu Mondal and he is getting praised by many for giving her a chance to sing.
As per Ranu Mondal’s manager Atindra Chakraborty, the same person who made her an Internet sensation, Ranu is getting many offers to sing in Bollywood, south Indian movies and also in Bengali flicks. He also claims that Sonu Nigam has shown interest in working with Ranu and a call has been received from A R Rahman’s office as well.
