Khandaani Shafakhana And Hobbs & Shaw First Day Collection Out

KHANDAANI SHAFAKHANA

Sonakshi Sinha, Badshah, and Varun Sharma starrer Khandaani Shafakhana turned out a dud at the box office as it managed to collect only ₹75 lakhs nett on its opening day. According to the Box office reports, the film was not expecting very high numbers and the maximum it could have reached was 1 crore on day 1. Now that the first-day collection is so low, the film doesn’t have much scope.

The plot is based on sex education which is still a taboo in India. While the film is a satire on the typical Indian society, it lacks humor. Varun Sharma played what he plays best, the funny guy whose life, according to him, sucks. He does nothing (he is unemployed) but is in haste to marry, and can’t differentiate between “virgin” and “vargit”(prohibited).

Sonakshi Sinha owns the show and another debutante Priyansh Jore make a mark by his innocent charm. But there is no chemistry between them which is kind of disappointing.

FAST & FURIOUS: HOBBS & SHAW

The spin-off of fast and Furious series Hobbs And Shaw emerged as the sixth-highest opener Hollywood film in India. Its first-day collection surpassed the opening day collection of Spiderman – Far From Home, but it is still less than the previous film of the series Fast & Furious 7.

Hobbs and Shaw had a great start with ₹11 crore nett on its opening day in India.

Dwayne Johnson and Jason Statham who played arch enemies in the original series. This film brings them together to fight the greater evil and it is full of action. As expected the film is full of action and thrill. Anyone who is Fast and Furious fan will know that action makes the soul and body of the film and ‘Hobbs and Shaw’ also lives up to the expectations.

The banter between Hobbs and Shaw give the film a humorous twist which was much needed. The actors played their part well including Vanessa, who is also able to kick some asses. It is a watchable film and can easily get 3 stars.

Virat Kohli Trolled By Jimmy Neesham After Rory Burns’ Century

New Zealand cricket player Jimmy Neesham is one of the most active cricketers on Twitter. Every now and then he pulls someone legs on the social media platform and induces laughter. He did the same on Saturday and trolled Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli. But this time instead of laughing with him, Indian fans got angry.

Praising England opener Rory Burns, he took a funny jibe at Virat. Rory made his first century in his first match in Ashes. Ashes is a test series played between England and Australia. So, it was a funny dig at Kohli, when Neesham tweeted, “Rory Burns now has more runs in his first Ashes innings than Virat Kohli has in his entire Ashes career.”

Well, this once again confirmed the rumours of a rift between Virat Kohli and Rohit Sharma. It is being said that Virat and Rohit are not on talking terms since India got defeated by New Zealand in the semi-finals of the World Cup 2019. However, the captain and the coach Ravi Shastri called all such rumours baseless in a pre-departure press conference before leaving for America.

Just a few hours before leaving for America, Rohit Sharma also posted a photo of himself with the caption: “I don’t just walk out for my Team. I walk out for my country.”

Virat Kohli Finally Disclosed Why He Is A Fan Of Cristiano Ronaldo

Virat Kohli, the Indian skipper, has a huge fan following and majority of his fans are of the opinion that he is the greatest of all times. Kanika Dhillon Shuts Down Rumours Of Relationship With Dia’s Husband. This Is What Dia Tweeted

The fans of beautiful Bollywood actress Dia Mirza must be upset after knowing that Dia and her husband Sahil Sangha have decided to separate. The couple had been together for past 11 years, though they got married in the year 2014 only.

They both issued a joint statement on the micro-blogging site Twitter and clarified that they would remain friends even after separation. At the same time, the duo also made it clear that they would prefer not to talk on this matter again.

While everyone was busy contemplating as to what has gone wrong between this adorable couple, rumours of Sahil dating film writer Kanika Dhillon started doing rounds. A report was published in a news daily which stated that a lot changed between them in the last month. Dia got busy with a show and Sahil was also very much occupied with one of the productions.

Talking about the buzz, it was being said that something is going between Dia and her co-actor Mohit Raina and Sahil is also getting close to Kanika Dhillon who has written scripts of “Kedarnath”, “Manmarziyan”, “Judgementall Hai Kya”, etc. Coincidentally, Kanika and her husband Prakash Kovelamudi, director of “Judgementall Hai Kya”, also announced their separation after Dia and Sahil made an announcement of the same. This development further fuelled the speculations that Sahil and Kanika are dating.

However, Kanika has completely denied the reports of being in a relationship with Sahil; in fact, she goes on to say that she has never met Dia and her husband. At one fell swoop, she also makes it clear that she and Prakash parted ways two years ago when “Judgementall Hai Kya” was not even started and it is just that they have decided to announce it in the recent times.

Meanwhile, Dia Mirza also took to Twitter and slammed those who raise fingers against Kanika in a series of tweets. She wrote,

“This is to clarify and put to rest all kind of speculation that is being bandied about by a certain section of the media regarding my separation with Sahil. It is most unfortunate to see the level of irresponsibility exercised. What is even more unfortunate is that our colleagues names are being tarnished and maligned by this media. As a woman I will not stand for another woman’s name being used so irresponsibly to perpetuate a lie. There is absolutely no truth to the alleged reports and no third person is the reason for Sahil and I to part ways. We have requested the media to be graceful and allow us this time for some privacy. Really hope they can respect that.”

Not just this, Dia also apologised to Kanika for whatever happened as she tweeted, “I am so sorry Kanika that people can be so disgraceful. All my love to you.”

Later Kanika praised Dia and wrote, “Thank u! @deespeak always admired ur work.. and now admire u more for ur graciousness and what u stand for as a woman and as a person!! Much love and big hug!”

To this, Dia replied, “Admire you Kanika! Thank you for your graciousness”

It’s sad to see such beautiful couples getting separated but it is their personal choice and we have no right to interfere in their personal matters.
