BJP Said PM Will Cancel Election Rallies After Pulwama Tragedy, But He Didn’t. Here’s The Truth

On Friday, BJP’s Sambit Patra announced in a surprise news flash that the party would be cancelling the two rallies that were meant for Narendra Modi, in light of the Pulwama tragedy.

Modi was scheduled to organize two election rallies in Dhar and Itarsi today and tomorrow. However, these rallies were thereby cancelled and Patra also claimed that Modi would now be focusing on only important government issues.

This was an attempt to show that the BJP government headed by Modi was grieving the loss of the 40 plus CRPF jawans, and that the gesture was in good faith. However, soon after, the actual scenario turned out to be something entirely different.

Modi was soon seeing flagging off the Vande Mataram Express and then proceeded to attend to other such “important” events. Other ministers like Yogi Adityanath refrained from making overtly political statements during such a mourning period, but Modi had something else on his mind.

Modi, in his flamboyant speech, thanked the voters in Uttar Pradesh for their support in 2014 and even asked for their blessing for the upcoming 2019 elections.

Modi lauded his supporters in Uttar Pradesh and stated that they contributed to his landslide victory in 2014. He also mentioned that he had full faith, the same supporters would support his mission for a New India in 2019 as well.

In fact, a lot of people felt that this was nothing but cheap publicity and that Modi should have at least waited for this tumultous period to subside.

The incident, rather the shameful act of terrorism that took lives of more than forty four of our Jawans, shook our entire nation. The tears are unstoppable and the pain is unbearable.

The day when everyone everywhere was celebrating the day of love, more than forty families lost their everything. Pakistan based terrorist group Jaish-e-Mohammed (JeM) claimed all the responsibility of this brutal act.

Terrorist Aadil Ahmad took lives of our CRPF Jawans when he rammed into a CRPF convoy with a car full of 350kgs of explosives in the Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir.

Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi made a strong and powerful statement against this tragic incident and assured the nation that we will avenge this.

Our Indian President Ram Nath Kovind strongly condemning this act of terrorism said that the sacrifices of our soldiers won’t go in vain.

Even leaders from all around the world condemned this loss we suffered and expressed their grief and support on the social media platforms.

Gully Boy Second Day Collections Out. Figures Are Expected To Be Strong On Weekend

Ranveer Singh and Alia Bhatt starrer “Gully Boy” got a good response on the box-office on its opening day but the collections fell down a little on the second day as it is quite obvious that the nation is soaked in the sorrow of 40 soldiers who lost their lives in the unfortunate incident that took place in Pulwama.

Talking about the first day collections of “Gully Boy”, the movie minted Rs 19.40 crore on the Valentine’s Day; however, the earnings came down to Rs 13.10 crore on the second day, totaling the amount to Rs 32.50 crore.

Day 1 – Rs 19.40 crore

Day 2 – Rs 13.10 crore

Total – Rs 32.50 crore

The flick has been appreciated a lot both by audiences and critics. It is the story of struggles of a rapper who belongs to a poor family and faces a lot of difficulties in life when he wants to fulfill his dreams. The trade analysts are of the opinion that the figures will be strong on Saturday and Sunday.

“Gully Boy” is directed by Zoya Akhtar who has given hit movies like “Zindagi Na Milegi Dobara”. The film was also being called the unofficial remake of Eminem starrer “8 Mile” but Zoya has totally denied the rumours and asked people to watch the flick before giving any judgment.

Delhi Is Not No.1 On India’s Most Polluted Cities List, These Are The 3 Cities Which Beat Delhi

Three cities in North India beat Delhi to become the most polluted cities in the country, according to a study conducted in October – November, 2018.

According to the list, Delhi is not the most polluted city in the country. Instead, it has been ranked at number 4. On the other hand, Patna has bagged the number 1 spot on the list.

The other two cities in the top 3 would be Kanpur and Varanasi, as you can see in the chart given below.

The study was conducted over a period of 45 days, stretching from October to November and was conducted by IIT Kanpur and Shakti Foundation.

The report should serve as a wake up call for the rest of the country since it proves that India’s pollution rates were at least 50 % more than that of China.

In fact, the top 3 cities in the list have demonstrated extremely poor air quality levels as well, with the level of particulate matter in air hitting 170 micrograms per cubic metre and above.

Such severe air quality can lead to numerous health problems like breathing trouble, decreased visibility, smog and other such hindrances which the government has been unable to address.

A lot of experts are blaming the situation on winter. Additional measures have also been taken to ensure that construction sites and brick kilns comply with norms to reduce pollution.

Woman Said Karan Johar’s Kids Lack Mother’s Love. KJo Gave Her A Perfect Reply

Karan Johar, the Indian movie producer-director, is a pretty busy personality as he is involved in not only making films but also judging reality shows and taking interviews of celebrities in his chat show Koffee With Karan. But still the father of two makes sure that he spends quality time with his twins Yash and Roohi. Just to inform, Karan became a father via surrogacy in 2017 and recently he gave a big birthday party for his kids who turned 2 this year.

Karan is very active on social media and on Valentine’s Day, he took to Twitter to wish his fans and followers. He posted a pic with caption,

As KJo shared it, a Twitter user did something which made him a little upset. She said that because of him, his kids have to live without their mother despite the fact that they have a healthy living mother. The woman further added that mother’s love for kids is divine and his twins are deprived of that.

Here’s what her tweet read,

“I hv no problm with ur choice, but bcz of ur choice ur two babies r living without their mother. Despite of having a healthy living mother, they can’t feel her love. U know that mother love is a divine in this crucial world.”

Karan objected to the tweet as he completely disagreed with the woman. In his reply, the filmmaker wrote that there are many other issues which need to tackle at the moment and his kids are getting the love of a mother, that is his (Karan’s) mother.

This is how KJo responded,

“Ma’m!! With all due respect! Get a life! There are larger issues the country is combating at the moment and it can very well do without your narrow mindedness! My babies are being LOVED and that’s all that matters…and FYI they have a mother!! My mother! Get it! ???”

The Twitter user deleted the original tweet but Karan’s response was praised by many and the user also accepted that his kids must be getting love and she is sure that they will get many more facilities than other kids of the world.

She wrote,

“Sir I truly believe that they r being loved & getting much more facilities from many children of this world.”

On the professional front, Karan Johar will soon be directing “Takht” which is a multi-starrer movie featuring Ranveer Singh, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Kareena Kapoor Khan, Anil Kapoor, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar.

Shahid Kapoor Gets Trolled For His Tweet On Pulwama Tragedy, Netizens Are Really Angry With Him

On 14th Feb, when the world was busy celebrating Valentine’s Day with their loved ones, our CRPF personnel were martyred in the Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir. This shameful act was condemned by everyone.

We lost over forty Jawans and many were critically injured when a car full of explosives rammed into the CRPF convoy of over seventy vehicles. This act of cruelty was claimed to be done by a group called Jaish-e-Mohammed, based in Pakistan.

The car that took lives of many Jawans was driven by Aadil Ahmad, who was a local youth, living nearby before dropping school and joining the terrorist group to make himself worthy in front of god, as he claimed in the video that surfaced soon afterwards.

This pain is unbearable and so when people woke up to this news they were devastated.Our Bollywood Celebrities condemned this heinous act and tweeted their condolences. But, Shahid Kapoor seemed to be a bit late on this. He tweeted this a day later on 15th Feb. Have a look.
