Indian cricketer Virender Sehwag has once again proved that he has a pretty good sense of humour as he recalled an incident which took place in the year 2011 on this very day. Sehwag revealed how he paid tribute to Aryabhatta, the founder of zero, though unintentionally.
India was on a tour to England and in the third test match against England, Sehwag got the king pair as in the first inning, it was Stuart Broad who got him out on duck while in the second innings, it was James Anderson who sent him back to the pavilion without opening his account.
Sehwag posted a photo with the caption,

India lost that match by an innings and 242 runs, England scored a huge total of 710 in their first innings with the help of Alastair Cook’s 294. India scored 224 in the first innings and 244 in the second innings, making it quite easy for the hosts to win the match with a big margin.
Sehwag was the mentor of Kings XI Punjab, the IPL franchise, for three years before he left the job last year.

Govinda, the veteran Bollywood actor, has been in news for some time now for the claim that he made regarding the Hollywood movie “Avatar” which was the worldwide highest grosser until it was surpassed by “Avengers: Endgame”.
Govinda was heavily trolled after claiming that he was offered the lead role in the James Cameron directed “Avatar” but he rejected it as the role required painting body blue for 400 days which was not possible for him.
Recently, Govinda was seen on the dance reality show Nach Baliye 9 in which he also danced with his co-star Raveena Tandon on the tunes of “Kisi Disco Mein Jayein”. On working with Raveena, Govinda says that they both have never given a flop together. He also states that they have come together after a long time and hopefully audiences will shower love on them as earlier.
When he was asked to comment on the matter of “Avatar”, he says that he has given clarification and whether people believe it or not, it doesn’t upset him. As per him, it is not easy to work with your body painted for 400 days and he has got to know that some people fell sick as well during the shooting which made him feel that his decision was absolutely correct.
He further states that he was busy with other movies at that time and if he had signed “Avatar”, other movies could have got stuck and producers and directors would have come on the road.
Govinda has also made it clear that his friendship with Salman is not about work. He says that he started working before Salman and enjoyed his best time for 14 years while it is Salman’s time now. According to the “Raja Babu” actor, Salman is a pretty cool person and he didn’t even get offended when Govinda refused to work in a movie which was offered by the “Sultan” star.
As Govinda has been appearing on many reality shows, he was asked whether he would join any show as a judge to which he replied that he has not been offered any reality show till now.
When Govinda was asked to comment on the remake of “Coolie No. 1” which is being made by David Dhawan with his son Varun Dhawan in the main lead, Govinda declined to comment. Directed by David Dhawan, “Coolie No. 1” is one of the biggest hits of Govinda in which he has worked with Karisma Kapoor.

The Indian cricket team has been performing quite well and they have now won the second ODI match which was played against West Indies. Earlier, they also won the T20I three-match series against the same opponent.
The match was played at Queen’s Park Oval in Trinidad; the toss was won by India and they decided to bat first. However, the opener Shikhar Dhawan departed in the first over after scoring only 2 runs. The Indian skipper Virat Kohli and vice-captain Rohit Sharma tried to stabilise the Indian innings but Rohit also got out soon at the score of 18.
The Indian team management decided to send Rishabh Pant at number 4; nevertheless, earlier it was said that Shreyas Iyer would be playing at number 4.
Around 30 overs were remaining and it was expected that Rishabh will play long innings but he was not able to control his instincts and got out at the score of 20 for which he played 35 balls. Rishabh tried to pull a delivery of Carlos Brathwaite but there was no foot movement and as a result, he was clean bowled.
There is no denying the fact that Rishabh is a talented player but he needs to refrain from playing bad shots and try to stay on the crease for more time.
