Now the whole point of The Kapil Sharma Show is to bring celebs on TV, and then speak about their upcoming projects and so on and so forth. However, as we all know, Kapil really loves pulling his guests’ legs.

On Friday, the much awaited film of the year, Total Dhamaal, released and positive reviews have been pouring in. The film is a multi starrer, and the performances have been noteworthy.

In the previous episode, the Total Dhamaal team had been invited to the show to promote their film. Kapil had shared a clipping from the show in order to congratulate the Total Dhamaal team.

Ajay Devgn, who is known for his subtlety and tongue in cheek humour, decided to give Kapil Sharma a taste of his own medicine. He tweeted:

Ajay Devgn wrote, “Tu picture dekh and for a change dusron ke jokes pe bhi has le.. sirf apne jokes pe hasta rehta hai hamesha!” This tweet had us in splits.

In other words, Ajay took a jibe at Kapil and said that he should start appreciating the jokes of other people, instead of always blowing his own trumpet.

Amit Shah Slammed Congress, Also Blamed Jawaharlal Nehru For The Pulwama Incident

On 14th February, India saw one of its worst nightmares come true when a car full of explosives rammed into a convoy carrying CRPF jawans in the Pulwama region of Kashmir.

Ever since then, politicians and political parties have gone out of their way to blame the opposition for the attack and the tragedy that has affected hundreds of people across the country.

Now, BJP President Amit Shah has blamed the Congress for the incident and has accused them of politicizing the tragedy. According to him, they should not have blamed Narendra Modi for not being prompt enough while handling the situation.

That was not all. Amit Shah was quick to shift the blame entirely on to the Congress, and even said that Jawaharlal Nehru was responsible for the incident.

According to him, Nehru had failed to handle the Kashmir issue favourably, which has now led to such bitter relations between the nations. He also believes that Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel would have been better equipped to deal with it amicably.

He also seemed rather irked by the fact that Randeep Singh Surjewala, a Congress spokesperson, had accused Modi of prioritizing elections over the Pulwama tragedy since he had continued to film a movie at the Jim Corbett National Park even after receiving news of the attack.

Sachin Tendulkar Told Fan He Shouldn’t Celebrate His Historic 200 In ODI 9 years Ago, Here’s Why

If I were to go around asking people on the streets about their favourite cricketer, most of them would unanimously reply “Sachin Tendulkar.”

To call him the God of Indian Cricket is really not an understatement. The man, who is the epitome of class and grace, has done more for Indian cricket than one can possibly imagine.

Incidentally, exactly 9 years ago, Sachin had scored his historic 200 in the ODI series, and he was the first cricketer to have achieved something like that back then.

In light of the Pulwama tragedy which wreaked havoc in the nation on 14th Feb, Indians had demanded that India pull out of any match against Pakistan in the upcoming World Cup series.

Sachin had expressed a personal opinion on Twitter, where he said that he would hate to see India losing two points to Pakistan in the series.

While many praised his opinion, celebrated journalist Arnab Goswami had a different opinion altogether. He insulted Sachin on live TV, and called him an anti nationalist for having expressed his opinions.

However, Sachin proved his “patriotism” in another event recently. A fan of his, Nitin Sachinist, had recently approached Sachin in order to celebrate his landmark achievement.

The fan had made a sketch of him and even baked a cake for him, in order to honour him. While Sachin was seemingly moved by the gesture, he said that he really did not feel like celebrating, since the whole nation has been in a state of mourning since the Pulwama tragedy.

For some, the concept of nationalism and patriotism is pretty convoluted. To them, screaming on live television and imposing their opinions on others is what constitutes responsible journalism.

On the other hand, we have people like Sachin Tendulkar, who have been representing their country on international platforms and have defended her honour every step of the way.

Arnab Goswami Gets Slammed Online After He Called Sachin Tendulkar Anti National On Live TV

For Arnab Goswami, the concept of nationalism is pretty simple. The other party must agree with his opinion in order for him or her to be a “nationalist.”

Sadly, Mr. Goswami’s ideas of nationalism are convoluted to the extent where he believes that expressing a personal opinion on a matter of national significance can be deemed anti national just because someone failed to agree with his notion of what a nationalist or desh bhakt should be like.

Arnab Goswami had invited Sachin Tendulkar on his show, and insulted the God of Cricket by calling him an anti national. And this is just because Sachin stated that he felt India should not withdraw from the match against Pakistan in World Cup 2019.

In the aftermath of the Pulwama tragedy, Sachin, being the epitome of class that he is, had tweeted saying that India had always defeated Pakistan at the World Cup and that he would hate to give up two points to Pakistan. He also added that country comes first for him, and that he would stand by whatever decision the Indian government took.

However, this was clearly against Arnab Goswami’s principles, who sees the world in black and white. According to him, after the Pulwama incident, Indians need to take a clear stand in order to show how patriotic they really are.

Based on what he says, the only way one can even remotely call himself or herself a nationalist is by boycotting Pakistan altogether. Clearly, the logic behind Sachin’s tweet escaped him.

He used the hashtag #ShameOnAntiNationals to humiliate Sachin Tendulkar on national television. He said that he does not believe in gods and that Sachin was wrong.

He said on the show, “Sachin Tendulkar, if he has any sense, he should realise that he should be the first person to say that don’t play with Pakistan.”

He also said that he does not really care about the points that India would be losing out on, but that he wanted revenge for the martyrs who had given up their lives.

However, this comment has enraged Indians, including the other people who were present during the debate. Mr. Sudheendra Kulkarni was forced to walk out:
