Bollywood’s Take On The Big Decision On Article 370 By The Home Minister

Home Minster Amit Shah took a big decision on Monday in the upper house of the parliament. The government has finally scrapped the Article 370 from the Indian constitution and divided Jammu and Kashmir into two Union Territories. Let it be known that article 470 came into being in 1954 and gave special rights to the people of J&K. It was just a ‘temporary provision’ which has been finally discarded.

J&K has been divided into two UTs, Jammu and Kashmir with a legislature, and Ladakh without one. While people of India are hailing the home minister and the prime minister for their big decision, Bollywood celebs also came forward to praise it.

B-Town stars like Atul Kasbekar, Vikrant Massey, Raveena Tandon, Paresh Rawal, Vivek Agnihotri, Vivek Anand Oberoi, Mohit Raina, Zaira Waseem, and others took to Twitter to share their views about the scrapping of Article 370 from the Indian constitution.

Twitter Heavily Slams Rishabh Pant For Irresponsible Attitude In IndVsWI, Questions His Selection

The Indian cricket team has won the T20I series against West Indies by 2-0 with one match still remaining to be played. This win will definitely boost the confidence of team India to a great extent after the disappointing exit from the World Cup 2019.

This tour is quite important for the Indian team as the former skipper and wicketkeeper-batsman M S Dhoni is not a part of the team and the team management is looking for a player who can replace him. There is no denying the fact that Dhoni is going to retire soon so the team needs to have someone who can fill his boots properly.

Rishabh Pant is on the top of the list of those players who are considered as the replacement to Dhoni but his performance with the bat in West Indies has been quite pathetic.

In the first T20I against West Indies, Rishabh got out at duck while in the second match, he gave a dismissal performance and got out at 4 after top-edging Oshane Thomas. He missed the chance of taking the benefit of the good start given by Rohit Sharma and got slammed on Twitter heavily for his irresponsible attitude.

There are some other national cricketers such as Sanju Samson, Ishan Kishan, etc. who will love to take the place of M S Dhoni but the Indian skipper Virat Kohli is quite supportive of Pant. Kohli admits that Dhoni’s experience has played an important role and he will be missed big time but it is also a big chance for the youngsters to show their capability and talent. Virat also said that Rishabh is a talented player and we all want to see him perform consistently.

Fan Compared Steve Smith And Virat Kohli’s Records In Ashes, Gets Trolled On Twitter

Australian player Steve Smith made his comeback in the test cricket with the ongoing Ashes, played between England and Australia. Last year his involvement was found in the ball-tampering scandal at the Newlands in Cape Town.

In his first comeback match, Smith scored his 24th century in the format and proved himself worthy of being considered as one of the best batsmen in the world. Australia won the toss and decided to bat first. By the time Smith came to the field, Australia had already lost 8 wickets. Smith came in his full form and scored 144 runs.

While the world was busy either hailing or mocking the ace batsman, a fan compared his Ashes’ record with that of Virat Kohli’s. The Ashes is only played between England and Australia, so there is no chance, Kohli can ever a part of this epic rivalry. But the fan took to Twitter and wrote, “Steve Smith has 9 Ashes hundreds. Virat Kohli? Zero”.
