There is no denying the fact that staying in five star hotels is quite costly and a person should not stay for a longer period if he/she cannot afford.
In a recent incident, Taj Banjara, Hyderabad, has filed a complaint against a businessman who has stayed in the hotel for 102 days but he is not making payment of his pending bill of Rs 12.34 lakhs.
The name of the accused is said to be Shankar Narayan and as per the hotel, he bargained and got a luxury suite at a discounted rate because he was there to stay for a longer period. However on April 15, he left the hotel without even informing anyone and also didn’t pay the pending bill.
Sub-Inspector Ravi from the Banjara Hills police station told that the total bill was of Rs 25.96 lakh; he made the payment of Rs 13.62 lakh but from April 15, he is absconding. The hotel staff has called him multiple times and he assured that he would make the payment but as of now, his phone is switched off.
The hotel management decided to file a complaint after they were not able to contact him. A case has been filed under 406 (Criminal breach of trust) and 420 (Cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property) of the Indian Penal Code. The CCTV footages have been taken by the police and they have started the probe.

On the other hand, the businessman who is basically from Visakhapatman has told a news daily that all the allegations against him are false as he has cleared all the due in Taj Banjara. He adds that he has no idea as to why the hotel management has filed a complaint against him and he will deal with them in a legal manner since they have damaged his reputation which is very important for a real estate businessman like him.

For the kids of today, Harry Potter may be just a character from a book or movie but for the kids of 90s, Harry Potter was an important part of their childhood. The Harry Potter series comprises of eight movies which are based on the books written by J. K. Rowling and all the flicks were superhits; needless to mention that the books were quite a hit among the book lovers.
Harry Potter has a huge fan following and his fans love to celebrate the birthday of their hero which is on July 31. This year, the wizard from Hogwarts turned 39 and a little strange birthday song which was sung for Harry Potter got viral on the Internet and social media.
This birthday greeting song was sung by Anuya Jakatdar and Sharin Bhatti, the two hosts of the show Books on Toast. It was titled as “Happy birthday Harry Potter” and what made it a little different was the fact that it was sung on the tune of a Bhajan. Books on Toast is a show which is focused on the discussions related to reading books.
Books on Toast shared this video last year under the hashtag #HarryKaJanamdin. The tweet read,

Time doesn’t seem to be favourable for Sidharth Malhotra and Parineeti Chopra as both of them are pretty desperate for a hit movie but their latest release “Jabariya Jodi” does not appear to have made a solid start on the box-office.
The flick which is directed by Prashant Singh and produced by Balaji Productions has collected Rs 3.15 crore on its first day.
Hopefully, the business will get a boost on Saturday and Sunday and absence of another big budget film can also help “Jabariya Jodi” in getting good collections.
This is what trade analyst Taran Adarsh tweeted,
“#JabariyaJodi is dull on Day 1… Needs miraculous growth on Day 2 and 3 for a respectable weekend total… Fri ₹ 3.15 cr. India biz.”
The movie is based on the practice of pakadwa vivah (groom kidnapping) which takes place in some areas of Bihar. It happens when the groom’s side asks for huge dowry and the family of the bride is not able to fulfill their demands.
“Jabariya Jodi” presents this whole practice in a funny manner and also tries to give a social message but the critics were not quite happy with the movie and some of them even found it frustrating to watch.
Although the lead actors have been praised for their performances, it appears that they are not able to pull the crowd towards the theatre on the opening day.
This is the second time that Sidharth and Parineeti have shared the screen; they worked together for the first time in “Hasee Toh Phasee” which released in 2014 and bombed at the box-office.

5th August 2019 the date which has been etched as a historic day in Indian history. Home Minster Amit Shah took a big decision on Monday 5th August in the upper house of the parliament. The government revoked Article 370 of the Indian constitution and divided Jammu and Kashmir into two Union Territories.
Article 370 came into existence in the 1950s and gave special rights to the people of J&K. It was just a ‘temporary provision’ which has been finally discarded.
Now that the article is defunct Jammu & Kashmir has been divided into two UTs, Jammu and Kashmir with a legislature, and Ladakh without one. People can now even buy plots and start their business in Kashmir.
After Article 370 was scrapped India’s bond with their neighboring country Pakistan is disturbed a bit. On Wednesday Pakistan announced that they’ll be degraded their diplomatic ties with India and suspended bilateral trade.
Pakistan’s Prime Minister Imran Khan took the decision in response to Narendra Modi’s move to scrap the special status given to Kashmir. Pakistan and India doesn’t share a significant trade. India doesn’t come under Pakistan’s top 35 traders neither do India comes under Pakistan’s top 10 exporters and importer.
Pakistan even termed the action as a vilation of United Nation’s resolution on Kashmir. They have even urged to raise the matter in higher platforms. India is receiving support from other countries admist of the allegations made by Pakistan.

Vicky Kaushal starrer Uri: The Surgical Strike won four awards at the National Film Awards 2018. The film won awards for Best Director, Best Actor, Best Background Music and Best Sound Design. But could this be possible? The film was released on at the National Film Awards.
Social media was confused over how a film which released in 2019, won awards for 2018. Some bewildered Twitter users took to their social media handles and expressed their concerns.
So here’s the answer. A film is eligible to enter the race if it has received the certificate from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) from January 1 of any given year till December 31. And Uri received its certificate on December 31, 2018, so it ran into the race and won several awards.
