SS Rajamouli’s magnum opus “Baahubali” broke a number of records and created new history of success that utterly changed the career of Prabhas and made him a global star. There is no denying the fact that “Baahubali: The Beginning” made the actor a household name and his popularity rose to a large extent as earlier he was a star of the South industry only but post the success of the flick, he got recognition and fame internationally.
Fans had high expectations from the second installment of the series which indeed lived up to the anticipations of movie buffs and critics and proved to be a turning point of the filmy career of Prabhas. Needless to mention, it had performed brilliantly on the box-office, making the venture lucrative for the makers. Prabhas’ success made him a part of another big project, i.e., “Saaho” in which he will be seen with Bollywood diva Shraddha Kapoor. The film is being made with a budget of whopping Rs 350 crore and taking into consideration the huge fan following and stardom that Prabhas is enjoying after “Baahubali”, makers are hopeful of not only recovering the cost but also getting huge profits.
Recently during an interaction with well-known movie journo Rajeev Masand, Prabhas was asked whether “Baahubali 3” is on cards or not. To this, the actor said that if “Baahubali 3” has to become a reality, Rajamouli should feel excited about it. He further added that Rajamouli gave him six scripts but he must have gone through about 10-14. Prabhas added that almost 60% finished over there only and he is sure that Rajamouli had a script in his mind for 5 years now but he can’t say whether “Baahubali 3” will happen or not.
Prabhas also talked about his experience with the “Baahubali” series. As per the actor, he very comfortably gave four years of his career to the magnum opus and as the film reached its final point, he felt the need of doing something else too. He also talked about the magnificence and splendor of “Baahubali” when he said he forgot that he was a part of this venture and this gives an idea as to how surreal the project was. He also admits that Amarendra Baahubali and Mahendra Baahubali will never get out of his mind.
Talking about “Saaho”, the movie is all set to hit theatres on 30th August and other than Prabhas and Shraddha, it also stars Jackie Shroff, Neil Nitin Mukesh, Mandira Bedi, Chunky Panday, Mahesh Manjrekar, Murali Sharma, etc.

There is no denying the fact that MS Dhoni is one of the best captains that the Indian cricket team has ever had and his wicket-keeping and batting skills have always come into play when the team needed him most. MS Dhoni made himself unavailable for the West Indies tour as he decided to serve the Indian Army. He has an honorary post of Lieutenant rank in the Territorial Army and from July 30 to August 15, he was with his battalion in Kashmir. During this period, he not only performed guard and patrolling duties but also learned about the weapons and warfare techniques. As per the reports, it was MS Dhoni who hoisted the tricolor in Leh, Ladakh, on the Indian Independence Day and recently, he was seen in Jaipur after returning from Kashmir on August 16.

When former Indian skipper Sourav Ganguly was asked to express his opinion on the matter of Dhoni’s retirement and whether it is the right time for him to call it quit or not, the left-hander says that he has no idea about it but he feels that it all depends on the manner in which the team management and the selectors think.
He says that Dhoni is getting older day by day and it happens with every cricketer at some point of time. Ganguly further adds that they might have to wait for 3-4 months in order to see what decision is being made.
Dhoni started his International career under Sourav Ganguly’s captaincy and the latter also talked about Dhoni’s replacement, i.e., Rishabh Pant. As per him, Pant is playing well and it all depends on the mindsets of the selectors and how they see the future.

Ambati Rayudu the middle order batsman announced his retirement from all forms of cricket on 3rd July 2019. The Hyderabadi cricketer took the drastic decision after he was overlooked thrice by BCCI from the ICC World Cup 2019.
Rayudu was replaced by all-rounder cricketer Vijay Shankar. He expressed his disappointment with BCCI after he wasn’t selected for the top 15 squad of the Indian team for ICC World Cup due to the 3rd dimensional role.
The Chennai Super Kings player is back in the headlines as he takes a U-turn from his earlier decision of Retirement from all forms of cricket in a letter to BCCI. Rayudu held a conference and told the reporters, I would definitely be playing the IPL for Chennai Super Kings and make a comeback into white-ball cricket, my priority now is to get back into peak fitness.
When he was asked about his hasty decision on retirement, he said, I can’t say it was an emotional decision as I’ve worked very hard for the World Cup in the last four years. You are bound to be disappointed and I felt it was the time to retire.
He further added, the decision that I took was not because of rejection or anything else. You work towards something and when you don’t get it, you feel it’s time to move on.
The right hand batsmen also talked about his maiden comeback, he said, I didn’t think about it yet. Well, I need to take it step-by-step and see how things turn out in the coming months.

Actor Vivek Oberoi is once again in the news and this time, it’s because of the announcement regarding the trilingual movie which will be based on Balakot air strikes. The shooting of the flick will start by the end of 2019 and it will be made in Hindi, Telugu and Tamil. Well, Twitter users don’t seem to be much pleased after they came to know about the movie which will be shot in J&K, Agra and Delhi.
Yes, you read it right! The netizens are quite upset with the decision as they are already unhappy with the manner in which the biopic of PM Modi was made and the fate it had. Vivek Oberoi played the lead role of the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the film and the majority of the movie buffs were disappointed by his performance.
Balakot airstrikes were conducted by the Indian Air Force after the horrific Pulwama incident in which 46 CRPF soldiers were martyred. The movie will not only focus on the airstrikes but also feature the capture and release of Vir Chakra awardee IAF Wing Commander Abhinandan along with Squadron Leader Minty Agarwal who played an important role in IAF’s interception mission which was launched in order to stop the fighter jets of Pakistan. Minty Agarwal was awarded the Yudh Seva medal and she is the first woman to receive this award.
While talking to IANS, Vivek says that being a proud Indian, a patriot and member of Indian cinema community, it is his responsibility to showcase the duties of IAF. As per him, the movie will highlight the achievements of brave officers such as Wing Commander Abhinandan who made countrymen proud even when they were behind the enemy lines.
Talking about Balakot strikes, Vivek says that it was one of the most well-planned operation of IAF and all the speculations related to it will be put to rest by his movie. He also thanks IAF for trusting him and his team and hopes that he will be able to do justice with the film.

Just to inform, Calling Sehmat’s English edition is a bestseller and Alia Bhatt starrer “Raazi” was based on it. Directed by Meghna Gulzar, the flick also starred Vicky Kaushal and did good business on the box-office. It depicts the life story of a Kashmiri girl who ties the knot to a Pak man and becomes spy for India after marriage.
