This Is How Much Flipkart Cofounder Sachin Bansal Had To Pay As Advance Tax From Earnings

After Walmart got 77 per cent acquisition over Flipkart’s shares, the original co founder of Flipkart, Sachin Bansal had exited the company.

According to the reports, he had approximately made 1 billion dollars from the acquisition which is roughly equal to 6955 crores in INR.

Now reports are that Sachin Bansal has paid an advance tax of 100.3 million dollars or 699 crores in INR from his earnings through Flipkart.

He sold his 5.5 per cent stake at the company and the amount mentioned above includes his capital gains tax as well. He paid the tax for the 2018-2019 quarter.

The Income Tax department had issued notifications to Sachin Bansal, Binny Bansal and other shareholders asking them to reveal their total income from selling the shares.

Binny Bansal has however not revealed his earnings from the shares yet. Both Binny and Sachin had founded the company in 2007, with a vision of making it the largest ecommerce company in the country.

Janhvi Kapoor Cannot Recall The Last Few Months,She Still Cannot Believe Her Mother Is Not With Her

The whole nation was in shock when legendary actress Sridevi suddenly passed away in the month of February of 2018.She was the queen of Bollywood film industry,who was respected and loved by all.

Her daughter Janhvi Kapoor was about to make her debut in the film Dhadak,which was yet to be released.Sadly,she was not there with her at that time.

So,recently in an interview,Janhvi confessed about her true feeling on her mother’s departure.She said she is now also in that state of utter dismay that how could it happen.

She feels that those months were so hard,that she recalls nothing.She is still in that state of mind where there is absolutely no memory of that at all.She is blank.

Though,according to her,those months were crucial,she lost something huge but at the same time she gained big also.She feels her half brother and sister,Arjun Kapoor and Anshula Kapoor are a blessing for her.

She even remembers them walking into the room where she was sitting,and at that very moment she felt the connection,the blood ties they share.

She is still mourning that her mother left,but also reliving the old family ties,which were left to be lived by them.We wish she recovers quickly and be the woman her mother wanted her to be.

Entities Violating Aaddhar Act Will Be Charged 1 Crore.Government Issuing Amendments.

Since the introduction of Aaddhar Card by the government,new laws have been put forward,old ones been amended and even there has been a rise in security concerns all around.

Now,recently the Indian government has issued a provision,which states a fine of one crore to ten lakh per day fine,if any entity is found to be violating the rules under Aaddhar Act.

To protect the growing concerns of the citizens,the government has already proposed some amendments under this Act,where the Unique Identification Authority Of India (UIDAI) will be given more powers to look into.

Though,the present Act doesn’t include this law enforcement issues,but soon it will.The entities will be located and issued with warrants soon.

Even,after attaining the age of eighteen,an individual holds the authority of cancelling his or her bio metric identifier within six months.A child though will require his or her guardian’s consent for enrolling.

The government will issue plans for setting up a fund for UIDAI,so that they are even exempted from paying taxes.Even ‘Virtual ID’ will be made available under this.

Over one hundred and twenty two crores Aaddhar cards have been issued without giving the power to UIDAI to enforce law over entities ,who are violating it by asking details.

Thus,entities present online as well as offline is under this law.Appeal can be filed before Telecom Disputes Settlement And Appellate Tribunal (TDSAT) also.The Prevention Of Money Laundering Act (PMLA) and The Telegraph Act will be amended also.

According to the court,Aaddhar is mandatory for allotting Permanent Account Number(PAN) and filing Income Tax Returns(IT) only.

So,let us see what this new act regarding national security concerns bring for us.

Govinda Pays Tribute To Kader Khan, Says He Was A Father Figure To Him

The new year began with terrible news when we found out about Kader Khan’s passing. The legendary comedy hero and scriptwriter left us with a gaping hollow in our hearts.

He had shifted to Canada with his family after strife within the industry and health issues. Recently, his health had deteriorated and he was put on a BiPAP ventilator as well.

Although Kader Khan had fallen out with Bollywood biggies like Amitabh Bachchan, he was still close to Govinda with whom he has acted in close to 41 films.

Some of their most popular films would include Saajan Chale Sasural, Dariyaan, Apmaan Ki Aag, Aankhein, Anari No.1, Rakhwale, Dulhe Raja and many more.
