Nathan Lyon Changed The Bails For Fun & Joe Root Put Them Back As Earlier. Video Is Too Funny

The Australian batsman Steve Smith is back in the Australian team and it seems as if he has resumed from where he left in the second test match. Steve has scored a double century in the first innings and has helped his team in putting up a huge total of 497/8. England scored 301 in its first innings and it is already trailing by a big margin of 196 runs.

The Ashes series has always been full of tension for the players but sometimes there are moments which bring a smile on everyone’s face. Something of this sort happened in the fourth test as well and the two players who were part of this incident were England skipper Joe Root and Australian player Nathan Lyon.

While Nathan Lyon was returning to the bowling mark, he interchanged the bails, it was noticed by the England skipper Joe Root and as Nathan turned back, Joe went and put the bails as they were placed earlier. It was quite a hilarious sight as we saw two international players getting engaged in such an act.

Here is the video of the incident:

Joe Root was at the score of 68 at that time and it’s quite unfortunate for England that he got out just after scoring 3 more runs.

Till the time this article was written, Australia was leading by 196 runs and they were all set to bat in their second innings.

Will this test match draw? What do you think? Let us know your views.

Now You Can Avoid The Hefty Traffic Fines By Carrying Your Documents Digitally

The new Motor vehicles Amendment Bill, which came into action from 1st September and since then the challans which has been issued by the traffic police has grabbed the attention of the netizens. In most of the cases the riders were fined mostly for violating traffic rules for not carrying their documents.

The last news we heard was a truck driver who was fined Rs. 52,000 for violating 10 traffic rules. After learning about the hefty traffic bill one thing we learnt and we’re left wondering what will we do if we get fined for not carrying the traffic rules.

On Thursday, the government issued a notice to all the states to accept documents in digital format. Now you can carry digital copies of your documents yes, you heard me right. However, by Digital copies I don’t mean you need to click pictures of documents on your phone. Here you need to use the only valid alternative that’s you need to carry the physical copies of the documents via two applications DigiLocker and mParivahaan.

The best thing about these two application is you just need to download the application from App store or Play store. Then get yourself registered and you can easily create your registration certificate or driving license. You can securely save all your documents in the digitally which can be later used for verification as your Adhaar UIDAI number is linked with it.

So, if you ever forget to carry your driving license, registration certificate among the other requisite documents. Before it wouldn’t bother you if the traffic police officers issued a challan for violating the rules cause it didn’t hurt your pockets, but now if caught it’ll create a hole in your pocket.

Drive safe and smart, don’t forget to carry your documents on your phone.

From A Farmer’s Son To ISRO Chairman, This Is All You Need To Know About Dr. K Sivan

There may have been a last minute snag in India’s mission Chandrayaan 2 but there is no doubt that the whole country is proud of ISRO and its scientists. The photo in which Dr. K Sivan, the present chairman of ISRO, is seen in tears sums up the mood of each and every person at ISRO but as PM Modi said, we are always proud of them.

Dr. K Sivan – The Man at the Helm

Dr. K Sivan is the 9th chairman of ISRO and though he was not handling the Chandrayaan 2 on a day-to-day basis, he was the one who was overseeing and supervising the complete operation and was contributing with his knowledge and suggestions whenever needed. Let us take a look at the life-story of the person who has made us proud many times….

His childhood

Dr. K Sivan’s father was a farmer and his childhood was a difficult one. However, he overcame all the difficulties with his hard-work and determination and became the first person to do graduation in his family. Those who saw him stepping up the ladder in life describe him as studious, self-made and hard-working.

Education

It was the year 1974 when K Sivan wanted to take up engineering but due to some monetary problems he was not able to do that and instead he took admission in ST Hindu College in Nagercoil for pursuing Bachelor in Mathematics.

Then in 1980, he completed his graduation in aeronautical engineering from Madras Institute of Technology after which he completed his Masters in aerospace engineering in 1982 from IISC Bangalore. He also completed PhD in aerospace engineering in the year 2007 from IIT, Bombay.

Career

Dr. K Sivan’s career in ISRO started in 1982 when he became a part of Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV) project and was applauded for his hard work that he did while working on different stages of mission such as planning, design, integration and analysis. In fact, it was his work which formed the base of design strategies that were used in GSLV, GSLV-MK3 and RLV-TD.

Dr. K Sivan is also credited for coming up with the day-of launch wind biasing strategy because of which a rocket can be launched on any day of the year, regardless of weather conditions.

The present chairman is also known for developing strategies for launching India’s MARS mission using PSLV. In 2011, he joined the GSLV project which was a huge success and history was made when the most successful GSLV flight took place with the indigenous cryogenic stage. He also played an important role in the mission of launching 104 satellites in a single PSLV flight in February 2017. He is so hard-working and dedicated that he has earned the nickname of “sleepless scientist”.

We wish Dr. K Sivan and ISRO all the best for their future endeavours!

60 students were present at the Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) to witness the epic moment when Chandrayaan 2’s soft landing on the surface of the moon. Prime Minister Narendra Modi was also there in support of the mission and the operating team.

PM Modi was interacting with the student when one of the students cheerfully asked him for tips to become a President. To the boy’s question, PM Modi gave a very sweet answer.

The boy asked him, “My aim is to become President of India so what steps I should follow?”

PM Modi pleasantly replied, “Why President? Why not Prime Minister?”

Modi also encouraged the students to aim big in life. He told them to divide targets into small parts and the work hard to achieve these small goals. The PM advised them never to hold any regret. Forget about what you missed and never let disappointment enter in the way.
