CBSE Board 12th Result Is Out, Girls And Transgender Candidates Outshined The Boys
Central Board of Secondary Education has declared the 12th result for 2019 examinations on Thursday 2nd May.

This year the topper has managed 499 out of 500, two girls Hansika Shukla and Karishma Arora from Ghaziabad both of them have scored 98.8 per cent marks in the CBSE 12th board examination.
The total passing ratio of CBSE 12th board in the country is 83.4%. Girls have outshined the boys as 88.7 per cent girls have passed in the exam whereas 79.4 per cent boys have passed followed by transgenders at 83.3%.
The top-performing region according to CBSE is Trivandrum with a passing percentage of 98.2%, followed by Chennai at 92.93% and in the Delhi region, the pass percentage is 91.87%.
The CBSE Board exams were conducted from February till April for both regular and private students. Approximately a total of 31,14,821 students had registered for both Class 10 and Class 12 CBSE Board exams this year, which also includes 28 transgender candidates.
Around 13 lakh students appeared for the 12th examination out of which 9 lakh students have passed the examination.
