10:00 PM pervez akhtar 0 Comments

RRB conducts NTPC (Non Technical Popular Categories) exams to recruit all the non technical posts like typists, clerks, traffic assistants etc. With proper preparation and tips, you can crack the RRB NTPC exams. It is very important to know the syllabus and exam pattern of the exam you are preparing for. Let’s get into the details of the exam and how preparation and strategies can help you crack the exam in the first attempt itself.

Know the exam pattern and syllabus

The exam pattern and syllabus should be known before you start your preparations for the RRB NTPC exam. There are two tiers for the RRB NTPC exam . Both these tiers have the same sections, namely, General Awareness, Mathematics, General Intelligence & Reasoning with different weightages. The General Science questions are from physics, chemistry and biology. You can refer to textbooks like ncert textbooks of high school level and practice the questions from them. When it comes to the general awareness section, mainly, your general knowledge and awareness about current affairs is tested. You can also take help from newspapers, ncert textbooks on history, geography, politics and economics.

In the General Intelligence and Reasoning section, the questions will be based on topics like blood relations, distance, direction, time, speed etc. These kinds of questions can be solved easily by practicing and preparing. The mathematics section comes with problems on profit and loss, simple interest and compound interest, ratio and proportion, average, ages etc. These problems need to be done in time with proper speed. This speed can be attained by constant practice.

Prepare a study plan

A study plan is important for preparation of  all exams. When you make a study plan, you should allocate separate timings for each subject. First of all, sort out the subject and syllabus into your weak and strong areas. And then, allocate time for each of the subjects . Give extra time for the weak areas.

Attempt mock tests and previous year question papers

Attempting previous year question papers and mock tests can help you get familiar with the questions and identify which parts you should put extra effort into. This can also help you with the speed you need to have in the exams. You can allot time for each section of questions after doing several question papers.

Revise, Recollect, Recall, Remember!

Whatever you have learnt, it is very important to revise the topics. You can use your own strategies to revise your topics or you can listen to the toppers’ and experts’ tips and select the strategy which suits you the best. For some candidates, it will be taking short notes and for some others, it might be listening to audio classes. It varies depending on the person. Whatever techniques you choose, it is very important to revise your lessons.

Some smart work tips

The best way of doing smart work is opting online methods for classes. There are plenty of online classes and platforms available for RRB NTPC coaching. Choose smart work tips in writing short  notes. Instead of writing and making short notes, there are study materials available as digital compilations, you can copy them and save it in a folder, which saves time. You can easily crack the exam with proper preparation and guidance from coaching institutes and platforms Entri which give support to the students and let them reach their dream job.

A Fan Imagines Dhoni Batting With CSK Skipper Thala, Twitter Goes Gaga Over The Result

6:57 AM pervez akhtar 0 Comments

MS Dhoni may have bid goodbye to the international cricket but it hasn’t affected his popularity even a bit and he is certainly one of the most loved Indian cricketers of all times. It is also true that Mahi, as his fans lovingly call him, has given many special moments to the Indian cricket fans to cherish. For example, it was under his leadership that India won the inaugural T20 World Cup in 2007 and then 28 yrs jinx was broken when the Indian cricket team won the 2011 World Cup under Dhoni’s captaincy. He has also become the only skipper to win the three ICC trophies after the Indian cricket team won the 2013 ICC Champions Trophy.

MS Dhoni has performed well not only in the blue jersey but in the yellow jersey as well. He has been associated with the IPL team Chennai Super Kings (CSK) since the inception of the tournament in 2008 and is the second most successful IPL skipper as CSK has won the IPL title three times under his leadership. CSK fans usually refer to MS Dhoni as Thala which means leader or head in the Tamil language.

We have seen fans of Dhoni doing various things for paying tribute to their favourite cricketer but one fan has broken all the limits as he managed to bring Mahi and Thala together on the cricket field and that too as batsmen. Just imagine MS Dhoni batting from both ends, no team can even dream to defeat that team which has both Mahi and Thala batting for them. However, there was a section of online users who got fumed after seeing the logo of Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the GIF and wanted to get it removed.

Here is the edited GIF that is making fans go crazy:

Dhoni fans started expressing their love as they found it one of the greatest GIF edits ever. Here are some of the selected reactions:

Irfan Pathan Says Virat Kohli Isn’t Facing Technical Issue, Reveals Real Reason For His Poor Form

4:57 AM pervez akhtar 0 Comments

The Indian skipper Virat Kohli may have scored a half-century in the second innings of the third test match which was played at Headingley Cricket Ground, Leeds, but he is certainly struggling to make a big score for a long time now. The last century that he scored was in November 2019 and his fans were very hopeful that he would certainly score a couple of centuries on the England tour but it won’t be wrong to say that he has performed poorly and disappointed Indian fans. The RCB skipper has batted in 5 innings on the England tour till now and the total runs that he has made is 124 that includes a fifty and his average comes to 24.8 which is pretty low by his standards.

What is more worrisome is the manner in which Virat Kohli is getting out, the former Indian cricketer Sunil Gavaskar was so concerned that while doing commentary, he said that Kohli should immediately give a call to the legendary former Indian cricketer Sachin Tendulkar and ask him for his advice. Virat Kohli is mostly getting out on the deliveries which are being bowled outside off-stump. In fact he is trying to drive those deliveries as well which are being bowled at the sixth or seventh stump.

While many former cricketers are of the opinion that Virat is a facing a technical issue, the former Indian cricketer Irfan Pathan feels that Kohli is not facing a technical problem but his aggressive approach is creating problems for him.

While speaking on Aakash Chopra’s YouTube Channel, Irfan Pathan says that more than the preparation, it is Virat Kohli’s desire to dominate the opposition that is making him play the deliveries which are being bowled outside off-stump.

On the other hand, the former Indian batting coach Sanjay Bangar feels that it is all about patience and England bowlers have definitely won this battle of patience against Virat Kohli. The English bowlers showed huge patience against Kohli as they bowled him at tight length and compelled him to play deliveries on which the chances of being caught behind are higher.

Sanjay Bangar also compared the dismissals of Kohli in 2021 with his dismissals in 2014 and said that this time, he did not get out while defending like in 2014 but in all his dismissals, he went towards the ball. Bangar adds that Kohli is trying to play on the sixth or the seventh stump which is not required.

As far as the 5-match test series is concerned, the first test match at Trent Bridge ended in a draw due to rain while the second one which was played at Lord’s was won by India and England leveled the series by 1-1 by attaining victory in the third test match which was played at Headingley Cricket Ground, Leeds. The fourth test match will start from September 2 at Kennington Oval, London.

Hopefully, Virat Kohli performs well in the remaining two test matches.

Jimmy Neesham Hilariously Explains When A Fan Asks How He Deals With Trollers On Social Media

7:57 AM pervez akhtar 0 Comments

The New Zealand cricketer Jimmy Neesham is a pretty famous name among the cricket fans not just because of his cricketing skills but also for his strong social media presence. He is quite a witty person and has also a great sense of humour which he has displayed on social media networks many times. The Kiwi cricketer is an Internet celebrity and he is acquainted with the pros and cons of being famous on the virtual world, while people have showered him with love and affection whenever he has performed well, there have been some instances in which he has got trolled too owing to poor performances.

However, trolls don’t affect Jimmy Neesham much and recently he shares with fans as to how he handles the trolls. The official Twitter handle of ESPNcricinfo made a tweet with a photo of Jonny Bairstow in which the English cricketer was seen holding a white balloon in his hand that flew on the ground during the third test match played between England and India at Headingley Cricket Ground, Leeds.

Jimmy Neesham shared the tweet while praising the English cricketer with the caption, “Coincidentally that’s what the white ball actually looks like to @jbairstow21”.

However, there was one online user who tried to troll the Black Caps cricketer by tweeting, “And when you burst it, that what it looks like to you in any format? Difficult to spot!”

Jimmy Neesham was not in the mood to take it silently and he gave quite an apt response which read, “It was a decent effort but nah”.

A fan asks Jimmy Neesham as to why he doesn’t block those who troll him and in response, Jimmy shares a screenshot which reveals that the Kiwi cricketer has blocked nearly 500 people and muted more than 1400 accounts.

A curious fan wanted to know how Jimmy Neesham decided whom to block and whom to mute and Jimmy responded with, “I mute someone if I just don’t want to see anything they say, I block them if I want them to know that I hate them” with a laughing emoji.

Jimmy Neesham will be seen next in the second leg of the IPL 2021 which is going to start from September 19 in UAE and hopefully he will perform well for his team Mumbai Indians.

Now that’s some really great online presence!!!

Virat Kohli Doesn’t Believe In Playing Extra Batsman In Spite Of Headingley Loss For This Reason

3:57 AM pervez akhtar 0 Comments

The English cricket team registered a big win against India in the third test match which was played at Headingley Cricket Ground, Leeds, as the hosts won the match by 76 runs and an innings. The Indian batting line-up which is considered to be one of the strongest in the world failed miserably in the third test match in both the innings.

The Indian skipper Virat Kohli won the toss and opted to bat first, however the England bowlers were literally on fire as they sent the whole Indian team back to pavilion at the meager score of 78 runs. The English batters including the skipper Joe Root produced some great knocks in their first innings as they put up a huge score of 432 on the board. Few Indian batsmen showed some resilience in the second innings as Rohit Sharma scored 59 runs, Cheteshwar Pujara played a fighting knock of 91 and the Indian skipper Virat Kohli also scored a half-century but after these three got out, the Indian batting crumbled and the whole team got out at 278 runs.

The Indian squad has been playing with 6 batsmen including wicketkeeper Rishabh Pant along with 4 bowlers and one all-rounder Ravindra Jadeja. Many thought that after batting failure in the Headingley test match, the Indian team should consider playing an extra batsman in the remaining matches. However, captain Virat Kohli doesn’t agree with it as he feels that if the top 6 or 7 batsmen are not able to perform well for the team, having an extra batsman won’t be of any use or guarantee of the better performance.

While speaking in the press conference after the match, Virat Kohli says that he has never believed in that balance. He is of the opinion that either a team can try to win the match or attempt to save the defeat and team India has managed to draw the matches with the same combination in the past. Kohli further states that when you play as a team, you should be responsible for the eventual outcome. He also adds that if a team lacks resources or ability of taking 20 wickets in a test match, it’s playing for just two results and this is not the manner in which team India plays.

The fourth test match of the series between India and England will start from September 2 and it will be played at Kennington Oval, London. The series is leveled at the moment with 1-1 and the team which will win the fourth test match will get an invincible lead in the test series; this means that both the teams will give their best shot for winning the match.

Mayanti Langer Takes A Dig At Virat Kohli & Indian Selectors With Her Latest Instagram Post

3:57 AM pervez akhtar 0 Comments

Mayanti Langer is certainly one of the most loved and famous sports presenters of the present times and she has quite a huge fan following on the social media networks as well. She is also well-known for giving kickass reply to those who troll her husband for his cricket career. Currently, she is on a break in order to take care of her baby boy who took birth last year and she is spending a quality time with her family.

Recently, Mayanti Langer posted a photo on her Instagram Story which has become the talk of the town. The image which is from 2014 India’s tour to England features Mayanti’s husband and the Indian cricketer Stuart Binny along with the English pacer James Anderson. Stuart Binny made his debut for India in the longest format in 2014 on this tour and in his first innings, he scored 1 while in the second innings, he made 78 runs. In the photo, James Anderson has a frustrated look and as Mayanti has posted it without any caption, it has made people more curious as to what Mayanti wishes to convey.

Here is the pic:

While some feel that Mayanti wants to suggest team India to include Stuart Binny in the playing eleven, several others are of the opinion that Mayanti wants to make the Indian team management realize that they have made a mistake by not including Stuart Binny in the squad. However, there are few who think that Mayanti Langer is taking a jibe at the Indian team as Stuart Binny individually scored 78 in the second innings of his debut test match while the Indian squad made similar score collectively in its first innings of the Headingley test.

Well, we can’t be sure of what Mayanti Langer really wants to say with this photo as she may have shared it as a throwback photo of her hubby too.

Stuart Binny is the son of famous former Indian cricketer Roger Binny and he used to play for Karnataka in the domestic circuits until he shifted to Nagaland for the 2019-20 Ranji Trophy.

Stuart Binny also played in the IPL and the last team that he represented was Rajasthan Royals but the franchise dropped him before the auction of the IPL 2020.

What according to you Mayanti Langer wanted to convey with her post of Stuart Binny dominating James Anderson? Let us know your guess.

This Fashion Brand Is Selling Shopping Bags Resembling Pishwi For Rs 1.5 Lakhs, Netizens Go WTF

9:57 AM pervez akhtar 0 Comments

Plastic bags have been banned in almost all the states of the country and most of us have started carrying carry bags made of cloth or any other material for shopping purposes. Such carry bags we can either stitch at home or buy from market by paying Rs. 100-200 but you will be shocked to know that a Fashion brand has come up with shopping bags worth $2000 which comes to approx Rs. 1.5 lakhs.

Balenciaga, a fashion brand, which deals in bags along with shoes, T-shirts, sweatshirts, etc. has released shopping bags that are quite similar to Pishwi (a bag which is quite common in Maharashtrian households).

The Indian online users were quick to draw comparisons between the bags launched by Balenciaga and the bags used by the Indians.

This is not the first time that we are seeing a fashion brand selling things used by the Indians at exorbitant prices. Earlier we came across a foreign brand selling lungi (Indian men wear), khatiya/charpai (single bed made by weaving rope) and so on at huge prices which certainly left us in a state of shock and surprise.

What is your take in this regard and what advice you will give to those who are ready to spend so much on these shopping bags?
