Jagrati Shukla a journalist who had previously grabbed eyeballs for her comments on the genocide of Kashmiris. She even justified the massacre of Sikhs during the year 1984. Her twitter handle is filled with hateful tweets posted by her and apparently, she is among one of the journalists appointed by Government of India run channel Lok Sabha Tv.

She has earned a lot of negative publicity cause of her negative tweets.

Shukla was seen thanking people who were congratulating her for her new position.

In a couple of tweets, her participation in a Lok Sabha Mother’s day special program called ‘Bharat ki Aawaj’ was found.

Jagrati’s name appears on the provisional selection list on Lok Sabha TV website for the position of Assistant Producer.

According to the report of Inuth, the Lok Sabha website also lists one Jagriti Shukla who has been selected for the post of Assistant producer. As there’s no ‘Jagriti Shukla’ in the provisional list, it seems to be a typographical error and the person selected is Jagrati Shukla.

Jagrati Shukla has her own presence and fan following on social media. In 2016 when there was unrest in the Kashmir valley leading to clashes between security forces and Kashmiris.

Shukla had tweeted, “If we need to commit genocide in Kashmir valley to get rid of all these terrorists and their aides, then let’s do it.”

The tweet created a commotion and it was deleted by Shukla. The type of content which she posts regularly or shares on her Twitter and Facebook accounts is often laced with hatred and prejudice towards Muslims, Dalits and liberals.

Well, the appointment of a journalist who has hatred towards a certain group and calls for violence is a ‘consultant’ by Lok Sabha TV is shocking. Whereas journalists around the world are not known to work with certain political/ideological preferences.

But here the question is the journalist has expressed unabashedly exhibited bigotry and hate on social media on numerous occasions. It is further shocking that Lok Sabha TV which is operated by elected representatives and is an important broadcasting part of the Government has appointed Jagrati Shukla.

The IPL 2019 is progressing towards the last stages and after defeating Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH) in the yesterday’s match, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) has confirmed its place in the playoffs.

Since the beginning of the IPL, CSK has been led by MS Dhoni and they have won the title three times. One more thing that talks highly about their consistency is the fact that they have reached the playoffs in all the seasons that they have played. Just to inform, they were not a part of IPL in 2016 and 2017 as CSK was banned for 2 years from playing the tournament.

In the match against SRH, the opener of CSK Shane Watson got back in form and scored 96 runs for which he played 53 deliveries only. This is really a good sign for CSK as his performance will matter a lot in important matches.

During the post-match presentation, when Harsha Bhogle asked Dhoni about the secret of his team’s consistency and how he managed to do that, the captain cool gave a super awesome answer which made everyone laugh as well as admire Dhoni’s wittiness.

In his reply, Dhoni says that it is a trade secret and if he reveals it, franchise will stop buying him. He held crowd support and franchise support as important factors which help them in playing better. Dhoni also praises the support staff for their contribution and says that he can’t tell anything else until he retires.

MS Dhoni, the former Indian skipper, is well-known for his impeccable wicket-keeping skills along with his batting and captaincy. We have seen him carrying out many stumpings at a lightning speed and yesterday also, he sent David Warner back to dugout in a similar style in the match against Sunrisers Hyderabad (SRH).

On Tuesday, Chennai Super Kings (CSK) and Sunrisers Hyderabad faced each other in an IPL match at Chepauk Stadium. Batting first, SRH scored a total of 175/3 with the help of brilliant knocks of Manish Pandey (83*) and David Warner (57). However, the hosts achieved the target as their opener Shane Watson played a blistering knock of 96 (53).

During the batting of SRH, in the 14^th over, David Warner got a little out of the crease while trying to hit Harbhajan Singh but he was beaten with the spin and Dhoni stumped him with a lightning speed.

In a very old interview, Simi Garewal asked Mukesh Ambani how was it growing up and living in a joint family in a chawl in Mumbai? Mukesh Ambani said that living at the Jai Hind Estate, the chawl in Bhuleshwar, is the first memory that he would always preserve in life. He was a just 4-5-year-old boy at that time.

It was not something that Mukesh would want to get away. Also, he said that they all were happy and secured living in the chawl at that point of their life.

His second most treasured memory was dealing with the strictness of his father Dhirubhai Ambani while growing up. “One evening, we had guests and I would be 10 or 11 years old and Anil would be 9 years old. Both of us were mischievous and we would do all the funny things what kids would do. My mother (Kokilaben Ambani) would bring food for the guests and before the guests could have it, all food would be eaten up by us. And my father patiently said, “OK! Next morning my father called us and said, “Mukesh! Anil! Both of you out of here. From today onwards for the next two days, you are going to stay in the garage unless you learn to behave yourselves. And you regret, you are not going to come back home. My mother pleaded to him saying they are poor little boys”. But nothing worked in our favour.

Mukesh Ambani said they had spent two days in the garage on merely water and roti. And that made us repent and also helped both of us to bond well.
