Akshay who holds a Canadian passport and there were many speculations on his citizenship took some serious hit recently. ‘Baby’ actor took to Twitter to welcome the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation’s debut on Twitter but this did not go well with the netizens.
Akshay wrote in the tweet how now people can be heard and acknowledged on Twitter too, his tweet read,” The BMC is now on twitter as @mybmc, you can now tweet your suggestions/ grievances to BMC directly and get them addressed. Try it now to make your voice heard directly.”
This upset people a lot and soon his feed was filled with sarcastic tweets.

Ida Ali, daughter of filmmaker Imtiaz Ali, is the new star kid of B-town. Ida like all the other starlets of the block also plans to walk in his father’s shoe. Despite having the gorgeous looks for camera Ida wants to become a filmmaker.
In 2017, when she was just 15, Ali wrote and directed her first short film “Lift”. Ida believes that digital platform has opened doors to bigger opportunities for budding filmmakers. Now three year later, at the age of 18, she is all set to enter the world of cinema.
Imtiaz Ali produced Ida’s film Lift under his own production house Window Seat. The whole 12-minute film was shot in a Lift and gives a glimpse of people from all pathways of life.
Lift was positively reviewed by the digital audience and garnered critics attention. Earlier, Ida told that she doesn’t feel the burden of carrying her father’s legacy ahead but she will definitely try to give her best.

The Indian cricket team seems chilled out even during the match against Sri Lanka. India has already made it to the semi-final and stands second on the point chart in the ongoing ICC world cup. In a drink during the match, Indian bowler Yuzvendra Chahal brought drinks for his teammates. And at one point he sat on the fence on the border of the field like he is sitting beside a swimming pool enjoying the sun.
When the first inning was going on, Indian bowlers were in full form and restricted the SL team at 264 at the loss of 7 wickets. Amidst all this, Chahal was spotted lying on the ground wearing sunglasses with some bottles of water.

The movie 3 Idiots excelled in so many different layers, not only the movie was iconic in a funny way but it was carefully layered with sarcasm and irony. The movie beautifully portrayed the lacks of the India education system and spread the message of being ‘well-educated’ and not ‘well trained’. It was seen in the movie how Madhavan, dropped out of college in the final year to pursue his degree of becoming a wildlife photographer, it seems it is much more difficult to this in real life than ‘reel’ life!
Recently a man tweeted on the social media that his delivery boy had an engineering degree and still delivered food! He playfully mocked Madhavan that because of him half the kids now are pursuing engineering, his tweet read:

Pakistan’s team did not perform well in this World Cup 2019 and there was a lot of speculation about it. The players were seen unfit and some of them were caught yawning on the field ( you know who ). To add flame to the fire, a video of the team chilling at a Hookah lounge and eating fast food emerged online. The team was heavily criticized for the same. People from Pakistan were upset with their team’s performance as well.
Recently in a video posted by Cricket Addictor, Wasim Akram coach and former cricketer, captain of Pakistan national team was seen making fun of the players. In the video, it can be seen he is in the middle of the discussion with the panelist ( in a funny way) and they are discussing the fitness of the players in the National team. Wasim Akram makes fun of the cricketers with the ‘portion of food’ they consume just before the match and the way he says it is downright hilarious!
