Since childhood, we have seen our elder’s telling if you find cats crossing the road spit before you cross the path or else we will be harmed, the superstition list in India is never-ending. The mentality of a few people are filled with 100% superstition and you can’t even help to change it.
Bharatiya Janta Party’s candidate Sadhvi Pragya Thakur got her ticket to contest from Bhopal for Lok Sabha election. She has been lately making headlines for all the wrong reasons. She even cursed IPS officer Hemant Karkare and made a comment on the demolished Babri Masjid.
Sadhvi is also creating headlines for promoting Cow urine (Gau Mutra) for various diseases such as breast cancer etc. Sadhvi Pragya the prime accused of Malegaon blast case which took away the lives of 6 people and left 100 injured. She got bail from the Bombay High Court by citing her breast cancer.
In an interview with Rahul Kanwal recently she was worried about the conditions of the cow in our country. She also claimed to popularise cow urine after winning the polls against Digvijay Singh.
Pragya firmly claims she was cured of cancer with Panchagavya (a mixture of cow urine, dung, milk, yoghurt, either ghee or butter). She even mentioned this is scientifically proven and she is the living example of it.
Well, several researchers have failed to find the efficiency of cow urine to treat cancer!
Raj Thackeray chief of Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) at a rally on 23 April, Tuesday called an entire family on stage, revealing that their photo had been used by the Bhartiya Janta Party without the family’s knowledge to fulfil the propaganda of the political party.
Thackeray was addressing a massive rally in Maharashtra. He invited the family on stage before asking the mass to look at that giant screen, which displayed a screenshot of a BJP Facebook page.
A Facebook page ‘Modi For New India’ posted a picture of a family with PM Narendra Modi alongside with the caption “To provide a better life for the poor is not just a slogan for Modi ji but it’s a mission. Congress can only give the slogan to remove poverty, but it can’t do anything tangible.”
The page also claimed, “7.5 crore people were brought out of poverty in the last three years.” The post implies that the family was one of the inheritors of a poverty reduction scheme of Narendra Modi.
Thackeray disclosed that the family had no idea that their photo was circulated, which the MNS leader said they had posted on Facebook, had been picked up and used by the BJP’s IT cell to achieve the success of their poverty reduction scheme.
He asked the crowd “Why don’t you check for yourself? Look at the family on stage and look at the photo next to that of Modi’s. These people had no clue that they are featured in the BJP ad campaign”.
Thackeray received great appreciation on social media for his revelation, with many patting him on the back for revealing one of the biggest BJP’s ‘lies’. Nothing is more embarrassing for the Bharatiya Janata Party for faking the ad campaign.

Doubts were raised regarding his health but there is nothing to worry as his spokesperson has confirmed that he is losing weight for his next movie “Virata Parvam 1992” in which he is going to work with Sai Pallavi. What’s more, Rana also reveals that he needs to look leaner in the last phase of shooting of “Haathi Mere Saathi” as well.
The movie “Virata Parvam 1992” will be directed by Venu Udugula and earlier there were rumours that either Nitin or Sharwanand will do the lead role but in the end, Rana Daggubati was chosen to play it.

The Indian Prime Minister said,
“I read yours as well as Twinkle Khanna’s Twitter. Sometimes I feel whenever she vents out her anger at me on Twitter, it must be bringing so much peace in your personal life. All her anger must be coming out on me and that’s why you must be feeling peaceful and calm.”
PM Modi also talked about the time when he met Twinkle Khanna’s maternal grandfather Chunnibhai who supported him by giving donation for his buttermilk center which was opened to help people facing drought in Gujarat.

Jagrati Shukla a journalist who had previously grabbed eyeballs for her comments on the genocide of Kashmiris. She even justified the massacre of Sikhs during the year 1984. Her twitter handle is filled with hateful tweets posted by her and apparently, she is among one of the journalists appointed by Government of India run channel Lok Sabha Tv.
She has earned a lot of negative publicity cause of her negative tweets.
Shukla was seen thanking people who were congratulating her for her new position.
In a couple of tweets, her participation in a Lok Sabha Mother’s day special program called ‘Bharat ki Aawaj’ was found.
Jagrati’s name appears on the provisional selection list on Lok Sabha TV website for the position of Assistant Producer.
According to the report of Inuth, the Lok Sabha website also lists one Jagriti Shukla who has been selected for the post of Assistant producer. As there’s no ‘Jagriti Shukla’ in the provisional list, it seems to be a typographical error and the person selected is Jagrati Shukla.
Jagrati Shukla has her own presence and fan following on social media. In 2016 when there was unrest in the Kashmir valley leading to clashes between security forces and Kashmiris.
Shukla had tweeted, “If we need to commit genocide in Kashmir valley to get rid of all these terrorists and their aides, then let’s do it.”
The tweet created a commotion and it was deleted by Shukla. The type of content which she posts regularly or shares on her Twitter and Facebook accounts is often laced with hatred and prejudice towards Muslims, Dalits and liberals.

Well, the appointment of a journalist who has hatred towards a certain group and calls for violence is a ‘consultant’ by Lok Sabha TV is shocking. Whereas journalists around the world are not known to work with certain political/ideological preferences.
But here the question is the journalist has expressed unabashedly exhibited bigotry and hate on social media on numerous occasions. It is further shocking that Lok Sabha TV which is operated by elected representatives and is an important broadcasting part of the Government has appointed Jagrati Shukla.
Now here account has been suspended as it violates the twitter rules.
The IPL 2019 is progressing towards the last stages and after defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the yesterday’s match, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has confirmed its place in the playoffs.
Since the beginning of the IPL, CSK has been led by MS Dhoni and they have won the title three times. One more thing that talks highly about their consistency is the fact that they have reached the playoffs in all the seasons that they have played. Just to inform, they were not a part of IPL in 2016 and 2017 as CSK was banned for 2 years from playing the tournament.
In the match against SRH, the opener of CSK Shane Watson got back in form and scored 96 runs for which he played 53 deliveries only. This is really a good sign for CSK as his performance will matter a lot in important matches.

This price is being charged by a premium theatre in Delhi known as PVR Director’s Cut which is in the Ambience Mall for the Saturday evening show as Friday was all booked within few minutes.
As far as Mumbai is concerned, the highest price of the ticket is Rs. 1765 at INOX Insignia. The same type of pricing was done for Aamir Khan starrer “Thugs of Hindostan” and its tickets were in the range of Rs. 400 to Rs. 1500.
