Ranveer Singh Trolls Kapil Sharma, Says “Main Teri Deepu Ko Le Gaya”

We all know Kapil Sharma had a huge crush on Deepika Padukone and when Deepika-Ranveer announced their marriage, Kapil became a target of massive trolling on social media.

If that was not enough, Ranveer himself trolled Kapil as he attended the comedian’s wedding reception recently along with Deepika.

At the wedding, when Kapil came to congratulate Deepveer, Ranveer teased him badly and said, “Main teri Deepu ko le gaya” (I took away your Deepu)

Well, that was hilarious and savage at the same time. And guess what? Ranveer broke this information to everyone right in front of everyone as he shot for The Kapil Sharma Show 2’s Simmba special episode.

As Ranveer narrated the incident to everyone people broke into laughter and enjoyed trolling Kapil.

Well, the moment is surely going to be the highlight of the episode which premieres on Dec 29 on Sony TV.

These Are The 6 Biggest Flops Of The Year, Some Of Them Were Completely Unexpected

This year, we’ve seen some hits and misses from Bollywood. While we have some good, meaningful cinema like Andhadhun, we also have shocking disasters like Thugs of Hindostan.

Below is a list of the biggest flops in Bollywood this year:

1. Thugs Of Hindostan

The Aamir Khan starrer was built on a massive budget of 300 crores, but the film managed to reel in only about 151 crores at the box office.

2. Namaste England

The Arjun Kapoor and Parineeti Chopra film which created a lot of hype, earned only 8 crores at the box office, although it required a budget of roughly 65 crores.

3. Welcome To New York

The film was disappointing to say the least. The ensemble cast failed to impress and earned only 2.38 crores at the box office, which is negligible given the fact that the budget was 35 crores.

4. Aiyaary

We had really high hopes from the film, yet, it failed to make a mark. The film was made on a budget of around 60 crores, but earned only 18 crores.

5. Blackmail

The film, a dark comedy, performed miserably at the box office and earned only 11 crores in the first weekend.

6. Bhavesh Joshi

This particular film was hailed as the first of its kind in Indian cinema, but it failed to impress. The film earned only 1.46 crores at the box office.

Have you watched all of these?

Here’s Why The 3rd Test Match Between India And Australia Is Being Called As Boxing Day Test Match

India and Australia are all set to fight it out in the upcoming 3rd test in Melbourne. The series is levelled on 1-1 recently and this one is going to be a really important one.

The match is going to be played on Dec 26 and is being called as Boxing Day test. There are so many people who want to know why it is being called so?

Here’s why it’s being called Boxing Day Test

As we all know the match is being played on Dec 26 and the day is popular as Boxing Day at several places around the world. In the United Kingdom and other British Commonwealth countries such as Australia, Canada, and New Zealand, Boxing Day carries huge importance and it’s also a national holiday. Since the day carries so much importance and the match falls on the same day, it’s being called Boxing day Test match.

What’s the significance of this day?

The name has been derived from the word “Christmas Boxes” which are traditionally given to the servants who don’t get to celebrate Christmas because they are busy working for their employers. These boxes carry gifts and food and are meant to honour the servants.

In several parts of the world, Boxing Day also carries a huge significance for shopping. Just like Dhan Teras here, people in several parts of the world love to shop and spend money on Boxing Day.

Zero’s Box Office Collections Improved Over Christmas Holidays, Is This A Turning Point?

Zero, the most anticipated film of the year, opened to poor box office collections on the first day, that is Friday. The film had reeled in only 20.14 crores on Day 1.

In fact, the condition did not even improve over the first weekend. It was hoped that the film would cross 100 crores by Sunday, but that clearly did not happen.

By then, we were sure that Zero was heading towards another major box office disaster, just like the previous Khan movie – Thugs Of Hindostan.

By Day 3, which is Sunday, the film had only 59.07 crores in its kitty. However, the conditions improved over the Christmas holidays.

It may have something to do with the fact that Christmas came with an extended weekend this year, which saw more kids and adults rushing to the screen theatres.

On day 4, Monday, the film earned roughly 9.50 crores, which was even more disappointing. But on Day 5, that is Tuesday, the film brought in 13.75 crores, which is an improvement.

It must have been a Christmas miracle. Although it is too soon to predict, this may be a turning point for the film.

Day 1 Collections of Zero – 20.14 crores.

Day 2 Collections of Zero – 18.22 Crores.

Day 3 Collections of Zero – 20.71 crores.

Day 4 Collections of Zero – 9.50 crores

Day 5 Collections of Zero – 13.75 crores

Total : 81.32 crores.

We’ll just have to wait and see now.
